재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김원경, 이하 ‘경기혁신센터’)는 성균관대학교, 한국발명진흥회와 함께 24일 성남시 판교 창업존에서 ‘제31회 스타트업 815 IR 연합’을 공동 개최했다고 25일 밝혔다.
‘스타트업 815 IR’은 경기혁신센터가 주관하는 정례 투자유치 프로그램으로, 매주 목요일 판교 창업존에서 열린다. 유망 창업기업을 발굴해 투자자와의 연결을 지원하는 데 목적이 있으며, 투자 유치를 희망하는 초기 기업들에게 기회를 제공하는 플랫폼 역할을 하고 있다.
이번 31회차 IR은 AI 및 빅데이터 분야에 특화된 기업을 중심으로 구성됐다. 참가 기업은 경기혁신센터를 비롯해 성균관대학교, 한국발명진흥회, 수원대학교 창업지원단, 한국핀테크지원센터 등 5개 기관으로부터 추천받아 선발되었으며, 기술성과 시장성을 기반으로 한 발표를 진행했다.
행사에는 총 5개 스타트업이 참여했다. 자블리는 Agentic AI 기반의 글로벌 유학생 대상 초개인화 HR SaaS 및 정착지원 플랫폼을, 헥스에이아이랩스는 반도체 공정 최적화 AI 알고리즘인 ‘COLUMBUS’를, 페스티벌온은 스마트 홈 AIoT 솔루션을, 에피옴은 병원 전용 신속 항암 반응성 검사 솔루션을, 케이알지그룹은 AI 기반 대체보증금 서비스를 각각 소개했다.
투자심사는 고려대학교 기술지주, 동문파트너즈, 디캠프, 뮤렉스파트너스, 에이티넘인베스트먼트, 인포뱅크, 플래티넘기술투자 등 총 7개 투자사가 참여해 기업의 기술력, 시장 진입 가능성, 성장 잠재력 등을 종합적으로 평가했다.
이번 IR부터는 기존 공동 개최기관 외에 경기지방중소벤처기업청의 ‘딥테크 튜터링 프로젝트’와 연계해 수원대학교와 한국핀테크지원센터가 새롭게 참여하게 됐다. 이에 따라 유망 기술 기반 창업기업의 발굴 범위가 확대되고, 투자 생태계 내 협업 체계가 보다 강화되었다.
경기혁신센터 관계자는 “이번 IR은 AI·빅데이터 분야 유망 창업기업 발굴뿐만 아니라 공동개최기관 확대를 통해 지역 및 산업 간 협력 기반을 넓히는 계기가 되었다”며 “앞으로도 유관기관과의 협업을 통해 기술 창업기업의 실질적인 투자 연계와 생태계 조성에 힘쓸 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Gyeonggi Innovation Center, '31st Startup 815 IR Union' held
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Won-kyung Kim, hereinafter referred to as the 'Gyeonggi Innovation Center') announced on the 25th that it co-hosted the '31st Startup 815 IR Union' with Sungkyunkwan University and the Korea Invention Promotion Association at the Pangyo Startup Zone in Seongnam City on the 24th.
'Startup 815 IR' is a regular investment attraction program hosted by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, held every Thursday at the Pangyo Startup Zone. Its purpose is to discover promising startups and support their connections with investors, and it serves as a platform that provides opportunities to early-stage companies seeking investment.
This 31st IR was composed mainly of companies specializing in AI and big data. Participating companies were selected through recommendations from five organizations including the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, Sungkyunkwan University, the Korea Invention Promotion Association, Suwon University Startup Support Group, and the Korea Fintech Support Center, and gave presentations based on technology and marketability.
A total of five startups participated in the event. Jabli introduced a hyper-personalized HR SaaS and settlement support platform for global international students based on Agentic AI, HexAI Labs introduced ‘COLUMBUS’, an AI algorithm for optimizing semiconductor processes, FestivalOn introduced a smart home AIoT solution, Epiom introduced a rapid anticancer reactivity test solution for hospitals, and KRG Group introduced an AI-based alternative deposit service.
