월세 카드결제 서비스 ‘집업페이’를 운영하는 핀테크 기업 데브디(대표 김기태)가 지난 24일 강원 삼척에서 열린 ‘2025 대한민국 도시·지역혁신 산업박람회’ 시상식에서 도시·지역혁신대상 지방활성화 분야 최우수상(HUG 주택도시보증공사 사장상)을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
도시·지역혁신대상은 국토교통부, 강원특별자치도, 삼척시, 연합뉴스, 도시재생산업진흥협회 등이 공동 주최하는 행사로, 전국 500여 개 공공기관과 지자체가 참여하는 국내 최대 규모의 도시혁신 관련 시상 프로그램이다. 지역경제 활성화 및 도시 생태계 개선에 기여한 지자체 및 민간 기업을 대상으로 수상자를 선정한다.
데브디는 자사의 월세 결제 서비스 ‘집업페이’를 통해 청년층과 소상공인의 주거비 및 임대료 부담 완화에 기여한 점을 인정받아 수상의 영예를 안았다. 지난해 동 박람회에서 장관상을 받은 데 이어 올해는 최우수상으로 2년 연속 수상했다.
‘집업페이’는 월세를 카드로 결제할 수 있는 서비스로, 현금 기반의 전통적 월세 납부 방식에 대한 불편함을 줄이고, 포인트 결제와 간편결제 수단(네이버페이·카카오페이 등)을 통해 이용자 편의성을 높인 점이 특징이다. 낮은 수수료 구조를 유지하면서, 카드사 혜택을 통해 실질적인 비용 절감 효과도 제공하고 있다.
최근 전세의 월세 전환이 가속화되면서 특히 1인 가구와 청년층, 자영업자의 고정비 부담이 커지고 있는 가운데, 집업페이의 이용률도 증가하는 추세다. 데브디에 따르면 전체 이용자 중 약 86%가 20~30대 사용자로, 젊은 세대를 중심으로 한 수요가 두드러지고 있다.
회사는 현재 대형 임대사업자를 위한 B2B 플랫폼 개발과 함께, 금융권 및 지방자치단체와의 협업을 통해 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 프로젝트도 추진 중이다. 최근에는 중소벤처기업부 TIPS(Tech Incubator Program for Startup) 프로그램에 선정됐으며, ISO 9001 및 27001 인증을 통해 보안 체계도 국제 수준으로 강화했다.

Devdi Wins Grand Prize at the Urban and Regional Innovation Awards
Devdi (CEO Kim Ki-tae), a fintech company that operates the monthly rent card payment service 'Zipup Pay', announced that it won the Grand Prize in the Local Revitalization category of the Urban and Regional Innovation Awards (HUG Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation President's Award) at the '2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Fair' awards ceremony held in Samcheok, Gangwon Province on the 24th.
The Urban and Regional Innovation Awards, co-hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, Samcheok City, Yonhap News, and the Urban Regeneration Industry Promotion Association, are Korea's largest urban innovation awards program, with participation from approximately 500 public institutions and local governments nationwide. Winners are selected from local governments and private companies that have contributed to revitalizing the local economy and improving the urban ecosystem.
Devdi was honored with the award for its contribution to alleviating the housing and rent burdens of young people and small business owners through its monthly rent payment service, "Zipup Pay." Following last year's Minister's Award at the expo, this year's award marked the second consecutive year it received the Grand Prize.
"Zipup Pay" is a service that allows monthly rent payments via credit card. It reduces the inconvenience of traditional cash-based monthly rent payments and enhances user convenience through point payments and convenient payment methods (such as Naver Pay and Kakao Pay). It maintains a low fee structure while also offering substantial cost savings through credit card company benefits.
As the conversion from jeonse to monthly rent accelerates, the burden of fixed costs is increasing, especially for single-person households, young people, and the self-employed. Consequently, the use of Zipup Pay is also on the rise. According to Devdi, approximately 86% of all users are in their 20s and 30s, demonstrating a strong demand among the younger generation.
The company is currently developing a B2B platform for large rental businesses and is also pursuing projects that can contribute to revitalizing the local economy through collaboration with financial institutions and local governments. Recently, the company was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Tech Incubator Program for Startups (TIPS) and has also strengthened its security system to international standards through ISO 9001 and 27001 certification.

Devdi (PDG Kim Ki-tae), une société fintech qui exploite le service de paiement mensuel par carte de loyer « Zipup Pay », a annoncé avoir remporté le Grand Prix dans la catégorie Revitalisation locale des Prix de l'innovation urbaine et régionale (HUG Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation President's Award) lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix « 2025 Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Fair » qui s'est tenue à Samcheok, province de Gangwon, le 24.
Les Prix de l'innovation urbaine et régionale, organisés conjointement par le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports, la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon, la ville de Samcheok, Yonhap News et l'Association pour la promotion de l'industrie de la régénération urbaine, constituent le plus important programme de prix de l'innovation urbaine de Corée, avec la participation d'environ 500 institutions publiques et collectivités locales de tout le pays. Les lauréats sont sélectionnés parmi les collectivités locales et les entreprises privées qui ont contribué à revitaliser l'économie locale et à améliorer l'écosystème urbain.

Il simplifie le paiement mensuel traditionnel en espèces et simplifie la vie des utilisateurs grâce au paiement par points et à des modes de paiement pratiques (tels que Naver Pay et Kakao Pay). Zipup Pay propose des frais réduits tout en offrant des économies substantielles grâce aux avantages offerts par les sociétés de cartes bancaires.
Avec l'accélération du passage du jeonse au loyer mensuel, le poids des coûts fixes s'alourdit, notamment pour les ménages d'une seule personne, les jeunes et les travailleurs indépendants.
