(재)충북과학기술혁신원(원장 고근석, 이하 ʻ충북과기원ʼ)은 12일(화), 청주 오창 충북 디지털혁신지원센터에서 ‘2025년 충북 디지털 우수기업 KICK-OFF 및 컨설턴트 매칭데이’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 과학기술정보통신부, 충청북도, 청주시가 추진하는 ‘지역 디지털 혁신거점 조성지원 사업’의 일환인‘충북 디지털 역량강화 지원사업’의 핵심 프로그램으로 마련됐다.
행사에는 2025년 충북 디지털 우수기업으로 선정된 13개 사(’24년 5개사, ’25년 8개사)와 분야별 전문 컨설턴트가 참석해, 충북형 유니콘 기업 창출을 목표로 올해 기업별 성장 로드맵을 함께 설계했다.
특히, 2025년 우수기업 육성 프로그램은 전년도 대비 기업별 성과 목표를 한층 구체화해 매출 증가율을 필수 지표로 설정하고, 신제품 개발·신규 고용·신규 시장 진출 등 기업별 선택 목표를 병행 추진한다. 충북과기원은 이를 지원하기 위해 기업별 맞춤형 컨설팅과 마이크로소프트와 함께하는 AX 역량강화 교육 등 실질적인 성장 지원 프로그램을 제공할 계획이다.
이날 행사에서는 ▲충북 우수기업 육성 프로그램 소개 ▲투자유치·M&A·SPAC 기반 엑싯(Exit) 특강 ▲기업–컨설턴트 매칭 세션 ▲성과목표 공유 및 네트워킹 등이 진행됐다. 특히 매칭 세션에서는 기업별 현황과 과제를 공유하고, 성과 달성을 위한 맞춤형 실행 전략을 구체화했다.
충북과기원은 이번 프로그램을 통해 디지털 혁신 생태계 조성, 지역 경제 활성화, 그리고 중장기적으로 충북형 디지털 유니콘 기업 창출이라는 목표를 실현하겠다는 전략이다.
고근석 충북과기원 원장은 “오늘을 기점으로 기업, 컨설턴트, 지자체, 그리고 과기원이 하나가 되어 ‘성과로 증명하는 우수기업’이 되길 기대한다”며, “과기원도 끝까지 함께하며 충북형 유니콘 기업 탄생을 위해 아낌없이 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

The Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology Innovation (President Ko Geun-seok, hereinafter referred to as the “Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology”) announced that it held the “2025 Chungbuk Digital Excellence Company KICK-OFF and Consultant Matching Day” at the Chungbuk Digital Innovation Support Center in Ochang, Cheongju on Tuesday, the 12th.
This event was organized as a core program of the 'Chungbuk Digital Capacity Building Support Project,' which is part of the 'Regional Digital Innovation Hub Creation Support Project' promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT, Chungcheongbuk-do Province, and Cheongju City.
The event was attended by 13 companies selected as Chungbuk's digital excellence companies in 2025 (5 companies in '24, 8 companies in '25) and specialized consultants from each field, who jointly designed a growth roadmap for each company this year with the goal of creating Chungbuk-style unicorn companies.
In particular, the 2025 Excellent Company Development Program will further specify company-specific performance goals compared to the previous year, setting sales growth as a mandatory indicator and pursuing optional goals for each company, such as new product development, new hires, and new market entry. To support these goals, Chungbuk National Institute of Science and Technology plans to provide practical growth support programs, including customized consulting for each company and AX capacity building training in partnership with Microsoft.
The event included an introduction to the Chungbuk Excellent Company Development Program, a special lecture on exits based on investment attraction, M&A, and SPACs, a company-consultant matching session, and a sharing of performance goals and networking opportunities. The matching session, in particular, provided a platform to share current status and challenges for each company and develop customized implementation strategies to achieve results.
Through this program, Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology aims to achieve its goals of fostering a digital innovation ecosystem, revitalizing the local economy, and creating Chungbuk-style digital unicorn companies in the mid- to long-term.
Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology President Koh Geun-seok said, “I hope that starting today, companies, consultants, local governments, and the Institute of Science and Technology will become one and become an ‘excellent company proven through performance.’” He added, “The Institute of Science and Technology will also be with us until the end and provide unsparing support for the creation of Chungbuk-style unicorn companies.”

