(재)강원창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이해정)와 ㈜알파랩(대표 방수준)이 지난 11일 강원 지역 농식품 창업 생태계 조성과 투자 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 ▲농식품 특화 창업기획자용 펀드 공동 추진 ▲자펀드 결성 및 공동 GP(Co-GP) 협력 ▲로컬크리에이터 공동 보육 및 육성 등 지역 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 실질적 협력을 골자로 한다.
강원창조경제혁신센터는 아일랜드(감자아일랜드), 설젤컴퍼니(설악젤라또), 더루트컴퍼니(포파칩) 등 지역기반 농식품 관련 창업기업을 지속 육성하고 있다. 2025년부터는 강원BRIDGE 푸드테크 육성사업, 강한소상공인 성장지원 사업, 로컬크리에이터 육성사업사업 등을 통해 연간 육성기업 수를 100여개 규모로 확대했다.
알파랩은 외식 및 소비재 분야에 특화된 립스(LIPS) 운영사로, 최근 와인 O2O 플랫폼 탭샵바, 커뮤니티 공동구매 커머스 감자마켓 등에 혁신적인 유통모델에 과감한 투자를 단행하며 안정적인 운용성과를 보이고 있다. 또한 자금 지원을 넘어 브랜딩, 운영 시스템, 유통 채널, 콘텐츠 제작 등을 통해 스타트업의 성장을 총체적으로 지원하는 액셀러레이터의 역할을 수행하고 있다.

Gangwon Innovation Center Signs Business Agreement with Alpha Lab
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong) and Alpha Lab Co., Ltd. (CEO Bang Soo-jun) announced on the 11th that they signed a business agreement (MOU) to foster an agricultural and food startup ecosystem and activate investment in the Gangwon region.
This agreement is based on practical cooperation to vitalize the local startup ecosystem, including ▲joint promotion of a fund for startup planners specializing in agricultural and food products, ▲establishment of a private fund and cooperation in joint GP (Co-GP), and ▲joint nurturing and fostering of local creators.
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center is continuously fostering local agricultural and food-related start-ups such as Ireland (Potato Island), Seoljel Company (Seorak Gelato), and The Root Company (Poppa Chips). Starting in 2025, the number of companies fostered annually will be expanded to around 100 through the Gangwon BRIDGE Food Tech Fostering Project, Strong Small Business Growth Support Project, and Local Creator Fostering Project.
Alpha Lab is a LIPS operator specializing in the food service and consumer goods sectors, and has recently made bold investments in innovative distribution models such as the wine O2O platform Tapshop Bar and the community group purchase commerce Potato Market, demonstrating stable operating performance. In addition, it is playing the role of an accelerator that comprehensively supports the growth of startups through branding, operating systems, distribution channels, and content production, beyond financial support.

（財）江原創造経済革新センター（代表理事理解政）と（株）アルファラップ（代表防水準）が11日、江原地域農食品創業生態系の造成と投資活性化のための業務協約（MOU）を締結したと明らかにした。

江原創造経済革新センターは、アイルランド（ジャガイモアイランド）、サルゼルカンパニー（ソラクジェラート）、ダルトカンパニー（ポパチップ）など地域ベースの農食品関連創業企業を持続育成している。 2025年からは江原BRIDGEフードテック育成事業、強い小商工人成長支援事業、ローカルクリエイター育成事業事業などを通じて年間育成企業数を100余規模に拡大した。
アルファラップは外食及び消費財分野に特化したリップス（LIPS）運営会社で、最近ワインO2Oプラットフォームタップショップバー、コミュニティ共同購入コマースポテトマーケットなどに革新的な流通モデルに果敢な投資を断行し、安定した運用成果を見せている。また、資金支援を超えてブランディング、運営システム、流通チャネル、コンテンツ制作などを通じてスタートアップの成長を総体的に支援するアクセラレーターの役割を果たしている。

江原创造经济革新中心（代表理事长李海正）与Alpha Lab株式会社（代表理事长方秀俊）11日表示，双方签署了旨在培育农业食品初创企业生态系统，并激活江原地区投资的业务协议（MOU）。
此次协议以▲共同推进面向农业食品类创业策划者的基金、▲设立私募基金及合作设立联合GP（Co-GP）、▲共同培育及培养本地创意者等，为激活本地创业生态系统开展务实合作为基础。
江原道创造经济革新中心正在持续培育爱尔兰（Potato Island）、雪杰公司（Seoljel Company）（雪岳冰淇淋）、The Root公司（Poppa Chips）等本地农业及食品相关初创企业。从2025年起，将通过“江原BRIDGE食品技术培育项目”、“中小企业强力成长支援项目”和“本地创造者培育项目”，将每年培育的企业数量扩大至100家左右。
Alpha Lab是一家专注于餐饮和消费品领域的LIPS运营商，近期大胆投资葡萄酒O2O平台Tapshop Bar、社区团购平台Potato Market等创新流通模式，展现了稳定的运营业绩。此外，除了资金支持外，Alpha Lab还通过品牌建设、运营系统、流通渠道、内容制作等全方位支持初创企业成长，发挥着加速器的作用。

Le centre d'innovation de Gangwon signe un accord commercial avec Alpha Lab
Le Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Lee Hae-jeong) et Alpha Lab Co., Ltd. (PDG Bang Soo-jun) ont annoncé le 11 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) pour favoriser un écosystème de startups agricoles et alimentaires et activer les investissements dans la région de Gangwon.
Cet accord est basé sur une coopération pratique pour dynamiser l'écosystème local des startups, y compris ▲la promotion conjointe d'un fonds pour les planificateurs de startups spécialisés dans les produits agricoles et alimentaires, ▲la création d'un fonds privé et la coopération dans le cadre d'un GP conjoint (Co-GP), et ▲l'éducation et la promotion conjointes des créateurs locaux.
Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gangwon encourage en permanence les start-up locales du secteur agricole et agroalimentaire, telles que Ireland (Potato Island), Seoljel Company (Seorak Gelato) et The Root Company (Poppa Chips).
