중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙, 이하 중기부) 노용석 차관은 28일(목) 부산 시티호텔에서 열린 ‘부산 혁신 스케일업 벤처펀드’ 결성식에 참석해, 부산광역시에 중점 투자하는 부산 지역모펀드가 출자자 모집을 완료하고 본격적인 운영에 나선다고 밝혔다.
지역 벤처투자 활성화를 위해 추진되는 ’25년 지역모펀드는 강원, 경북, 부산, 충남에 총 4,000억원 규모로 조성된다. ‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’에 이어 ‘부산 혁신 스케일업 벤처펀드’가 두 번째로 결성되며. 강원과 경북의 모펀드도 조속히 결성될 예정이다.
이번 ‘부산 혁신 스케일업 벤처펀드’는 모태펀드가 600억원을 마중물로 공급하고 부산시, 부산은행, 기업은행이 출자자로 참여하여 총 1,011억원 규모의 대형 모펀드로 결성되었다.
‘부산 기업성장 벤처펀드’는 9월 운영위원회를 통해 출자분야를 확정하고 10월부터 자펀드 출자사업을 시작하여 부산에 중점 투자하는 2,000억원 규모의 벤처펀드를 조성할 계획이다.
노용석 차관은 “부산은 우리나라 제2의 도시이자 글로벌 해양·물류·문화허브로서, 정부와 부산시의 적극적인 노력으로 이제는 아시아의 주요 창업 도시로 도약하고 있다”며 “중기부는 이번 부산 혁신 스케일업 벤처펀드를 통해 수도권이 아닌 지역에서도 벤처·스타트업에게 두터운 투자기회가 주어지도록 지원을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

This 'Busan Innovation Scale-up Venture Fund' was formed as a large-scale mother fund with a total of KRW 101.1 billion, with the mother fund providing KRW 60 billion as a starting capital and Busan City, Busan Bank, and Industrial Bank of Korea participating as investors.
The Busan Corporate Growth Venture Fund plans to establish a KRW 200 billion venture fund focused on investing in Busan by finalizing its investment areas through the September Steering Committee and starting its private fund investment business in October.
Vice Minister Noh Yong-seok said, “Busan is Korea’s second largest city and a global maritime, logistics, and cultural hub. Thanks to the active efforts of the government and Busan City, it is now leaping forward as a major startup city in Asia.” He added, “Through this Busan Innovation Scale-up Venture Fund, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will strengthen its support to provide ample investment opportunities to ventures and startups in regions other than the metropolitan area.”

中期部が1千億ウォン規模「釜山イノベーションスケールアップベンチャーファンド」を発足
中小ベンチャー企業部（長官ハン・ソンスク、以下中期部）ノ・ヨンソク次官は２８日（木）釜山シティホテルで開かれた「釜山イノベーションスケールアップベンチャーファンド」結成式に参加し、釜山広域市に重点投資する釜山地域モファンドが出資者募集を完了して本格的な運営に乗り出す。
地域ベンチャー投資の活性化のために推進される'25年地域モーファンドは江原、慶北、釜山、忠南に総4,000億ウォン規模で造成される。 「忠南企業成長ベンチャーファンド」に続き、「釜山イノベーションスケールアップベンチャーファンド」が2番目に結成されます。江原と慶北のモーファンドも早速結成される予定だ。
今回の「釜山イノベーションスケールアップベンチャーファンド」は、モテファンドが600億ウォンを出荷物として供給し、釜山市、釜山銀行、企業銀行が出資者として参加し、合計1,011億ウォン規模の大型モーファンドに結成された。
「釜山企業成長ベンチャーファンド」は9月、運営委員会を通じて出資分野を確定し、10月からジャファンド出資事業を開始し、釜山に重点投資する2,000億ウォン規模のベンチャーファンドを造成する計画だ。
ノ・ヨンソク次官は「釜山は韓国第2の都市であり、グローバル海洋・物流・文化ハブとして、政府と釜山市の積極的な努力で、今はアジアの主要創業都市に跳躍している」とし「中期部は今回の釜山イノベーションスケールアップベンチャーファンドを通じて首都圏ではない地域でもベンチャー・スタートアップに厚く投資した。

中小企业和创业部启动了规模达 1000 亿韩元的釜山创新规模化风险投资基金。
中小企业和创业部副部长卢容锡（韩成淑部长，以下简称中小企业和创业部）于28日星期四出席了在釜山城市酒店举行的“釜山创新规模化风险投资基金”成立仪式，并宣布专注于投资釜山广域市的釜山地区基金已完成投资者招募，即将开始全面运营。
为振兴区域风险投资，2025年将在江原道、庆尚北道、釜山和忠清南道设立总额为4000亿韩元的区域母基金。继忠清南道企业成长风险基金之后，釜山创新规模化风险基金将成为第二个设立的基金。江原道和庆尚北道的母基金也计划很快设立。
该“釜山创新规模化风险投资基金”是一个规模庞大的母基金，总规模达 1011 亿韩元，其中母基金提供 600 亿韩元作为启动资金，釜山市政府、釜山银行和韩国产业银行作为投资者参与其中。
釜山企业成长风险投资基金计划设立规模为 2000 亿韩元的风险投资基金，专注于投资釜山。该基金已于 9 月份通过指导委员会确定了投资领域，并计划于 10 月份启动私募股权基金投资业务。
副部长卢容锡表示：“釜山是韩国第二大城市，也是全球海事、物流和文化中心。得益于政府和釜山市政府的积极努力，釜山正迅速崛起为亚洲重要的创业城市。” 他补充道：“通过设立釜山创新规模化风险投资基金，中小企业和创业部将加大力度，为大都市区以外地区的创业企业提供充足的投资机会。”

Le ministère des PME et des Startups a lancé le fonds d'investissement Busan Innovation Scale-up Venture Fund, doté de 100 milliards de wons.
Le vice-ministre Noh Yong-seok du ministère des PME et des Startups (ministre Han Sung-sook, ci-après dénommé ministère des PME et des Startups) a assisté à la cérémonie d'inauguration du « Busan Innovation Scale-up Venture Fund » qui s'est tenue à l'hôtel de la ville de Busan le jeudi 28 et a annoncé que le fonds régional de Busan, qui se concentre sur l'investissement dans la ville métropolitaine de Busan, avait terminé le recrutement des investisseurs et allait commencer ses opérations à grande échelle.
Afin de dynamiser l'investissement en capital-risque régional, un Fonds mère régional 2025 sera créé à Gangwon, Gyeongbuk, Busan et Chungnam, doté d'un budget total de 400 milliards de wons. Après le Fonds de croissance des entreprises de Chungnam, le Fonds d'expansion et d'innovation de Busan sera le deuxième fonds mis en place. Des fonds mères pour Gangwon et Gyeongbuk devraient également être créés prochainement.
Ce « Fonds d'investissement pour l'innovation à grande échelle de Busan » a été créé en tant que fonds mère de grande envergure doté d'un capital total de 101,1 milliards de wons coréens, le fonds mère fournissant 60 milliards de wons coréens de capital de départ et la ville de Busan, la Busan Bank et l'Industrial Bank of Korea participant en tant qu'investisseurs.
Le Busan Corporate Growth Venture Fund prévoit de créer un fonds de capital-risque de 200 milliards de wons coréens axé sur l'investissement à Busan, en finalisant ses domaines d'investissement lors de la réunion du comité de pilotage de septembre et en lançant ses activités d'investissement dans des fonds privés en octobre.
