해성그룹 계열사이자 반도체 부품 전문 제조기업인 해성디에스가 3일부터 5일까지 인천 송도컨벤시아에서 개최되는 ‘KPCA Show 2025’에 참가해 반도체 핵심 기판 생산 기술력을 선보였다고 밝혔다.
KPCA Show(국제 PCB 및 반도체 패키징 산업전)는 국내 최대 규모의 PCB 및 반도체 패키징 관련 전시회로, 해성디에스는 지난 2023년부터 매년 참가해오고 있다. 본 행사를 통해 관련 산업 종사자들에게 신규 기술을 소개하는 한편, 올해는 주요 양산 제품인 리드프레임을 중심으로 반도체 핵심 3대 기판 생산 기술을 소개했다.
이번 전시회에서 해성디에스는 ▲리드프레임존 ▲패키지 기판존 ▲테이프 서브스트레이트존으로 전시 부스를 구성했으며, 제품별 샘플과 실제 가동중인 설비 영상을 통해 제품 특징을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 기획했다고 전했다.
특히 해성디에스가 반도체 핵심 3대 기판인 리드프레임, 패키지 기판, 테이프 서브스트레이트를 양산 및 공급할 수 있는 글로벌 반도체 부품 전문기업인 만큼 부스를 찾은 방문객들의 관심도가 높았다고 회사측은 밝혔다.
해성디에스 관계자는 “높은 생산성과 안정성을 기반으로 글로벌 주요 고객사들과 우호적인 협력 관계를 유지하고 있는 가운데 이번 전시회에서도 관람객들의 긍정적인 반응과 관심을 받을 수 있었다”며, “앞으로도 지속적인 기술 발전을 통해 신규 먹거리 시장을 창출해 낼 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.

Haesung DS , an affiliate of Haesung Group and a specialized semiconductor parts manufacturer, announced that it participated in the 'KPCA Show 2025' held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from the 3rd to the 5th and showcased its core semiconductor substrate production technology.
The KPCA Show (International PCB and Semiconductor Packaging Industry Exhibition) is Korea's largest PCB and semiconductor packaging exhibition. Haesung DS has participated annually since 2023. The event showcases new technologies to industry professionals. This year, the company showcased three key semiconductor substrate production technologies, focusing on lead frames, a key mass-produced product.
At this exhibition, Haesung DS organized its exhibition booth into ▲Leadframe Zone ▲Package Board Zone ▲Tape Substrate Zone, and said that it planned it so that product features could be easily understood through product samples and videos of actual operating equipment.
In particular, the company said that visitors to its booth showed high interest as Haesung DS is a global semiconductor components specialist capable of mass producing and supplying the three core semiconductor substrates: lead frames, package substrates, and tape substrates.
A representative of Haesung DS said, “Based on high productivity and stability, we have maintained friendly cooperative relationships with major global clients, and we were able to receive positive responses and interest from visitors at this exhibition as well,” and added, “We will continue to strive to create new food markets through continuous technological advancements.”
