기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 9일(화) 재단법인 강원테크노파크(원장 허장현, 이하 ‘강원TP’)와 춘천 강원TP 본원에서 ‘중소기업 개방형 기술혁신 촉진 및 우수 기술기업 육성을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 기술 인프라와 기업지원 역량을 연계해 중소기업의 개방형 기술혁신을 촉진하고, 강원지역 우수 기술기업을 발굴·육성하기 위한 협업체계를 구축하고자 마련됐다.
강원TP는 2003년 설립된 이후 정부와 강원특별자치도, 유관 혁신기관과 협력해 지역 특성에 맞는 산업발전 정책을 수립하고, 성장단계별 기업지원을 수행해온 지역 혁신거점기관이다.
협약에 따라 강원TP는 강원지역 내 우수 기술기업을 발굴해 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 추천기업에 ▲기술평가 및 우대보증 지원 ▲투자지원 ▲기술이전․보호 ▲경영 컨설팅 등 종합금융지원과 맞춤형 스케일업 프로그램을 연계할 예정이다.
또한, 양 기관은 기술거래 협력체계를 공동으로 구축하고 기술이전 수요발굴과 기술거래시장 활성화를 통해 지역 중소기업의 기술경쟁력 제고와 사업화 연계를 강화할 계획이다.
허장현 강원TP 원장은 “이번 협약은 도내 기술거래를 활성화하고 우수 기술기업을 위한 맞춤형 지원체계를 마련해, 강원지역 기업들이 한 단계 더 성장할 수 있는 기반이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
김성태 기보 서울동부지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 강원지역 중소기업이 체계적으로 성장할 수 있는 실질적인 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 지역 유관기관과의 협업을 확대해 중소기업의 개방형 기술혁신을 활성화하고, 지역경제 성장에 적극 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Gangwon Technopark
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Tuesday the 9th that it signed a “Business Agreement for the Promotion of Open Technology Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Fostering of Excellent Technology Companies” with the Gangwon Technopark Foundation (Director Heo Jang-hyeon, hereinafter referred to as “Gangwon TP”) at the Gangwon TP headquarters in Chuncheon.
This agreement was established to foster open technological innovation among small and medium-sized enterprises by linking the technological infrastructure and corporate support capabilities of both organizations and to establish a collaborative system to discover and foster excellent technology companies in the Gangwon region.
Since its establishment in 2003, Gangwon TP has been a regional innovation hub that has established industrial development policies tailored to the region's characteristics and provided support for businesses at each stage of growth in cooperation with the government, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, and related innovation organizations.
According to the agreement, Gangwon TP will discover excellent technology companies in the Gangwon region and recommend them to Kibo, and Kibo will link the recommended companies with comprehensive financial support, including ▲technology evaluation and preferential guarantee support ▲investment support ▲technology transfer and protection ▲management consulting, as well as customized scale-up programs.
Additionally, the two organizations plan to jointly establish a technology transfer cooperation system and strengthen the technological competitiveness of local SMEs and commercialization links by identifying technology transfer demand and activating the technology transaction market.
Gangwon TP Director Heo Jang-hyeon said, “This agreement will serve as a foundation for further growth for Gangwon-do companies by activating technology transactions within the province and establishing a customized support system for excellent technology companies.”
Kim Seong-tae, head of the Seoul Eastern Regional Headquarters of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, a practical foundation has been established for the systematic growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gangwon region.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will expand collaboration with relevant local organizations to revitalize open technological innovation among small and medium-sized enterprises and actively contribute to the growth of the regional economy.”

ギボ、江原テクノパークと業務協定締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「起報」）は9日（火）財団法人江原テクノパーク（院長ホ・チャンヒョン、以下「江原TP」）と春川江原TP本院で「中小企業開放型技術革新促進および優秀技術企業育成のための業務協約」を締結した。
今回の協約は、両機関が保有する技術インフラと企業支援力量を連携して中小企業の開放型技術革新を促進し、江原地域優秀技術企業を発掘・育成するための協業体系を構築しようとした。
江原TPは、2003年に設立されて以来、政府と江原特別自治も、関連革新機関と協力して地域特性に合った産業発展政策を樹立し、成長段階別企業支援を行ってきた地域革新拠点機関だ。
条約により、江原TPは江原地域内の優れた技術企業を発掘し、記事に推薦し、記事は推薦企業に▲技術評価及び優遇保証支援▲投資支援▲技術移転・保護▲経営コンサルティングなど総合金融支援とカスタマイズ型スケールアッププログラムを連携する予定だ。
また、両機関は技術取引協力体系を共同で構築し、技術移転需要発掘と技術取引市場活性化を通じて地域中小企業の技術競争力向上と事業化連携を強化する計画だ。
ホ・チャンヒョン江原TP院長は「今回の条約は都内技術取引を活性化し、優秀技術企業のためのカスタマイズされた支援体系を設け、江原地域企業がさらに一歩成長できる基盤になるだろう」と話した。
キム・ソンテ記者ソウル東部地域本部長は「今回の条約を通じて江原地域中小企業が体系的に成長できる実質的な基盤が設けられた」とし、「記事は今後も地域関連機関との協業を拡大して中小企業の開放型技術革新を活性化し、地域経済の成長に積極的に貢献した」。

