클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털전환(DT) 전문기업 이노그리드(대표 김명진)는 한국무역보험공사(사장 장영진, 이하 무보)의 ‘클라우드 전환 전략 수립을 위한 ISP(Information Strategy Planning)’ 사업을 수주했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 무보의 전사 정보시스템을 클라우드 기반으로 전환하기 위한 전략을 수립하는 프로젝트로, 정부의 클라우드 전환 정책에 따라 공공기관의 민간 클라우드 도입이 확대되는 흐름에 발맞춰 추진됐다. 총 사업비는 약 3억 3천만 원이며, 이노그리드는 단독 사업자로 선정돼 사업을 수행하게 된다.
이노그리드는 이번 프로젝트에서 무보의 내부 정보시스템 현황 및 외부 환경을 분석하고, 공공 및 금융기관의 유사 사례를 바탕으로 클라우드 네이티브 기반 전환 전략과 중장기 로드맵을 수립할 계획이다. 클라우드 아키텍처 설계뿐만 아니라, AI 활용 기반의 디지털 서비스 제공 환경 및 목표 업무 아키텍처 정의 등도 포함된다.
또한, 클라우드 전환 시 요구되는 보안체계(N2SF) 구축, SDDC(Software Defined Data Center) 기반 설계, 재해복구 체계 설계, 단계별 이행계획 및 비용·효과 분석 등도 함께 수행된다.
이노그리드는 앞서 강원특별자치도청, 울산광역시, 대구광역시, 관세청, 정보화진흥원(NIA) 등 다수의 공공기관을 대상으로 클라우드 컨설팅 및 구축을 수행해온 바 있다. 이번 수주를 통해 금융공기업 분야로 사업을 확대하며, 디지털 전환 컨설팅 역량을 인정받았다는 평가다.

Innogrid wins contract to establish an ISP cloud migration strategy.
Innogrid (CEO Myung-jin Kim), a cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on the 8th that it had won the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (CEO Young-jin Jang, hereinafter referred to as MBO)'s 'Information Strategy Planning (ISP) for establishing a cloud transformation strategy' project.
This project, which aims to establish a strategy for transitioning Mubo's corporate information system to a cloud-based platform, is being implemented in line with the government's cloud transition policy, which is driving the expansion of private cloud adoption among public institutions. The total project cost is approximately 330 million won, and Innogrid has been selected as the sole contractor to carry out the project.
For this project, Innogrid plans to analyze the current state of Mubo's internal information systems and external environment, and develop a cloud-native transformation strategy and mid- to long-term roadmap based on similar cases from public and financial institutions. This will include not only designing a cloud architecture but also defining an AI-based digital service delivery environment and target business architecture.
Additionally, the security system (N2SF) required for cloud transition, design based on SDDC (Software Defined Data Center), disaster recovery system design, step-by-step implementation plan, and cost-effectiveness analysis are also performed.
Innogrid has previously provided cloud consulting and implementation services to numerous public institutions, including the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, the Korea Customs Service, and the National Information Society Agency (NIA). This contract marks the company's expansion into the financial public corporation sector, further strengthening its digital transformation consulting capabilities.

Innogrid (PDG Myung-jin Kim), spécialiste du cloud computing et de la transformation numérique (DT), a annoncé le 8 qu'elle avait remporté le projet « Planification stratégique de l'information (ISP) pour l'établissement d'une stratégie de transformation du cloud » de la Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (PDG Young-jin Jang, ci-après dénommée MBO).
Ce projet, qui vise à établir une stratégie de migration du système d'information de Mubo vers une plateforme cloud, est mis en œuvre conformément à la politique gouvernementale de transition vers le cloud, qui encourage l'adoption du cloud privé par les institutions publiques. Le coût total du projet s'élève à environ 330 millions de wons, et Innogrid a été sélectionné comme unique prestataire pour sa réalisation.
