핀테크 스타트업 ㈜크로스허브가 지난 7월 22일, 라오스 디지털 솔루션 업체 TB Tech와 약 120만 달러(USD) 규모의 신원인증 솔루션 ‘IDBlock’ 수출을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 라오스 정부가 추진 중인 전자정부(e-Government) 시스템 구축 수요에 대응하기 위한 것으로, 양사는 블록체인 기반 디지털 신원인증 인프라 도입을 중심으로 협력 체계를 구축할 계획이다. 협약식에는 라오스 정보통신부 관계자와 함께 방한한 TB Tech의 Keovongsa Keooudone 대표가 참석했다.
TB Tech는 라오스 내 공공·민간 부문을 대상으로 디지털 시스템을 개발 및 공급하는 기업으로, 이번 협약을 통해 크로스허브의 IDBlock 기술을 현지 행정 시스템에 적용할 예정이다. 향후에는 베트남, 태국, 캄보디아 등 인접 국가로의 기술 확장도 함께 추진된다.
IDBlock은 크로스허브가 자체 개발한 디지털 신원인증 솔루션으로, 여권 등 실명 기반 정보를 암호화해 안전하게 검증하고, 사용자의 동의 하에 필요한 정보만을 선택적으로 제공할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 영지식증명(ZKP) 기술을 활용해 개인정보 보호와 기관 간 연계를 동시에 지원하며, API 형태로 다양한 서비스에 연동 가능하다. 스마트폰 기반 디지털 환경에서도 신분증 없이 신원 확인이 가능한 것이 특징이다.
크로스허브는 IDBlock 외에도 글로벌 간편결제 서비스인 B·Pay를 운영 중이다. B·Pay는 자국에서 사용하던 간편결제 수단을 해외에서도 그대로 사용할 수 있도록 지원하며, 인증과 결제가 통합된 사용자 경험을 제공해 외국인 이용자의 편의성을 높이고 있다. TB Tech 측은 향후 라오스 관광 산업 내 B·Pay 도입도 검토하고 있다.
크로스허브 박정희 부사장은 “이번 협약은 현지 정부 수요에 기반한 실질적 기술 적용 사례로서 의미가 있으며, 블록체인 기반 인증 기술의 해외 진출 가능성을 입증한 계기”라며, “동남아 시장을 중심으로 확장성을 가진 인증 인프라를 구축해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
크로스허브는 현재 베트남, 싱가포르 등과의 수출 협의 및 PoC(개념검증)를 진행 중이며, 연내 북미 및 동유럽 시장 진출도 계획하고 있다. IDBlock은 최근 3개월 동안 약 29만 명의 인증 사용자를 확보했으며, 글로벌 보안기업 탈레스(Thales)와의 공동 PoC를 통해 기술 신뢰성을 높이고 있다.

Crosshub, TB Tech and 'IDBlock' Export Business Agreement Signed
Fintech startup Crosshub Inc. announced on July 22 that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Laotian digital solution company TB Tech for the export of its identity authentication solution 'IDBlock' worth approximately USD 1.2 million.
This agreement is in response to the demand for the construction of an e-Government system being promoted by the Lao government, and the two companies plan to establish a cooperative system centered on the introduction of blockchain-based digital identity authentication infrastructure. The signing ceremony was attended by Keovongsa Keooudone, CEO of TB Tech, who visited Korea along with officials from the Lao Ministry of Information and Communications.
TB Tech is a company that develops and supplies digital systems for the public and private sectors in Laos. Through this agreement, Crosshub’s IDBlock technology will be applied to the local administrative system. In the future, the technology will also be expanded to neighboring countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.
IDBlock is a digital identity authentication solution developed by Crosshub. It is designed to encrypt and safely verify real-name information such as passports, and selectively provide only necessary information with the user's consent. It supports personal information protection and inter-institutional linkage simultaneously by utilizing zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) technology, and can be linked to various services in the form of APIs. Its main feature is that identity verification is possible without an ID card even in a smartphone-based digital environment.