今回の行事は、科学技術情報通信部、忠清北道、清州市が推進する「地域デジタル革新拠点造成支援事業」の一環である「忠北デジタル力量強化支援事業」の核心プログラムとして設けられた。
イベントには2025年忠北デジタル優秀企業に選ばれた13社（24年5社、25年8社）と分野別専門コンサルタントが参加し、忠北型ユニコーン企業創出を目標に今年企業別成長ロードマップを一緒に設計した。
特に、2025年の優秀企業育成プログラムは、前年度比企業別成果目標を一層具体化し、売上増加率を必須指標に設定し、新製品開発・新規雇用・新規市場進出など企業別選択目標を並行推進する。忠北と起源は、これを支援するために、企業別のカスタマイズコンサルティングやマイクロソフトと共に行うＡＸ能力強化教育など、実質的な成長支援プログラムを提供する計画だ。

本次活动是作为“忠清北道数字能力建设支持项目”的核心项目而举办的，该项目是科学技术信息通信部、忠清北道和清州市推动的“区域数字创新中心创建支持项目”的一部分。
此次活动有13家被选定为2025忠北数字卓越企业的公司（2024年5家、2025年8家）和各领域的专业顾问出席，他们以打造忠北风格的独角兽企业为目标，共同为各公司制定了今年的成长路线图。
特别是，2025年卓越企业发展计划将比上一年进一步明确各公司的具体业绩目标，将销售额增长设定为强制性指标，并为每家公司设定可选目标，例如新产品开发、新员工招聘和新市场进入。为了支持这些目标，忠北科学技术院计划提供切实可行的发展支持项目，包括为每家公司提供定制咨询，以及与微软合作开展AX能力建设培训。
活动内容包括：忠北优秀企业培育计划介绍、基于招商引资、并购、SPAC等方式的退出特别讲座、企业与顾问对接会，以及业绩目标分享和交流机会。其中，对接会提供了一个平台，让企业能够分享自身现状和挑战，并制定个性化的实施策略以取得成果。
忠北科学技术院旨在通过该项目，实现培育数字创新生态系统、振兴地区经济、打造忠北式数字独角兽企业等中长期目标。

L'Institut d'innovation scientifique et technologique de Chungbuk (Président Ko Geun-seok, ci-après dénommé « Institut d'innovation scientifique et technologique de Chungbuk ») a annoncé qu'il a organisé le « 2025 Chungbuk Digital Excellence Company KICK-OFF and Consultant Matching Day » au Centre de soutien à l'innovation numérique de Chungbuk à Ochang, Cheongju, le mardi 12.
Cet événement a été organisé dans le cadre du programme principal du « Projet de soutien au renforcement des capacités numériques de Chungbuk », qui fait partie du « Projet de soutien à la création d'un pôle régional d'innovation numérique » promu par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC, la province de Chungcheongbuk-do et la ville de Cheongju.
L'événement a réuni 13 entreprises sélectionnées comme entreprises d'excellence numérique de Chungbuk en 2025 (5 entreprises en 2024, 8 entreprises en 2025) et des consultants spécialisés de chaque domaine, qui ont conçu conjointement une feuille de route de croissance pour chaque entreprise cette année dans le but de créer des entreprises licornes de style Chungbuk.
En particulier, le Programme de développement d'excellence des entreprises 2025 précisera les objectifs de performance spécifiques à chaque entreprise par rapport à l'année précédente, en faisant de la croissance des ventes un indicateur obligatoire et en poursuivant des objectifs optionnels pour chaque entreprise, tels que le développement de nouveaux produits, les recrutements et la pénétration de nouveaux marchés. Pour soutenir ces objectifs, l'Institut national des sciences et technologies de Chungbuk prévoit de proposer des programmes concrets de soutien à la croissance, notamment des conseils personnalisés pour chaque entreprise et des formations de renforcement des capacités AX en partenariat avec Microsoft.
L'événement comprenait une présentation du programme Chungbuk Excellent Company Development, une conférence spéciale sur les sorties d'entreprises basées sur l'attraction d'investissements, les fusions-acquisitions et les SPAC, une séance de mise en relation entreprise-consultant, ainsi qu'un partage d'objectifs de performance et d'opportunités de réseautage. Cette séance a notamment permis de partager la situation actuelle et les défis de chaque entreprise, et d'élaborer des stratégies de mise en œuvre personnalisées pour obtenir des résultats.
Grâce à ce programme, l'Institut des sciences et technologies de Chungbuk vise à atteindre ses objectifs de promotion d'un écosystème d'innovation numérique, de revitalisation de l'économie locale et de création d'entreprises licornes numériques de style Chungbuk à moyen et long terme.
Le président de l'Institut des sciences et technologies de Chungbuk, Koh Geun-seok, a déclaré : « J'espère qu'à partir d'aujourd'hui, les entreprises, les consultants, les collectivités locales et l'Institut des sciences et technologies ne feront plus qu'un et deviendront une "entreprise d'excellence dont les performances sont prouvées". » Il a ajouté : « L'Institut des sciences et technologies sera également à nos côtés jusqu'au bout et apportera un soutien sans faille à la création d'entreprises licornes de type Chungbuk. »
