기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 사단법인 한국경영혁신중소기업협회(회장 김명진, 이하 ‘메인비즈협회’)와 10일(수) 기보 서울사무소에서 ‘중소기업의 M&A 활성화를 위한 상호협력 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관의 중소기업 네트워크와 전문역량을 연계해 M&A 잠재수요 발굴을 확대하고, 민관협력 M&A 플랫폼(이하 ‘M&A 플랫폼’)을 통해 실질적인 중개 성과로 이어지도록 지원하기 위해 추진됐다.
메인비즈협회는 2010년 설립 이후 메인비즈 확인제도를 운영하며 경영혁신 역량을 갖춘 중소기업의 성장을 지원해온 중소기업 단체다. 2024년 말 기준 전국적으로 2만 3973개의 메인비즈 인증기업이 있으며, 이 중 5199개사가 협회 회원사로 활동하고 있다. 메인비즈기업은 평균 매출액이 155억원에 달해 M&A 잠재수요와 인수자금 조달 능력을 갖춘 우수기업으로 평가되며, M&A를 통해 새로운 혁신 성장의 동력을 확보할 것으로 기대된다.
협약에 따라 메인비즈협회는 인증기업을 대상으로 M&A 플랫폼을 적극 홍보하고, 수요 기업을 발굴해 기보에 추천한다. 기보는 추천기업을 대상으로 M&A 중개를 지원하며, 필요시 인수자금에 대한 보증을 연계하는 등 M&A 전 과정에 걸쳐 지원을 강화할 계획이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약은 기업승계와 신사업 진출을 희망하는 중소기업을 위한 체계적인 지원 기반을 마련하는 계기가 될 것”이라며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 중소기업 M&A 시장 활성화에 선도적 역할을 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보는 지난 3월 기술거래 플랫폼 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’ 내 M&A 거래정보망을 신설해 M&A 중개 서비스를 지원해왔으며, 지난 8월에는 M&A 파트너스를 추가 선정해 총 15개 민간 중개기관과 협력하는 등 M&A 지원 역량을 강화하고 있다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Main Biz Association
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Chairman Jong-ho Kim, hereinafter referred to as “KTFC”) announced that it signed a “Mutual Cooperation Agreement for the Promotion of M&A of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” with the Korea Management Innovation Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association (Chairman Myeong-jin Kim, hereinafter referred to as “Main Biz Association”) at the KTFC Seoul office on Wednesday the 10th.
This agreement was promoted to expand the discovery of potential M&A demand by linking the small and medium-sized enterprise networks and expertise of both organizations and to support tangible brokerage results through the public-private partnership M&A platform (hereinafter referred to as the "M&A platform").
The Main Biz Association, established in 2010, is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) organization that has supported the growth of SMEs with management innovation capabilities through its Main Biz Certification System. As of the end of 2024, there were 23,973 Main Biz-certified companies nationwide, of which 5,199 were active members of the association. With an average sales volume of KRW 15.5 billion, Main Biz companies are considered excellent companies with potential M&A demand and the ability to secure acquisition financing. M&As are expected to secure new momentum for innovative growth.
Under the agreement, the Main Business Association will actively promote its M&A platform to certified companies and identify companies in need and recommend them to Kibo. Kibo will provide M&A brokerage support for recommended companies and, if necessary, provide acquisition fund guarantees, strengthening its support throughout the entire M&A process.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “This agreement will serve as an opportunity to establish a systematic support foundation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to transition to new businesses and transition into new ones,” and added, “Going forward, Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with relevant organizations and play a leading role in revitalizing the SME M&A market.”
Meanwhile, Kibo established an M&A transaction information network within its technology transaction platform, Smart Tech Bridge, in March to support M&A brokerage services. In August, it selected additional M&A partners, strengthening its M&A support capabilities by cooperating with a total of 15 private brokerage organizations.

