친환경 소재 개발 스타트업 ㈜세이브더팜즈(대표 황인수)는 해양수산부와 해양수산과학기술진흥원이 주관하고 제피러스랩이 운영하는 ‘2025 오션-제너레이션 해양수산 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’에 최종 선정됐다고 28일 밝혔다.
해당 프로그램은 해양수산 분야의 신산업 창출과 기존 산업의 고도화를 목표로, 기술 개발, 사업화, 투자 연계 등을 지원하는 액셀러레이팅 지원 사업이다. 선정된 기업은 전담 액셀러레이터를 통한 맞춤형 보육 및 사업화 자금, 투자 유치 기회를 제공받는다.
세이브더팜즈는 이번 프로그램을 통해 해양 폐기물 자원화 기술 고도화에 집중할 계획이다. 특히 굴 패각을 활용한 친환경 사료 개발에 주력하고 있으며, 해양 부산물을 단순 폐기물이 아닌 지속 가능한 자원으로 전환해 활용하는 기술을 추진하고 있다. 굴 패각은 대표적인 해양 폐기물로, 국내 해양환경 관리 측면에서도 처리 부담이 지속돼 온 대상이다.
세이브더팜즈는 해당 소재의 성분 분석과 사료 원료화 과정을 통해 친환경 제품으로의 전환 가능성을 모색하고 있으며, 이번 액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 통해 기술 실증 및 상용화 역량을 강화하겠다는 계획이다.
황인수 세이브더팜즈 대표는 “굴 패각과 같은 해양 부산물을 고부가가치 소재로 전환할 수 있는 기술 개발에 집중하고 있다”며, “이번 프로그램 참여를 계기로 관련 산업과의 협업을 확대하고, 해양 환경 보호와 자원 순환에 기여할 수 있는 사업 모델을 지속적으로 발굴하겠다”고 말했다.

Save the Farms, Final Selection for '2025 Ocean-Generation Marine Fisheries Acceleration Program'
Save the Farms Co., Ltd. (CEO Hwang In-su), an eco-friendly material development startup, announced on the 28th that it was finally selected for the '2025 Ocean-Generation Marine and Fisheries Accelerating Program' hosted by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology Promotion and operated by Zephyrus Lab.
This program is an accelerating support project that supports technology development, commercialization, and investment linkage, with the goal of creating new industries and upgrading existing industries in the marine and fisheries sector. Selected companies will be provided with customized incubation and commercialization funds, as well as investment attraction opportunities, through a dedicated accelerator.
Save the Farms plans to focus on the advancement of marine waste resource technology through this program. In particular, it is focusing on the development of eco-friendly feed using oyster shells, and is promoting technology to convert marine by-products into sustainable resources rather than simple waste. Oyster shells are a representative marine waste, and have been a target of ongoing burden in terms of domestic marine environment management.
Save the Farms is exploring the possibility of converting the material into an eco-friendly product through component analysis and the feed raw material conversion process, and plans to strengthen its technology verification and commercialization capabilities through this accelerator program.
“We are focusing on developing technologies that can convert marine byproducts such as oyster shells into high value-added materials,” said Hwang In-soo, CEO of Save the Farms. “Through our participation in this program, we will expand collaboration with related industries and continue to discover business models that can contribute to the protection of the marine environment and resource circulation.”

環境にやさしい素材開発スタートアップ(株)セーブ・ザ・パームズ(代表ファン・インス)は海洋水産部と海洋水産科学技術振興院が主管してジェフィラスラップが運営する'2025オーシャン-ジェネレーション海洋水産アクセラレーティングプログラム'に最終選定されたと28日明らかにした。
このプログラムは、海洋水産分野の新産業創出と既存産業の高度化を目指し、技術開発、事業化、投資連携などを支援するアクセラレーティング支援事業だ。選ばれた企業は、専属アクセラレーターを通じたオーダーメイドの保育及び事業化資金、投資誘致機会を提供される。
セーブダーファームズは今回のプログラムを通じて海洋廃棄物資源化技術の高度化に集中する計画だ。特に牡蠣貝殻を活用した環境にやさしい飼料開発に注力しており、海洋副産物を単純廃棄物ではなく持続可能な資源に転換して活用する技術を推進している。牡蠣貝殻は代表的な海洋廃棄物で、国内海洋環境管理の側面でも処理負担が持続してきた対象だ。
セーブダーファームズは、該当素材の成分分析と飼料原料化過程を通じて環境にやさしい製品への転換の可能性を模索しており、今回のアクセラレーティングプログラムを通じて技術実証及び商用化能力を強化する計画だ。
ファン・インス・セーブ・ザ・パームズ代表は「牡蠣貝殻のような海洋副産物を高付加価値素材に転換できる技術開発に集中している」とし、「今回のプログラム参加を契機に関連産業との協業を拡大し、海洋環境保護と資源循環に寄与できる事業モデルを持続的に発掘する」と述べた。

Save the Farms Co., Ltd. (PDG Hwang In-su), une start-up de développement de matériaux respectueux de l'environnement, a annoncé le 28 qu'elle avait finalement été sélectionnée pour le « Programme d'accélération de la marine et de la pêche 2025 Ocean-Generation » organisé par le ministère des Océans et de la Pêche et l'Institut coréen de promotion des sciences et technologies océaniques et exploité par Zephyrus Lab.
Ce programme est un projet d'accompagnement accélérateur qui soutient le développement technologique, la commercialisation et les liens avec les investisseurs, dans le but de créer de nouvelles industries et de moderniser les industries existantes dans le secteur maritime et halieutique. Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront de fonds d'incubation et de commercialisation personnalisés, ainsi que d'opportunités d'attirer des investissements, grâce à un accélérateur dédié.
Save the Farms entend se concentrer sur le développement de technologies de gestion des déchets marins grâce à ce programme. L'association se concentre notamment sur le développement d'aliments écologiques à base de coquilles d'huîtres et promeut des technologies permettant de transformer les sous-produits marins en ressources durables plutôt qu'en simples déchets. Les coquilles d'huîtres sont un déchet marin représentatif et constituent une cible constante en matière de gestion du milieu marin national.
Save the Farms étudie la possibilité de convertir le matériau en un produit respectueux de l'environnement grâce à l'analyse des composants et au processus de conversion des matières premières pour aliments des animaux, et prévoit de renforcer ses capacités de vérification et de commercialisation de la technologie grâce à ce programme d'accélération.
« Nous nous concentrons sur le développement de technologies permettant de transformer des sous-produits marins tels que les coquilles d'huîtres en matériaux à haute valeur ajoutée », a déclaré Hwang In-soo, PDG de Save the Farms. « Grâce à notre participation à ce programme, nous allons élargir notre collaboration avec les industries concernées et continuer à découvrir des modèles économiques contribuant à la protection de l'environnement marin et à la circulation des ressources. »
