한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(이하 KOSA, 회장 조준희)는 하나금융그룹(회장 함영주)과 인공지능(AI) 산업의 성장과 디지털 금융 혁신을 위한 협력 관계를 구축했다.
양 기관은 지난 7월 25일 서울 중구 하나금융그룹 명동사옥에서 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 국내 AI 기술력 강화와 디지털 전환 지원을 위한 다양한 공동사업을 추진하기로 합의했다. 협약식에는 KOSA 조준희 협회장과 하나금융그룹 함영주 회장을 비롯한 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲국내 AI 기술 공동연구 및 모델 개발 ▲우수 AI 기술 보유 기업 발굴 및 투자 ▲기업 대상 AI 전환(AX) 전략 지원 및 교육 ▲글로벌 진출을 위한 해외 네트워크 협력 ▲ESG 기반 금융지원 확대 등의 협력과제를 공동 추진할 예정이다.
특히, 하나금융그룹 고객사의 AI 전환 가속화를 위한 교육 및 실무 지원을 중심으로, 기업들이 디지털 기술을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 이룰 수 있도록 실질적 협력을 진행할 방침이다. 또한, 국내 AI 산업 생태계 활성화를 위해 유망 기업의 발굴 및 성장 지원에 중점을 두고 협력할 계획이다.
글로벌 시장 진출 확대를 위해서는 하나금융그룹의 해외 네트워크와 KOSA의 수출협의체 간 연계를 통해 국내 IT 기업의 해외 진출을 공동으로 지원한다. ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 분야에서도 KOSA의 ESG 진단 서비스를 바탕으로 우수 기업을 선별하고, 하나금융그룹은 이들 기업에 대해 금융 및 컨설팅 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약이 AI·소프트웨어 기업의 지속가능한 성장과 국내 디지털 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association Signs Business Agreement with Hana Financial Group
The Korea Artificial Intelligence & Software Industry Association (KOSA, Chairman Cho Jun-hee) and Hana Financial Group (Chairman Ham Young-joo ) have established a cooperative relationship for the growth of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry and digital financial innovation.
The two organizations signed a business agreement (MOU) on July 25 at the Hana Financial Group Myeongdong office building in Jung-gu, Seoul, and agreed to pursue various joint projects to strengthen domestic AI technology and support digital transformation. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials including KOSA Chairman Cho Jun-hee and Hana Financial Group Chairman Ham Young-joo.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly pursue cooperative tasks such as ▲joint research and model development on domestic AI technology ▲discovery and investment in companies with excellent AI technology ▲support and education for AI transformation (AX) strategies for companies ▲overseas network cooperation for global expansion ▲expanding ESG-based financial support.
In particular, we plan to carry out practical cooperation so that companies can strengthen their competitiveness through digital technology, focusing on education and practical support to accelerate the AI transition of Hana Financial Group’s clients. In addition, we plan to focus on cooperation in discovering promising companies and supporting their growth to activate the domestic AI industry ecosystem.
In order to expand their presence in the global market, Hana Financial Group will jointly support the overseas expansion of domestic IT companies through connections between its overseas network and KOSA’s export council. In the ESG (environment, society, and governance) field, excellent companies will be selected based on KOSA’s ESG diagnosis service, and Hana Financial Group will provide financial and consulting services to these companies.
Both organizations expect that this agreement will serve as an opportunity to promote sustainable growth of AI and software companies and strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic digital industry.

韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（以下ＫＯＳＡ、会長チョ・ジュニ）は、ハナ金融グループ（会長ハム・ヨンジュ）と人工知能（ＡＩ）産業の成長とデジタル金融イノベーションのための協力関係を構築した。

今回の協約を通じて両機関は▲国内AI技術共同研究及びモデル開発▲優秀AI技術保有企業発掘及び投資 ▲企業対象AI転換(AX)戦略支援及び教育 ▲グローバル進出のための海外ネットワーク協力 ▲ESG基盤金融支援拡大などの協力課題を共同推進する予定だ。
特に、ハナ金融グループの顧客会社のAI転換を加速するための教育および実務支援を中心に、企業がデジタル技術を通じた競争力強化を達成できるよう、実質的な協力を進める方針だ。また、国内AI産業生態系活性化のため、有望企業の発掘及び成長支援に重点を置いて協力する計画だ。
グローバル市場進出拡大のためには、ハナ金融グループの海外ネットワークとKOSAの輸出協議体間の連携を通じて国内IT企業の海外進出を共同で支援する。 ESG（環境・社会・支配構造）分野でもKOSAのESG診断サービスをもとに優秀企業を選別し、ハナ金融グループはこれら企業に対して金融およびコンサルティングサービスを提供する予定だ。
両機関は今回の条約がAI・ソフトウェア企業の持続可能な成長と国内デジタル産業競争力強化のためのきっかけになると期待している。

为扩大韩国IT企业在全球市场的影响力，韩亚金融集团将通过其海外网络与KOSA出口协议会的合作，共同支持韩国IT企业拓展海外业务。在ESG（环境、社会、治理）领域，韩亚金融集团将基于KOSA的ESG诊断服务，甄选出优秀企业，并为其提供金融及咨询服务。
双方希望以此协议为契机，促进人工智能和软件企业的可持续发展，增强国内数字产业的竞争力。

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et du logiciel signe un accord commercial avec Hana Financial Group
L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et des logiciels (KOSA, président Cho Jun-hee) et Hana Financial Group (président Ham Young-joo ) ont établi une relation de coopération pour la croissance de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et de l'innovation financière numérique.
Les deux organisations ont signé un protocole d'accord commercial le 25 juillet dans les bureaux du Hana Financial Group à Myeongdong, à Jung-gu, à Séoul. Elles ont convenu de mener divers projets communs visant à renforcer les technologies d'IA nationales et à accompagner la transformation numérique. La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de responsables clés, dont Cho Jun-hee, président de la KOSA, et Ham Young-joo, président du Hana Financial Group.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de poursuivre conjointement des tâches de coopération telles que ▲la recherche conjointe et le développement de modèles sur la technologie d'IA nationale ▲la découverte et l'investissement dans des entreprises dotées d'une excellente technologie d'IA ▲le soutien et l'éducation aux stratégies de transformation de l'IA (AX) pour les entreprises ▲la coopération en réseau à l'étranger pour l'expansion mondiale ▲l'élargissement du soutien financier basé sur l'ESG.
Nous prévoyons notamment de mettre en œuvre une coopération concrète afin que les entreprises puissent renforcer leur compétitivité grâce au numérique, en mettant l'accent sur la formation et le soutien pratique pour accélérer la transition vers l'IA des clients du groupe financier Hana. Nous prévoyons également de coopérer pour identifier des entreprises prometteuses et soutenir leur croissance afin de dynamiser l'écosystème national du secteur de l'IA.
Afin d'accroître sa présence sur le marché international, Hana Financial Group soutiendra conjointement l'expansion internationale des entreprises informatiques nationales grâce aux liens entre son réseau international et le conseil export de KOSA. Dans le domaine ESG (environnement, société et gouvernance), des entreprises d'excellence seront sélectionnées sur la base du service de diagnostic ESG de KOSA, et Hana Financial Group leur fournira des services financiers et de conseil.
Les deux organisations espèrent que cet accord servira d’opportunité pour promouvoir la croissance durable des entreprises d’IA et de logiciels et renforcer la compétitivité de l’industrie numérique nationale.