Kibo与江原科技园签署商业协议
韩国技术金融公社（韩国技术金融公社，会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）9日（周二）表示，与江原道科技园区财团（理事许长铉，以下简称“江原道TP”）在位于春川的江原道TP总部签署了“关于促进中小企业开放式技术创新和培育优秀技术企业的业务协议”。
此次协议旨在通过连接两个组织的技术基础设施和企业支持能力，促进中小企业的开放式技术创新，并建立合作体系，发现和培育江原道地区的优秀技术企业。
江原道TP自2003年成立以来，一直致力于成为区域创新中心，制定符合区域特点的产业发展政策，并与政府、江原特别自治道和相关创新组织合作，为每个成长阶段的企业提供支持。
根据协议，江原TP将在江原地区发掘优秀的科技企业并推荐给Kibo，Kibo将为推荐的企业提供全方位的资金支持，包括▲技术评估及优先担保支持▲投资支持▲技术转移及保护▲管理咨询，以及定制化规模化方案。
此外，两机构还计划共同建立技术转移合作体系，通过识别技术转移需求、激活技术交易市场，加强本地中小企业的技术竞争力和商业化环节。
江原道TP局长许长铉表示，“此次协议将通过活跃道内技术交易、构建面向优秀技术企业的定制化支持体系，为江原道企业的进一步发展奠定基础。”
韩国希望产业振兴院首尔东部地区本部长金成泰表示：“通过此次协议，为江原地区中小企业的系统性发展奠定了切实的基础。” 他补充道：“未来，希望产业振兴院将扩大与当地相关机构的合作，激发中小企业的开放式技术创新活力，积极为地区经济发展做出贡献。”

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec Gangwon Technopark
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mardi 9 avoir signé un « Accord commercial pour la promotion de l'innovation technologique ouverte des petites et moyennes entreprises et la promotion d'excellentes entreprises technologiques » avec la Gangwon Technopark Foundation (directeur Heo Jang-hyeon, ci-après dénommée « Gangwon TP ») au siège de Gangwon TP à Chuncheon.
Cet accord a été établi pour favoriser l'innovation technologique ouverte parmi les petites et moyennes entreprises en reliant l'infrastructure technologique et les capacités de soutien aux entreprises des deux organisations et pour établir un système de collaboration pour découvrir et encourager d'excellentes entreprises technologiques dans la région de Gangwon.
Depuis sa création en 2003, Gangwon TP est un pôle d'innovation régional qui a mis en place des politiques de développement industriel adaptées aux caractéristiques de la région et a fourni un soutien aux entreprises à chaque étape de croissance en coopération avec le gouvernement, la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon et les organisations d'innovation associées.
Selon l'accord, Gangwon TP découvrira d'excellentes entreprises technologiques dans la région de Gangwon et les recommandera à Kibo, et Kibo mettra en relation les entreprises recommandées avec un soutien financier complet, y compris ▲l'évaluation technologique et le soutien de garantie préférentielle ▲le soutien à l'investissement ▲le transfert et la protection de la technologie ▲le conseil en gestion, ainsi que des programmes de mise à l'échelle personnalisés.
En outre, les deux organisations prévoient d’établir conjointement un système de coopération en matière de transfert de technologie et de renforcer la compétitivité technologique des PME locales et les liens de commercialisation en identifiant la demande de transfert de technologie et en activant le marché des transactions technologiques.
Le directeur de Gangwon TP, Heo Jang-hyeon, a déclaré : « Cet accord servira de base à une croissance future pour les entreprises de Gangwon-do en activant les transactions technologiques au sein de la province et en établissant un système de soutien personnalisé pour les excellentes entreprises technologiques. »