In addition to IDBlock, Crosshub also operates B·Pay, a global easy payment service. B·Pay allows easy payment methods used in one’s home country to be used overseas as well, and provides a user experience that integrates authentication and payment, increasing convenience for foreign users. TB Tech is also considering introducing B·Pay to the Laotian tourism industry in the future.
CrossHub Vice President Park Jeong-hee said, “This agreement is significant as a practical technology application case based on local government demand, and it is an opportunity to prove the possibility of overseas expansion of blockchain-based authentication technology,” adding, “We will build an authentication infrastructure with scalability, focusing on the Southeast Asian market.”
Crosshub is currently in export negotiations and PoC (proof of concept) with Vietnam, Singapore, etc., and is also planning to enter the North American and Eastern European markets within the year. IDBlock has secured approximately 290,000 authenticated users in the past three months, and is increasing its technological reliability through a joint PoC with global security company Thales.

La startup Fintech Crosshub Inc. a annoncé le 22 juillet avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec la société de solutions numériques laotienne TB Tech pour l'exportation de sa solution d'authentification d'identité « IDBlock » d'une valeur d'environ 1,2 million USD.
Cet accord répond à la demande de mise en place d'un système d'administration en ligne promue par le gouvernement laotien. Les deux entreprises prévoient d'établir un système coopératif axé sur l'introduction d'une infrastructure d'authentification d'identité numérique basée sur la blockchain. La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de Keovongsa Keooudone, PDG de TB Tech, en visite en Corée, accompagné de représentants du ministère laotien de l'Information et des Communications.
TB Tech est une entreprise qui développe et fournit des systèmes numériques pour les secteurs public et privé au Laos. Grâce à cet accord, la technologie IDBlock de Crosshub sera appliquée au système administratif local. À l'avenir, cette technologie sera également étendue aux pays voisins comme le Vietnam, la Thaïlande et le Cambodge.
IDBlock est une solution d'authentification d'identité numérique développée par Crosshub. Conçue pour crypter et vérifier en toute sécurité les informations nominatives, telles que les passeports, elle ne fournit que les informations nécessaires, avec le consentement de l'utilisateur. Elle assure simultanément la protection des données personnelles et la liaison interinstitutionnelle grâce à la technologie de preuve à divulgation nulle de connaissance (ZKP). Elle peut être connectée à divers services via des API. Sa principale caractéristique est la possibilité de vérifier l'identité sans carte d'identité, même dans un environnement numérique basé sur un smartphone.
Outre IDBlock, Crosshub exploite également B·Pay, un service mondial de paiement simplifié. B·Pay permet d'utiliser les méthodes de paiement simples utilisées dans son pays d'origine à l'étranger et offre une expérience utilisateur intégrant authentification et paiement, pour un confort accru pour les utilisateurs étrangers. TB Tech envisage également d'introduire B·Pay dans le secteur touristique laotien à l'avenir.
Le vice-président de CrossHub, Park Jeong-hee, a déclaré : « Cet accord est important en tant que cas d'application technologique pratique basé sur la demande du gouvernement local, et c'est une opportunité de prouver la possibilité d'une expansion à l'étranger de la technologie d'authentification basée sur la blockchain », ajoutant : « Nous allons construire une infrastructure d'authentification évolutive, en nous concentrant sur le marché de l'Asie du Sud-Est. »
Crosshub est actuellement en négociations d'exportation et en phase de validation de principe (PoC) avec le Vietnam, Singapour, etc., et prévoit également de pénétrer les marchés d'Amérique du Nord et d'Europe de l'Est dans le courant de l'année. IDBlock a sécurisé environ 290 000 utilisateurs authentifiés au cours des trois derniers mois et renforce sa fiabilité technologique grâce à une validation de principe (PoC) conjointe avec l'entreprise de sécurité internationale Thales.
