클라우드 전문기업 가비아(공동대표 김홍국, 원종홍)는 9월 25일 개최된 ‘제2회 Cloud Big Tech 2025’ 행사에 참가해 공공 부문 인공지능(AI) 운영 혁신을 주제로 기술 전략을 발표했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사에서 가비아 공공사업팀 문효선 차장은 ‘AIOps 기반 AX 혁신 전략: 클라우드-애플리케이션 통합’을 주제로 발표를 진행했다. 문 차장은 공공기관 및 협력사들이 AI 도입 과정에서 겪는 데이터 관리, AI 운영, 서비스 확산의 복잡성과 비효율성을 지적하며, 기존의 개별 솔루션 중심 접근 방식의 한계를 짚었다.
이와 관련해 문 차장은 가비아가 자체 구축한 ‘AI 플랫폼’을 대안으로 제시했다. 해당 플랫폼은 데이터 수집부터 머신러닝(ML), 대규모언어모델(LLM), AI 에이전트 운영까지의 전 과정을 통합하여 중복 투자 방지와 운영 효율성 제고, 관리 자동화를 동시에 실현할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
가비아는 이번 발표를 통해 클라우드 서비스 제공을 넘어 AI 기술 역량을 겸비한 기업으로서의 정체성을 강화하는 데 중점을 뒀다. 특히, 베슬AI와의 업무협약(MOU) 이후 본격적인 AI 분야 확장 전략의 일환으로, 공공시장과의 실질적인 접점을 확대하려는 의도로 풀이된다.

Gabia to Participate in the 2nd Cloud Big Tech 2025
Cloud specialist company Gabia (Co-CEOs Hong-Guk Kim and Jong-Hong Won) announced that it participated in the '2nd Cloud Big Tech 2025' event held on September 25th and presented its technology strategy on the topic of innovation in artificial intelligence (AI) operations in the public sector.
At this event, Hyo-seon Moon, Deputy Manager of Gabia's Public Works Team, presented on "AIOps-based AX Innovation Strategy: Cloud-Application Integration." Deputy Manager Moon highlighted the complexities and inefficiencies public institutions and partners face in data management, AI operations, and service expansion during the AI adoption process, highlighting the limitations of the existing, individual solution-centric approach.
In this regard, Vice President Moon proposed Gabia's self-developed "AI platform" as an alternative. This platform integrates the entire process—from data collection to machine learning (ML), large-scale language modeling (LLM), and AI agent operation—designed to simultaneously prevent redundant investment, enhance operational efficiency, and automate management.
With this announcement, Gabia focused on strengthening its identity as a company that goes beyond providing cloud services and possesses AI technology capabilities. This announcement is interpreted as part of a full-scale AI expansion strategy following the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vessel AI, and as an attempt to expand its tangible contact points with the public sector.
At the event, Gabia operated a separate booth and communicated directly with public officials and IT professionals who expressed interest in the presentation. Follow-up questions about the AI platform continued after the presentation, which is interpreted as reflecting the market's strong interest in related technologies.
Gabia Executive Director Jeong Dae-won stated, “Our goal is to integrate the system operations of distributed public institutions through AI-based IT operations (AIOps) and to present AI transformation (AX) that can be implemented in actual fields.” He added, “We will continue to actively support the digital transformation of the public sector by providing practical solutions centered on technology.”
