한국교직원공제회는 9일 한국장애인개발원, 전국장애인생산품판매시설협의회와 중증장애인생산품의 공공구매 활성화를 위한 3자간 업무협약을 체결했다.
협약은 서울 양재동 aT센터에서 열린 ‘2025년 중증장애인생산품 박람회’ 개막 행사 직후 진행됐다. 이번 협력은 S2B(학교장터) 전자조달시스템을 통해 장애인생산품의 공공시장 진입을 지원하고, 지속 가능한 조달 기반을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다.
세 기관은 협약을 통해 ▲장애인생산품 생산시설의 S2B 공급업체 등록 ▲S2B 사용자 대상 교육 및 홍보 강화 ▲공공구매 실적 관리 지원 등 공공기관의 우선구매 제도 이행을 위한 협력체계를 구축할 예정이다.
한국교직원공제회는 이번 협약을 계기로 S2B 플랫폼이 중증장애인의 자립 지원과 공공기관의 윤리적 소비문화 확산에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
한국교직원공제회는 앞서 전국 17개 시도교육청 및 14개 교육지원청과 S2B 이용 활성화 협약을 체결했으며, 2023년에는 지방자치단체 대상 ‘지방계약플랫폼 S2B’를 정식 오픈해 공공조달 분야에서 활용 범위를 넓히고 있다.

On the 9th, the Korea Teachers' Credit Union signed a three-party business agreement with the Korea Disabled People's Development Institute and the National Association of Sales Facilities for Products Made by Persons with Disabilities to promote public purchasing of products made by persons with severe disabilities.
The agreement was signed immediately following the opening ceremony of the 2025 Severely Disabled Products Expo, held at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul. This collaboration aims to support the entry of products manufactured by people with disabilities into the public market through the School-to-Business (S2B) e-procurement system and establish a foundation for sustainable procurement.
Through this agreement, the three organizations plan to establish a cooperative system for implementing the public institution's priority purchasing system, including ▲registering S2B suppliers for production facilities for products made by people with disabilities, ▲strengthening education and promotion for S2B users, and ▲supporting management of public procurement performance.
The Korea Teachers Credit Union expects that this agreement will serve as an opportunity for the S2B platform to support the independence of people with severe disabilities and to contribute to the spread of an ethical consumption culture in public institutions.
The Korea Teachers Credit Union previously signed an agreement to promote the use of S2B with 17 provincial and metropolitan offices of education and 14 education support offices across the country, and in 2023, it will officially open the 'Local Contract Platform S2B' for local governments, expanding its scope of use in the public procurement sector.

条約はソウルヤンジェドンaTセンターで開かれた「2025年重症障害人生産品博覧会」開幕イベント直後に行われた。今回の協力は、S2B（学校長）電子調達システムを通じて障害者生産品の公共市場への参入を支援し、持続可能な調達基盤を設けることに目的がある。
三機関は協約を通じて▲障害人生産品生産施設のS2Bサプライヤー登録▲S2Bユーザー対象教育及び広報強化▲公共購入実績管理支援など公共機関の優先購入制度履行のための協力体制を構築する予定だ。
韓国教職員共済会は今回の条約をきっかけにS2Bプラットフォームが重症障害者の自立支援と公共機関の倫理的消費文化の拡散に寄与すると期待している。
韓国教職員共済会は先立って全国17の試み教育庁及び14の教育支援庁とS2B利用活性化協約を締結し、2023年には地方自治体対象「地方契約プラットフォームS2B」を正式オープンし、公共調達分野で活用範囲を広げている。

Le 9, la Korea Teachers' Credit Union a signé un accord commercial tripartite avec le Korea Disabled People's Development Institute et la National Association of Sales Facilities for Products Made by Persons with Disabilities afin de promouvoir l'achat public de produits fabriqués par des personnes gravement handicapées.
L’accord a été signé immédiatement après la cérémonie d’ouverture de l’Exposition des produits pour personnes en situation de handicap grave 2025, qui s’est tenue au centre aT de Yangjae-dong, à Séoul. Cette collaboration vise à faciliter l’accès au marché public des produits fabriqués par des personnes en situation de handicap grâce au système d’approvisionnement électronique School-to-Business (S2B) et à jeter les bases d’un approvisionnement durable.
Par le biais de cet accord, les trois organisations prévoient d'établir un système de coopération pour la mise en œuvre du système d'achat prioritaire de l'institution publique, comprenant ▲l'enregistrement des fournisseurs S2B pour les installations de production de produits fabriqués par des personnes handicapées, ▲le renforcement de l'éducation et de la promotion des utilisateurs S2B, et ▲le soutien à la gestion de la performance des marchés publics.
