(사)초기투자액셀러레이터협회는 창업기획자(액셀러레이터) 전문가 양성을 위한 ‘제20기 창업기획자 전문인력 양성과정’을 오는 8월 개최한다고 11일 밝혔다.
동 교육과정은 중소벤처기업부 고시에 따라 협회가 직접 운영하며, 3년 이상의 창업 분야 관련 경력을 보유한 수강생이 교육을 수료할 경우 창업기획자 등록 요건 중 하나인 ‘전문인력’ 자격을 획득할 수 있다.
이번 제20기 교육은 8월 27일부터 9월 12일까지 진행되며, 실시간 온라인 교육(5일)과 오프라인 교육(2박 3일, 대전 라마다호텔)을 병행하는 방식으로 운영된다. 총 50시간에 걸쳐 스타트업 투자 및 보육에 필요한 실무 중심 커리큘럼이 제공된다.
특히 이번 기수에서는 AI, 글로벌, 로컬 창업 생태계 등 최근 이슈를 반영한 특강이 포함되어 기존 교육과의 차별화를 시도했다.
주요 교육 내용은 ▲창업 생태계의 이해 ▲모태펀드 및 투자조합 운영 ▲스타트업 투자계약 및 심사보고서 작성 ▲재무전략 수립 등 현장 적용 가능한 실무 중심 강의로 구성됐다. 이외에도 교육생 간 네트워킹과 졸업 파티 등 교류 프로그램도 함께 마련된다.
모집 대상은 예비 액셀러레이터, 창업지원 유관기관 종사자, 일반인 등으로, 교육 수료 시 협회 명의의 수료증이 발급된다. 수료 이후에는 협회 Alumni 네트워크 연계, 채용 추천 등 다양한 사후 지원도 제공된다.
창업기획자 전문인력 양성과정은 2020년 제1기 운영을 시작으로 현재까지 누적 수료생 1,000명을 돌파했으며, 창업지원 전문가 양성 과정으로서 꾸준한 수요를 이어가고 있다.
이번 제20기 과정은 오는 8월 17일까지 협회 공식 홈페이지(k-aia.or.kr)를 통해 신청할 수 있다.

The Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association held its 20th Startup Planner Training Program.
The Early Investment Accelerator Association announced on the 11th that it will hold the '20th Startup Planner Professional Training Course' in August to train startup planner (accelerator) experts.
This training course is run directly by the association in accordance with the notice of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and students with more than three years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship who complete the training can obtain the qualification of a “professional”, which is one of the requirements for registration as a startup planner.
This 20th training session will run from August 27th to September 12th, combining live online training (5 days) with offline training (2 nights and 3 days, held at the Ramada Hotel in Daejeon). A total of 50 hours of hands-on training will be provided, focusing on the practical aspects of startup investment and incubation.
In particular, this course attempted to differentiate itself from existing training by including special lectures that reflect recent issues such as AI, global, and local startup ecosystems.
Key training topics include: understanding the startup ecosystem, operating mother funds and investment associations, writing startup investment contracts and audit reports, and developing financial strategies. These courses are focused on practical, applicable lectures. Additionally, networking opportunities and exchange programs, including a graduation party, will be offered.
Recruitment targets aspiring accelerators, employees of startup support organizations, and the general public. Upon completion, a certificate of completion will be issued in the association's name. Various post-completion support programs are also available, including access to the association's alumni network and job recommendations.
The Startup Planner Training Program, which began its first phase in 2020, has surpassed 1,000 cumulative graduates to date, and continues to enjoy steady demand as a training program for startup support professionals.
Applications for this 20th course can be submitted through the association's official website (k-aia.or.kr) until August 17th.

（社）初期投資アクセラレータ協会は、創業企画者（アクセラレータ）専門家養成のための「第20期創業企画者専門人材養成過程」を来る8月開催すると11日明らかにした。
同教育課程は中小ベンチャー企業部告示により協会が直接運営し、3年以上の創業分野関連のキャリアを保有した受講生が教育を修了する場合、創業企画者登録要件の一つである「専門人材」資格を獲得することができる。
今回の第20期教育は8月27日から9月12日まで行われ、リアルタイムオンライン教育(5日)とオフライン教育(2泊3日、大田ラマダホテル)を並行する方式で運営される。合計50時間にわたってスタートアップ投資と保育に必要な実務中心カリキュラムが提供される。
特に今回の騎手では、AI、グローバル、ローカル創業生態系など最近の問題を反映した特強が含まれ、既存教育との差別化を試みた。

L'Early Investment Accelerator Association a annoncé le 11 qu'elle organiserait le « 20e cours de formation professionnelle de planificateur de startups » en août pour former des experts en planification de startups (accélérateurs).
Cette formation est dispensée directement par l'association conformément à l'avis du Ministère des PME et des Startups, et les étudiants ayant plus de trois ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'entrepreneuriat qui terminent la formation peuvent obtenir la qualification de « professionnel », qui est l'une des conditions requises pour l'inscription en tant que planificateur de startups.
Cette 20e session de formation se déroulera du 27 août au 12 septembre et combinera une formation en ligne en direct (5 jours) et une formation hors ligne (2 nuits et 3 jours, à l'hôtel Ramada de Daejeon). Au total, 50 heures de formation pratique seront dispensées, axées sur les aspects pratiques de l'investissement et de l'incubation de startups.
En particulier, ce cours a tenté de se différencier des formations existantes en incluant des conférences spéciales qui reflètent des problèmes récents tels que l'IA, les écosystèmes de startups mondiaux et locaux.
Les principaux thèmes de formation incluent : la compréhension de l'écosystème des startups, la gestion des fonds d'investissement et des associations d'investissement, la rédaction de contrats d'investissement et de rapports d'audit pour les startups, et l'élaboration de stratégies financières. Le programme de formation Startup Planner, qui a débuté sa première phase en 2020, a dépassé les 1 000 diplômés cumulés à ce jour et continue de bénéficier d'une demande constante en tant que programme de formation pour les professionnels du soutien aux startups.
