세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부(본부장 심혜설)는 아산시보건소(소장 최원경)와 아산지역 내 아동권리를 증진 및 생애초기건강관리사업 확대를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번협약은 세이브더칠드런 충남아동권리센터에서 진행되었으며 현장에는 아산시보건소 안신희 팀장, 세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부 심혜설 본부장 등이 자리했으며, 생애초기건강관리사업 서비스 확대를 통해 위기임산부 가정의 안정적인 양육환경 조성과 자립을 지원하기 위해 전문적이고 지속가능한 지원체계 및 사회적 지지망을 구축하는 업무를 수행하는 것을 목적으로 진행됐다.
협약상대 기관인 아산시보건소는 전문교육을 이수한 전문가들이 산모와 2세 이하 영아가 있는 가정을 방문해 건강상담, 영아발달상담, 양육 교육, 정서적 지지 등 맞춤형 건강 관리 서비스를 제공하는 ‘생애초기건강관리사업’을 운영해오고 있다.
아산시보건소 최원경 보건소장은 “세이브더칠드런과 함께 협업할 수 있는 부분에 있어서 최선을 다하겠다.앞으로도 위기임산부 및 아동들의 건강한 성장환경을 만들어 가는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
세이브더칠드런 심혜설 중부지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 복지사각지대에서 어려움을 겪는 가정에 건강한 양육환경을 조성할것이며, 아산시보건소와 협력하여 지역 내 위기임산부 및 아동을 발굴하고 아낌없는 지원을 하겠다”고 전했다.

Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Signs MOU with Asan City Health Center
Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters (Director Shim Hye-seol) announced on the 20th that it signed a business agreement with Asan City Health Center (Director Choi Won-gyeong) to promote children's rights and expand early life health management projects in the Asan region.
This agreement was held at the Save the Children Chungnam Child Rights Center, and was attended by Team Leader Ahn Shin-hee of the Asan City Public Health Center and Director Sim Hye-seol of the Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters. The purpose of the agreement was to build a professional and sustainable support system and social support network to create a stable child-rearing environment and support self-reliance for families with pregnant women at risk by expanding the early life health management project service.
Asan City Public Health Center, a partner institution, has been operating the 'Early Life Health Management Project', in which experts who have completed specialized training visit pregnant women and families with infants under the age of two to provide customized health management services such as health consultations, infant development consultations, parenting education, and emotional support.
Asan City Health Center Director Choi Won-kyung stated, “We will do our best to collaborate with Save the Children in any way we can. We will continue to strive to help create a healthy growth environment for pregnant women and children in crisis.”
Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Director Shim Hye-seol said, “Through this agreement, we will create a healthy child-rearing environment for families struggling in welfare blind spots, and in cooperation with the Asan City Public Health Center, we will identify pregnant women and children in crisis in the region and provide them with generous support.”

セーブ・ザ・チルドレン中部地域本部（本部長シム・ヘソル）は、牙山市保健所（所長チェウォンギョン）と牙山地域内の児童権利を増進および生涯初期健康管理事業拡大のための業務協約を締結したと20日明らかにした。
今回の協約はセーブ・ザ・チルドレン忠南児童権リセンターで行われ、現場には牙山市保健所アン・シンヒチーム長、セーブ・ザ・チルドレン中部地域本部シム・ヘソル本部長などが位置し、生涯初期健康管理事業サービスの拡大を通じて危機妊産婦家庭の安定的な養育環境づくりと自支持網を構築する業務を遂行することを目的に進められた。
協約相手機関である牙山市保健所は、専門教育を履修した専門家たちが母親と2歳以下の幼児がいる家庭を訪問し、健康相談、幼児発達相談、養育教育、情緒的支持など、カスタマイズされた健康管理サービスを提供する「生涯初期健康管理事業」を運営してきている。
牙山市保健所チェ・ウォンギョン保健所長は「セーブ・ザ・チルドレンと共同作業できる部分において最善を尽くす。今後も危機妊婦や児童たちの健康な成長環境を作っていくのに役立つように努力する」と明らかにした。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレン・シム・ヘソル中部地域本部長は「今回の条約を通じて福祉死角地帯で困難を経験する家庭に健康な養育環境を造成し、牙山市保健所と協力して地域内の危機妊婦や児童を発掘して惜しみない支援をする」と伝えた。

救助儿童会中部地区总部与峨山市卫生中心签署合作备忘录
救助儿童会中央区域总部（主任沈惠雪）于20日宣布，已与牙山市卫生中心（主任崔元京）签署业务协议，以促进儿童权利，并扩大牙山地区的早期生命健康管理项目。
该协议在救助儿童会忠南儿童权益中心签署，牙山市公共卫生中心安信熙组长和救助儿童会中央区域总部沈慧雪主任出席了签署仪式。协议旨在通过拓展早期生命健康管理项目服务，为有高危孕妇的家庭构建专业、可持续的支持体系和社会支持网络，从而创造稳定的育儿环境，并增强其自立能力。
合作机构峨山市公共卫生中心一直在开展“早期生命健康管理项目”，该项目由经过专门培训的专家走访孕妇和两岁以下婴儿的家庭，提供定制化的健康管理服务，例如健康咨询、婴儿发育咨询、育儿教育和情感支持。
峨山市卫生中心主任崔元京表示：“我们将尽一切努力与救助儿童会合作。我们将继续努力，为处于困境中的孕妇和儿童创造健康的成长环境。”
救助儿童会中央区域总部主任沈惠雪表示：“通过这项协议，我们将为那些在福利盲区挣扎的家庭创造一个健康的育儿环境，并与峨山市公共卫生中心合作，识别该地区处于危机中的孕妇和儿童，并向她们提供慷慨的援助。”

Le siège régional central de Save the Children signe un protocole d'entente avec le centre de santé de la ville d'Asan
Le siège régional central de Save the Children (directrice Shim Hye-seol) a annoncé le 20 avoir signé un accord commercial avec le centre de santé de la ville d'Asan (directeur Choi Won-gyeong) pour promouvoir les droits des enfants et étendre les projets de gestion de la santé de la petite enfance dans la région d'Asan.
Cet accord a été conclu au Centre des droits de l'enfant de Save the Children à Chungnam, en présence de la cheffe d'équipe Ahn Shin-hee du Centre de santé publique d'Asan et de la directrice Sim Hye-seol du siège régional central de Save the Children. L'objectif de cet accord est de mettre en place un système de soutien professionnel et durable, ainsi qu'un réseau d'entraide, afin de créer un environnement stable pour l'éducation des enfants et de favoriser l'autonomie des familles dont la femme enceinte est en situation de risque, grâce à l'extension des services du projet de gestion de la santé en début de vie.
Le centre de santé publique de la ville d'Asan, une institution partenaire, gère le « projet de gestion de la santé en début de vie », dans le cadre duquel des experts ayant suivi une formation spécialisée rendent visite aux femmes enceintes et aux familles avec des nourrissons de moins de deux ans pour fournir des services de gestion de la santé personnalisés tels que des consultations de santé, des consultations sur le développement du nourrisson, une éducation parentale et un soutien émotionnel.
Choi Won-kyung, directrice du centre de santé d'Asan, a déclaré : « Nous ferons tout notre possible pour collaborer avec Save the Children. Nous continuerons à œuvrer pour créer un environnement propice à la croissance saine des femmes enceintes et des enfants en situation de crise. »
