기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김원경, 이하 ‘경기혁신센터’)와 15일(월) 판교 기업지원허브에서 ‘기술거래·M&A시장 활성화 및 중소⸱스타트업 육성을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 새정부의 ‘글로벌 벤처 4대 강국’ 도약 목표에 발맞춰 기술거래와 M&A 시장을 활성화하고, 경기도 내 중소·스타트업의 성장 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
경기혁신센터는 정부·지자체·민간이 협력해 중소·스타트업 육성을 위한 공공 액셀러레이터 역할을 수행해온 경기도 지역창업 전담기관이다. 경기도에는 2023년 기준 전국 최대규모인 약 221만개의 중소기업이 위치해 있어 이번 협약이 중소·스타트업 지원 효과를 높이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
협약에 따라 경기혁신센터는 기술이전 수요기업과 우수 중소·스타트업을 발굴해 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 추천기업을 대상으로 ▲우수기술 매칭·중개 및 자금지원 ▲수요 기반 기술 매칭 지원(2Win-Bridge) ▲대·중견기업과 상생협력 촉진 및 기술보호 지원 ▲M&A 중개 및 인수자금 지원 ▲공동·후속투자 등 종합금융지원과 맞춤형 스케일업 프로그램을 연계할 예정이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 경기도 중소⸱스타트업의 기술사업화, M&A, 투자 등 성장 전 단계에 걸친 지원체계를 공동으로 구축해 지역 창업생태계 성장을 촉진할 계획이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 기술기반 중소·스타트업이 기술경쟁력을 확보하고 단계별 성장을 이어갈 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 기술거래와 M&A 생태계 조성, 지역 창업생태계 활성화에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Gyeonggi Innovation Center
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it signed a “Business Agreement for Activating the Technology Transaction/M&A Market and Fostering SMEs and Startups” with the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Kim Won-kyung, hereinafter referred to as “Gyeonggi Innovation Center”) at the Pangyo Enterprise Support Hub on Monday the 15th.
This agreement was promoted to revitalize the technology transaction and M&A markets and lay the foundation for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and startups in Gyeonggi Province, in line with the new government's goal of becoming one of the "Top 4 Global Venture Powerhouses."
The Gyeonggi Innovation Center is a dedicated local startup organization in Gyeonggi Province that serves as a public accelerator to foster small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups through collaboration between the government, local governments, and the private sector. As of 2023, Gyeonggi Province is home to approximately 2.21 million SMEs, the largest number in the country. This agreement is expected to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of SME and startup support.
According to the agreement, the Gyeonggi Innovation Center will discover companies in need of technology transfer and excellent SMEs and startups and recommend them to Kibo, and Kibo will link the recommended companies with comprehensive financial support such as ▲ excellent technology matching, brokerage, and financial support ▲ demand-based technology matching support (2Win-Bridge) ▲ promotion of win-win cooperation with large and medium-sized companies and support for technology protection ▲ M&A brokerage and acquisition funding support ▲ joint and follow-up investment, etc., as well as customized scale-up programs.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly establish a support system for all stages of growth, including technology commercialization, M&A, and investment, for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups in Gyeonggi Province, thereby promoting the growth of the local startup ecosystem.
Kibo CEO Lee Sang-chang said, “Through this agreement, a foundation has been established for technology-based SMEs and startups to secure technological competitiveness and continue to grow step by step,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with related organizations to take the lead in fostering a technology transaction and M&A ecosystem and revitalizing the local startup ecosystem.”

イ・サンチャンギボ理事は「今回の協約を通じて技術基盤の中小・スタートアップが技術競争力を確保し、段階的成長を続けることができる基盤が設けられた」とし、「記事は今後も関連機関との協力を拡大して技術取引とM&A生態系の造成、地域創業生態系の活性化に取り組む」と明らかにした。

Kibo与京畿创新中心签署商业协议
韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，于15日星期一在板桥企业支援中心与京畿创新经济中心（首席执行官金元京，以下简称“京畿创新中心”）签署了“激活技术交易/并购市场和培育中小企业及初创企业业务协议”。
该协议旨在振兴技术交易和并购市场，为京畿道中小企业和初创企业的发展奠定基础，符合新政府将京畿道打造成为“全球四大风险投资强国”的目标。
京畿创新中心是京畿道一家专门扶持初创企业的机构，作为公共加速器，通过政府、地方政府和私营部门之间的合作，促进中小企业和初创企业的发展。截至2023年，京畿道拥有约221万家中小企业，数量居韩国之首。该协议有望提升对中小企业和初创企业扶持的成效。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir signé un « accord commercial pour l’activation du marché des transactions technologiques/fusions-acquisitions et le soutien aux PME et aux jeunes entreprises » avec le Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (PDG Kim Won-kyung, ci-après dénommé « Gyeonggi Innovation Center ») au Pangyo Enterprise Support Hub le lundi 15.
Cet accord a été promu pour revitaliser les marchés des transactions technologiques et des fusions-acquisitions et pour jeter les bases de la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises et des jeunes pousses dans la province de Gyeonggi, conformément à l'objectif du nouveau gouvernement de devenir l'un des « quatre principaux pôles mondiaux de capital-risque ».
Le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi est un organisme local dédié aux jeunes entreprises dans la province de Gyeonggi. Il joue un rôle d'accélérateur public pour favoriser le développement des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et des jeunes pousses grâce à une collaboration entre le gouvernement, les collectivités locales et le secteur privé. En 2023, la province de Gyeonggi comptait environ 2,21 millions de PME, soit le plus grand nombre du pays. Cet accord devrait contribuer à renforcer l'efficacité du soutien apporté aux PME et aux jeunes pousses.
Conformément à l'accord, le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi identifiera les entreprises ayant besoin de transfert de technologie ainsi que les PME et startups prometteuses et les recommandera à Kibo. Kibo mettra ensuite en relation les entreprises recommandées avec un soutien financier complet comprenant : ▲ une excellente mise en relation technologique, un service de courtage et un soutien financier ; ▲ un soutien à la mise en relation technologique basé sur la demande (2Win-Bridge) ; ▲ la promotion d'une coopération gagnant-gagnant avec les grandes et moyennes entreprises et un soutien à la protection technologique ; ▲ un service de courtage en matière de fusions-acquisitions et un soutien au financement des acquisitions ; ▲ des investissements conjoints et de suivi, etc., ainsi que des programmes de mise à l'échelle personnalisés.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de mettre en place conjointement un système de soutien pour toutes les étapes de croissance, y compris la commercialisation des technologies, les fusions-acquisitions et l'investissement, pour les petites et moyennes entreprises et les jeunes pousses de la province de Gyeonggi, favorisant ainsi la croissance de l'écosystème local des startups.
Le PDG de Kibo, Lee Sang-chang, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, les bases ont été posées pour permettre aux PME et aux startups technologiques de garantir leur compétitivité technologique et de poursuivre leur croissance progressive. » Il a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de développer sa coopération avec les organisations concernées afin de jouer un rôle de premier plan dans la promotion d'un écosystème de transactions technologiques et de fusions-acquisitions, et de revitaliser l'écosystème local des startups. »
