ICT전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 중소기업기술정보진흥원의 ‘2025년 중소기업 통합플랫폼 구축 사업(1단계)’을 수주했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 중소기업 정책 포털사이트인 ‘중소벤처24’와 ‘기업마당’으로 이원화돼 있던 서비스를 하나로 통합해 기업이 보다 쉽고 편리하게 정책 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 대규모 디지털 전환(DX) 프로젝트다.
유큐브 컨소시엄이 수행하는 이번 1단계 사업은 약 20억 원 규모로, ▲중소기업 지원사업 정보의 통합·연결 ▲AI 기반 맞춤형 서비스 제공 ▲민간 클라우드 이전 및 공공 API 개방 ▲통합 데이터베이스 구축 등을 핵심 과제로 추진된다. 이를 통해 중소기업은 각종 지원사업과 정책정보를 한눈에 확인하고, 맞춤형 알림·추천 서비스를 통해 필요한 정보를 신속하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
본 사업은 중소기업을 위한 원스톱 서비스, AI 맞춤형 추천, 민간 클라우드 활용 등을 단계적으로 구축해 나가는 첫 출발점이라는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다. 특히 AI 기반 맞춤형 서비스를 위해 ▲AI 정보도우미(챗봇) ▲사업공고·지원사업 맞춤형 검색 기능 등을 개발·제공하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.
유큐브는 지난 2023년 ‘중소기업 통합플랫폼 ISP(정보화전략계획)’ 수립 사업에 참여해 사업 기획을 주도했으며, 중소벤처기업부 산하 32개 유관기관 서비스를 통합하는 대민정보시스템 통합운영체계 구축·운영 사업에도 3년 이상 참여해 왔다. 또한 행정안전부의 ‘2025년 지능형 업무관리플랫폼 구축 사업’, 한국지능정보사회진흥원의 ‘범정부 초거대 AI 공통 기반 구현 사업’ 등 국가 핵심 AI 사업을 수행하며, 신기술 적용과 대규모 차세대 사업에서 노하우를 축적해 왔다. 이러한 경험과 역량이 이번 사업 수주로 이어졌다는 평가다.
유큐브 김정범 대표는 “이번 성과는 그간 유큐브가 차세대 및 대형 시스템·포털 구축 실적, 행정업무 시스템 구축·운영 노하우를 인정받은 결과”이라며, “이번 사업을 통해 중소기업이 체감할 수 있는 디지털 전환 성과를 만들어내고, 사용자 중심의 혁신 플랫폼을 제공하겠다”고 말했다.

Ucube Wins Phase 1 of the 2025 SME Integrated Platform Construction Project
ICT specialist company Ucube (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) announced on the 1st that it has won the contract for the '2025 SME Integrated Platform Construction Project (Phase 1)' from the Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency.
This project is a large-scale digital transformation (DX) project that integrates the previously separate services of 'Small and Medium Venture 24' and 'Enterprise Yard', which are small and medium-sized enterprise policy portal sites, into one, allowing companies to access policy information more easily and conveniently.
This first phase of the project, undertaken by the Ucube Consortium, is valued at approximately 2 billion won and focuses on the following key tasks: integrating and connecting information on SME support programs, providing AI-based customized services, migrating private cloud services and opening public APIs, and establishing a unified database. This will enable SMEs to access various support programs and policy information at a glance and quickly access the information they need through customized notification and recommendation services.
This project is significant as it serves as the first step toward building a one-stop service for small and medium-sized businesses, tailored AI recommendations, and private cloud utilization. Specifically, the project focuses on developing and providing AI-based customized services, including: an AI information assistant (chatbot) and a customized search function for business announcements and support projects.
In 2023, Ucube participated in the establishment of the "SME Integrated Platform ISP (Information Strategy Plan)" project and led the project planning. It has also been involved for over three years in the construction and operation of an integrated public information system that integrates services from 32 related organizations under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Furthermore, Ucube has been carrying out key national AI projects, such as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's "2025 Intelligent Work Management Platform Construction Project" and the Korea Intelligence Information Society Agency's "Government-wide Large-Scale AI Common Infrastructure Implementation Project," accumulating expertise in applying new technologies and large-scale next-generation projects. These experiences and capabilities are believed to have led to its winning this project.

La société Ucube, spécialisée dans les TIC (PDG Kim Jeong-beom), a annoncé le 1er qu'elle avait remporté le contrat pour le « Projet de construction de la plateforme intégrée des PME 2025 (Phase 1) » auprès de l'Agence de promotion de l'information technologique des petites et moyennes entreprises.
Ce projet est un projet de transformation numérique (DX) à grande échelle qui intègre en un seul les services auparavant séparés de « Small and Medium Venture 24 » et « Enterprise Yard », qui sont des portails de politiques pour les petites et moyennes entreprises, permettant aux entreprises d'accéder plus facilement et plus commodément aux informations sur les politiques.
Cette première phase du projet, menée par le consortium Ucube, représente un investissement d'environ 2 milliards de wons et se concentre sur les axes suivants : l'intégration et la centralisation des informations relatives aux programmes de soutien aux PME, la fourniture de services personnalisés basés sur l'IA, la migration des services de cloud privé et l'ouverture d'API publiques, ainsi que la création d'une base de données unifiée. Grâce à ces outils, les PME pourront accéder en un coup d'œil aux informations concernant les différents programmes de soutien et les politiques en vigueur, et trouver rapidement les informations dont elles ont besoin grâce à des services de notification et de recommandation personnalisés.
Ce projet est important car il constitue la première étape vers la création d'un guichet unique pour les PME, proposant des recommandations d'IA personnalisées et l'utilisation du cloud privé. Plus précisément, il vise à développer et à fournir des services personnalisés basés sur l'IA, notamment un assistant d'information (chatbot) et une fonction de recherche personnalisée pour les annonces et les projets d'assistance aux entreprises.
En 2023, Ucube a participé à la mise en place du projet « Plateforme intégrée PME (Plan stratégique d'information) » et en a piloté la planification. Depuis plus de trois ans, l'entreprise est également impliquée dans la construction et l'exploitation d'un système d'information public intégré, regroupant les services de 32 organismes relevant du ministère des PME et des Startups. Par ailleurs, Ucube a mené à bien d'importants projets nationaux d'IA, tels que le « Projet de construction de la plateforme de gestion du travail intelligente 2025 » du ministère de l'Intérieur et de la Sécurité et le « Projet de mise en œuvre d'une infrastructure commune d'IA à grande échelle pour l'ensemble du gouvernement » de l'Agence coréenne du renseignement et de la société de l'information, acquérant ainsi une expertise précieuse dans l'application des nouvelles technologies et la réalisation de projets de nouvelle génération d'envergure. Ces expériences et compétences ont sans doute contribué à l'obtention de ce projet.
« Cette réussite témoigne de la reconnaissance par Ucube de notre expérience dans la conception de systèmes et de portails de nouvelle génération et à grande échelle, ainsi que de notre expertise dans la création et l’exploitation de systèmes administratifs », a déclaré Kim Jeong-beom, PDG d’Ucube. « Grâce à ce projet, nous allons générer une transformation numérique concrète pour les PME et leur fournir une plateforme d’innovation centrée sur l’utilisateur. »