A total of seven investment firms, including Korea University Technology Holdings, Dongmun Partners, D-Camp, Murex Partners, Atium Investment, Infobank, and Platinum Technology Investment, participated in the investment review and comprehensively evaluated the company's technological prowess, market entry potential, and growth potential.
Starting with this IR, in addition to the existing co-hosting organizations, Suwon University and the Korea Fintech Support Center have newly participated in conjunction with the Gyeonggi Regional SMEs and Startups Agency's 'Deep Tech Tutoring Project'. Accordingly, the scope of discovering promising technology-based startups has expanded, and the collaboration system within the investment ecosystem has been strengthened.
An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “This IR was not only an opportunity to discover promising startups in the AI and big data fields, but also to expand the foundation for cooperation between regions and industries by expanding the number of co-hosting organizations.” He added, “We plan to continue to work with relevant organizations to create an ecosystem and connect practical investments in technology startups.”

財団法人京畿創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ウォンギョン、以下「京畿革新センター」）は、成均館大学、韓国発明振興会とともに24日、城南市板橋創業ゾーンで「第31回スタートアップ815 IR連合」を共同開催したと25日明らかにした。
「スタートアップ815 IR」は京畿革新センターが主管する定例投資誘致プログラムで、毎週木曜日の板橋創業ゾーンで開かれる。有望な創業企業を発掘して投資家とのつながりを支援することが目的であり、投資誘致を希望する初期企業に機会を提供するプラットフォームの役割をしている。
今回の31回目のIRは、AIおよびビッグデータ分野に特化した企業を中心に構成された。参加企業は京畿革新センターをはじめ、成均館大学、韓国発明振興会、水原大学創業支援団、韓国フィンテック支援センターなど5つの機関から推薦を受けて選抜され、技術性と市場性に基づいた発表を進めた。

投資審査は高麗大学技術持株、同門パートナーズ、デキャンプ、ミューレックスパートナーズ、エイチナムインベストメント、インフォバンク、プラチナ技術投資など計7社の投資会社が参加し、企業の技術力、市場参入可能性、成長潜在力などを総合的に評価した。
今回のIRからは、既存の共同開催機関のほか、京畿地方中小ベンチャー企業庁の「ディープテックチュータリングプロジェクト」と連携し、水原大学と韓国フィンテック支援センターが新たに参加することになった。これにより有望技術基盤創業企業の発掘範囲が拡大し、投資生態系内のコラボレーション体系がより強化された。
京畿革新センターの関係者は「今回のIRはAI・ビッグデータ分野の有望創業企業発掘だけでなく、共同開催機関の拡大を通じて地域および産業間の協力基盤を広げるきっかけとなった」とし「今後も、関連機関との協業を通じて技術創業企業の実質的な投資連携と生態系の造成に努める計画だ」と述べた。

京畿创造经济革新中心（代表金元庆，以下简称‘京畿革新中心’） 25日表示，该中心与成均馆大学、韩国发明振兴协会于24日在城南市板桥创业区共同举办了‘第31届创业815 IR联盟’。
“Startup 815 IR”是由京畿道创新中心主办的定期招商引资项目，每周四在板桥创业区举行。其目的是发现有潜力的初创企业，并支持其与投资者的对接，同时也是为寻求投资的早期企业提供机会的平台。
本次第31届IR以专注于AI和大数据领域的企业为中心，通过京畿创新中心、成均馆大学、韩国发明振兴协会、水原大学创业支援团、韩国金融科技支援中心等5家机构的推荐，选拔出参与企业，并以技术性和市场性为主题进行演讲。
共有五家初创公司参展。Jabli介绍了基于Agentic AI的面向全球留学生的超个性化HR SaaS及安家服务平台；HexAI Labs介绍了用于优化半导体工艺的AI算法“COLUMBUS”；FestivalOn介绍了智能家居AIoT解决方案；Epiom介绍了面向医院的快速抗癌反应检测解决方案；KRG Group介绍了基于AI的替代存款服务。
高丽大学技术控股公司、Dongmun Partners、D-Camp、Murex Partners、Atium Investment、Infobank、Platinum Technology Investment等共7家投资公司参与了此次投资审查，对公司的技术实力、市场进入潜力、增长潜力进行了综合评估。
从本次IR开始，除了现有的共同主办机构外，水原大学和韩国金融科技支援中心还与京畿道中小企业振兴院联合参与了“深度科技辅导项目”。由此，扩大了发掘有潜力的科技型初创企业的范围，并强化了投资生态系统内的合作体系。
京畿创新中心相关人士表示：“本次IR不仅是发掘人工智能和大数据领域有潜力的初创企业的机会，也通过扩大共同主办机构的数量，扩大了地区和产业间的合作基础。” 他补充道：“我们计划继续与相关机构合作，打造生态系统，并将技术初创企业的实际投资对接起来。”

Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, « 31e Startup 815 IR Union » organisé