条約に基づき、メインビーズ協会は認証企業を対象にM&Aプラットフォームを積極的に広報し、需要企業を発掘し、ギボに推薦する。ギボは推薦企業を対象にM&A仲介を支援し、必要に応じて買収資金に対する保証を連携するなど、M&A全過程にわたって支援を強化する計画だ。
キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「今回の条約は企業承継と新事業進出を希望する中小企業のための体系的な支援基盤を設けるきっかけになるだろう」とし、「記事は今後も関連機関との協力を拡大し、中小企業のM&A市場活性化に先導的な役割を果たす」と明らかにした。
一方、ギボは去る3月の技術取引プラットフォーム「スマートテクブリッジ」内のM&A取引情報網を新設してM&A仲介サービスを支援してきた。

Kibo 与 Main Biz Association 签署商业协议
韩国技术金融公司（KTFC）（会长金钟浩，以下简称“KTFC”）宣布，于10日（周三）在KTFC首尔办公室与韩国经营革新中小企业协会（会长金明镇，以下简称“主业协会”）签署了“中小企业并购促进相互合作协议”。
此次协议旨在通过连接两家机构的中小企业网络和专业知识，扩大对潜在并购需求的发现，并通过公私合作并购平台（以下简称“并购平台”）支持切实的经纪成果。
韩国主营业务协会成立于2010年，是一家中小企业（SME）组织，通过其主营业务认证体系，支持具有管理创新能力的中小企业发展。截至2024年底，全国共有23,973家获得主营业务认证的企业，其中5,199家为协会的活跃会员。主营业务企业的平均销售额达155亿韩元，被视为具有潜在并购需求和获得收购融资能力的优秀企业。并购有望为创新增长注入新的动力。
根据协议，主业协会将积极向认证企业推广其并购平台，并识别有需求的企业并将其推荐给Kibo。Kibo将为推荐企业提供并购经纪支持，并在必要时提供收购资金担保，从而加强其在整个并购过程中的支持力度。
Kibo代表金钟浩表示，“此次协议的签订，将为寻求转型升级的中小企业构建系统性的支援基础，今后，Kibo将继续扩大与相关机构的合作，在振兴中小企业并购市场方面发挥主导作用”。
同时，Kibo于3月在其技术交易平台“Smart Tech Bridge”内建立了并购交易信息网络，以支持并购经纪服务。8月，Kibo选定了更多并购合作伙伴，并与15家民间经纪机构合作，增强了并购支持能力。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec la principale association professionnelle
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Président Jong-ho Kim, ci-après dénommée « KTFC ») a annoncé avoir signé un « Accord de coopération mutuelle pour la promotion des fusions et acquisitions de petites et moyennes entreprises » avec la Korea Management Innovation Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association (Président Myeong-jin Kim, ci-après dénommée « Main Biz Association ») au bureau de KTFC à Séoul le mercredi 10.
Cet accord a été promu pour élargir la découverte de la demande potentielle de fusions et acquisitions en reliant les réseaux de petites et moyennes entreprises et l'expertise des deux organisations et pour soutenir des résultats de courtage tangibles via la plateforme de fusions et acquisitions en partenariat public-privé (ci-après dénommée la « plateforme de fusions et acquisitions »).
Créée en 2010, l'Association Main Biz est une organisation de petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui soutient la croissance des PME en leur fournissant des capacités d'innovation managériale grâce à son système de certification Main Biz. Fin 2024, on comptait 23 973 entreprises certifiées Main Biz dans tout le pays, dont 5 199 membres actifs de l'association. Avec un chiffre d'affaires moyen de 15,5 milliards de wons (KRW), les entreprises Main Biz sont considérées comme d'excellentes entreprises, avec un potentiel de fusions-acquisitions et la capacité d'obtenir des financements. Les fusions-acquisitions devraient donner un nouvel élan à la croissance innovante.
Aux termes de cet accord, la Main Business Association fera la promotion active de sa plateforme de fusions-acquisitions auprès des entreprises certifiées, identifiera les entreprises dans le besoin et les recommandera à Kibo. Kibo fournira un soutien en matière de courtage en fusions-acquisitions aux entreprises recommandées et, si nécessaire, fournira des garanties de fonds d'acquisition, renforçant ainsi son accompagnement tout au long du processus de fusions-acquisitions.
Kim Jong-ho, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Cet accord servira d'occasion pour établir une base de soutien systématique pour les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui cherchent à se transformer en de nouvelles activités et à en créer de nouvelles », et a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo continuera à élargir sa coopération avec les organisations concernées et à jouer un rôle de premier plan dans la revitalisation du marché des fusions et acquisitions de PME. »
Parallèlement, Kibo a mis en place en mars un réseau d'information sur les transactions de fusions-acquisitions au sein de sa plateforme technologique Smart Tech Bridge afin de soutenir ses services de courtage en fusions-acquisitions. En août, l'entreprise a sélectionné de nouveaux partenaires en fusions-acquisitions, renforçant ainsi ses capacités de soutien en coopérant avec 15 sociétés de courtage privées.
