대전창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 박대희, 이하 대전혁신센터)가 오는 21일 오후 4시까지 ‘2025년 예비창업패키지 사전인큐베이팅 프로그램(이하 레디스타트업)’에 참여할 예비창업자를 모집한다.
‘레디스타트업’은 혁신적인 기술과 아이디어(BM)를 보유한 예비창업자의 아이템을 검증하고 구체화할 수 있도록 기획된 사전 인큐베이팅 프로그램이다. 창업 실무 교육과 1:1 맞춤형 멘토링, 데모데이 참가 기회를 통해 창업 준비 단계 전반을 지원하며, 우수 수료자는 차년도 예비창업패키지 사업과 연계 혜택이 제공된다.
대전혁신센터는 2024년 시범 운영기관으로 선정되어 약 5개월 간 프로그램을 운영했으며 참여자들로부터 높은 만족도도 얻은 바 있다.
이번 프로그램에서는 총 15명 내외의 예비창업자를 선발해 9월부터 12월까지 약 4개월간 교육 및 멘토링을 진행할 예정이다. 선발된 참여자는 사업화 전략, 피칭 역량 강화, 시장 진입 등에 관한 실전 교육과 멘토링을 받게 되며, 최종 데모데이를 통해 우수 수료자가 선정된다.
모집 대상은 공고일 기준(2025.8.12.) 사업자등록 또는 법인설립 이력이 없는 예비창업자로, 정보통신, 바이오·의료, 디자인, 환경 등 전 분야의 기술 기반 아이템을 보유하고 있다면 신청할 수 있다.
참가를 희망하는 예비창업자는 신청서 및 관련 서류를 작성해 8월 21일(목) 오후 4시까지 이메일(kys@ccei.kr)로 접수하면 된다. 자세한 내용은 대전창조경제혁신센터 홈페이지 또는 K-Startup에서 확인할 수 있다.

Daejeon Innovation Center is recruiting entrepreneurs for its 2025 Pre-Startup Package Pre-Incubation Program.
The Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as the Daejeon Innovation Center) is recruiting prospective entrepreneurs to participate in the '2025 Preliminary Startup Package Pre-Incubating Program (hereinafter referred to as Ready Startup)' until 4:00 PM on the 21st.
"Ready Startup" is a pre-incubation program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative technologies and business models (BMs) validate and develop their ideas. It supports all stages of startup preparation through practical entrepreneurship training, personalized one-on-one mentoring, and opportunities to participate in Demo Day. Successful participants are provided with benefits linked to the following year's Pre-Startup Package program.
The Daejeon Innovation Center was selected as a pilot program operator in 2024 and ran the program for approximately five months, receiving high satisfaction from participants.
This program will select approximately 15 prospective entrepreneurs and provide training and mentoring for approximately four months, from September to December. Selected participants will receive practical training and mentoring on business strategy, pitching skills, and market entry. Top graduates will be selected through a final Demo Day.
The recruitment target is prospective entrepreneurs who have no business registration or corporate establishment history as of the announcement date (August 12, 2025). Applicants who possess technology-based items in any field, including information and communication, bio/medical, design, and environment, may apply.

大田革新センター、「2025年予備創業パッケージ事前インキュベーションプログラム」創業者募集
大田創造経済革新センター（代表取締役パク・デヒ、以下大田革新センター）が来る21日午後4時まで、「2025年予備創業パッケージ事前インキュベーションプログラム（以下レディスタートアップ）」に参加する予備創業者を募集する。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Daejeon (PDG Daehee Park, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation de Daejeon) recrute des entrepreneurs potentiels pour participer au « Programme de pré-incubation du forfait de démarrage préliminaire 2025 (ci-après dénommé Ready Startup) » jusqu'à 16h00 le 21.
« Ready Startup » est un programme de pré-incubation conçu pour aider les futurs entrepreneurs aux technologies et modèles économiques innovants à valider et développer leurs idées. Il accompagne toutes les étapes de la préparation d'une startup grâce à une formation pratique en entrepreneuriat, un mentorat individuel personnalisé et la possibilité de participer à un Demo Day. Les participants retenus bénéficient d'avantages liés au programme Pre-Startup Package de l'année suivante.
Le Centre d'innovation de Daejeon a été sélectionné comme opérateur de programme pilote en 2024 et a mené le programme pendant environ cinq mois, obtenant un taux de satisfaction élevé de la part des participants.
Ce programme sélectionnera une quinzaine de futurs entrepreneurs et leur offrira une formation et un mentorat pendant environ quatre mois, de septembre à décembre. Les participants sélectionnés bénéficieront d'une formation pratique et d'un mentorat en stratégie d'entreprise, techniques de présentation et implantation sur le marché. Les meilleurs candidats seront sélectionnés lors d'une journée de démonstration finale.
Ce recrutement s'adresse aux futurs entrepreneurs n'ayant aucune entreprise enregistrée ni aucun historique de création d'entreprise à la date de publication de l'annonce (12 août 2025). Les candidats possédant des compétences technologiques dans tous les domaines, notamment l'information et la communication, le biomédical, le design et l'environnement, peuvent postuler.
Les aspirants entrepreneurs souhaitant participer doivent soumettre leur candidature et les documents requis par courriel (kys@ccei.kr) avant 16h00 le jeudi 21 août.