Le Centre Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Won-kyung Kim, ci-après dénommé le « Centre d'innovation Gyeonggi ») a annoncé le 25 qu'il co-organisait la « 31e Startup 815 IR Union » avec l'Université Sungkyunkwan et l'Association coréenne de promotion des inventions dans la zone de démarrage de Pangyo à Seongnam City le 24.
« Startup 815 IR » est un programme régulier d'attraction d'investissements organisé par le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, tous les jeudis à la Zone Startup de Pangyo. Son objectif est de découvrir des startups prometteuses et de favoriser leurs relations avec les investisseurs. Il constitue également une plateforme offrant des opportunités aux jeunes entreprises en quête d'investissement.
Ce 31e IR était principalement composé d'entreprises spécialisées dans l'IA et le big data. Les entreprises participantes ont été sélectionnées sur recommandation de cinq organisations, dont le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, l'Université Sungkyunkwan, l'Association coréenne pour la promotion des inventions, le Groupe de soutien aux startups de l'Université de Suwon et le Centre coréen de soutien aux fintechs. Elles ont présenté des projets axés sur la technologie et la commercialisation.
Au total, cinq startups ont participé à l'événement. Jabli a présenté une plateforme SaaS RH et d'aide à l'installation hyper-personnalisée pour les étudiants internationaux, basée sur l'IA Agentic ; HexAI Labs a présenté « COLUMBUS », un algorithme d'IA pour l'optimisation des processus de semi-conducteurs ; FestivalOn a présenté une solution AIoT pour la maison intelligente ; Epiom a présenté une solution de test rapide de réactivité anticancéreuse pour les hôpitaux ; et KRG Group a lancé un service de dépôt alternatif basé sur l'IA.
Au total, sept sociétés d'investissement, dont Korea University Technology Holdings, Dongmun Partners, D-Camp, Murex Partners, Atium Investment, Infobank et Platinum Technology Investment, ont participé à l'examen des investissements et ont évalué de manière exhaustive les prouesses technologiques de l'entreprise, son potentiel d'entrée sur le marché et son potentiel de croissance.
À partir de ce salon, outre les organismes co-organisateurs existants, l'Université de Suwon et le Centre coréen de soutien aux Fintech ont récemment participé au projet de tutorat en technologies avancées de l'Agence régionale des PME et des startups du Gyeonggi. Ainsi, le champ d'application de la découverte de startups technologiques prometteuses s'est élargi et le système de collaboration au sein de l'écosystème d'investissement a été renforcé.
Un responsable du Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi a déclaré : « Ce salon a non seulement permis de découvrir des startups prometteuses dans les domaines de l'IA et du big data, mais aussi d'élargir les bases de la coopération entre les régions et les secteurs en augmentant le nombre d'organisations co-hébergeuses. » Il a ajouté : « Nous prévoyons de continuer à collaborer avec les organisations concernées pour créer un écosystème et connecter des investissements concrets dans les startups technologiques. »
