빅데이터 기반 인공지능(AI) 분석 기업 S2W(에스투더블유, 대표 서상덕)는 SK텔레콤이 주도하는 국내 AI 기업 연합체 ‘K-AI 얼라이언스’에 합류했다고 11일 밝혔다.
‘K-AI 얼라이언스’는 2023년 2월 SK텔레콤이 결성한 민간 중심의 AI 기술 협력 네트워크로, 현재까지 몰로코, 트웰브랩스, 리얼월드 등 총 37개 국내외 AI 기술 기업이 참여하고 있다. 연합체는 국방, 제조, 헬스케어, 로보틱스 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 공동 기술 개발 및 사업 협력, 글로벌 AI 시장 진출 등을 목표로 활동 중이다.
S2W는 이번 합류를 통해 자사의 보안 및 빅데이터 기반 AI 기술을 K-AI 얼라이언스 내 협력 모델에 적용하고, 참여 기업들과의 기술 교류 및 공동 사업화 방안을 모색할 계획이다.
S2W는 다크웹, 텔레그램 등 폐쇄형 플랫폼에서 발생하는 비정형 데이터를 고도화된 AI 기술로 분석하는 역량을 보유하고 있으며, 이와 관련된 기술은 국제기구와 해외 정부기관 등에서 이미 검증을 받은 바 있다. 최근에는 해당 기술을 기반으로 산업 및 기업 맞춤형 AI 보안 솔루션을 선보이며 민간 시장으로 사업 영역을 확장하고 있다.
회사 측은 이번 K-AI 얼라이언스 합류를 계기로, SK텔레콤 및 타 회원사들과의 공동 프로젝트 추진, 시스템 고도화, 신규 서비스 개발 등 협력 범위를 넓혀 나갈 계획이다.
서상덕 S2W 대표는 “국내 대표 AI 기업들과 함께 대한민국 AI 생태계의 성장을 이끄는 연합체에 참여하게 되어 의미 있게 생각한다”며 “이번 협력을 통해 기술 고도화는 물론 국내외 시장에서의 경쟁력 강화에도 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

S2W Joins the K-AI Alliance
S2W (CEO Suh Sangduk), a big data-based artificial intelligence (AI) analysis company, announced on the 11th that it has joined the 'K-AI Alliance', a domestic AI company consortium led by SK Telecom.
The K-AI Alliance is a private-sector-led AI technology collaboration network established by SK Telecom in February 2023. To date, 37 domestic and international AI technology companies, including Moloco, Twelve Labs, and Real World, have participated. The alliance aims to promote joint technology development and business collaboration across diverse industries, including defense, manufacturing, healthcare, and robotics, and to enter the global AI market.
Through this merger, S2W plans to apply its security and big data-based AI technologies to the K-AI Alliance's collaborative model and explore technological exchanges and joint commercialization opportunities with participating companies.
S2W possesses the ability to analyze unstructured data generated on closed platforms like the dark web and Telegram using advanced AI technology. This technology has already been verified by international organizations and foreign government agencies. Recently, the company has expanded its business into the private sector, introducing customized AI security solutions for industries and businesses based on this technology.
With this K-AI Alliance membership, the company plans to expand its scope of cooperation to include joint projects with SK Telecom and other member companies, system advancement, and new service development.

「K-AIアライアンス」は2023年2月、SKテレコムが結成した民間中心のAI技術協力ネットワークで、現在までモロッコ、トウェルブラブス、リアルワールドなど計37社の国内外のAI技術企業が参加している。連合体は、国防、製造、ヘルスケア、ロボティクスなど様々な産業分野で共同技術開発及び事業協力、グローバルAI市場進出などを目指して活動中だ。
S2Wは今回の合流を通じて、自社のセキュリティおよびビッグデータベースのAI技術をK-AIアライアンス内の協力モデルに適用し、参加企業との技術交流および共同事業化案を模索する計画だ。
S2Wはダークウェブ、テレグラムなど閉鎖型プラットフォームで発生する非定型データを高度化されたAI技術で分析する能力を保有しており、これに関連する技術は国際機関や海外政府機関などですでに検証を受けている。近年、当該技術を基盤に産業および企業に特化したAIセキュリティソリューションを披露し、民間市場に事業領域を拡大している。
会社側は今回のK-AIアライアンス合流を契機に、SKテレコムおよび他の会員会社との共同プロジェクトの推進、システム高度化、新規サービス開発など協力範囲を広げていく計画だ。

L'Alliance K-AI est un réseau de collaboration technologique en intelligence artificielle piloté par le secteur privé, créé par SK Telecom en février 2023. À ce jour, 37 entreprises technologiques nationales et internationales spécialisées en IA, dont Moloco, Twelve Labs et Real World, y participent.
