농업 디지털 전환 기술 기업 긴트(대표 김용현)가 도쿄증권거래소(Tokyo Stock Exchange, TSE)가 주관하는 ‘TSE 아시아 스타트업 허브’에 수혜 기업으로 선정됐다.
‘TSE 아시아 스타트업 허브’는 일본 정부와 도쿄증권거래소가 아시아 유망 스타트업의 일본 시장 진출을 지원하기 위해 운영하는 프로그램이다. 일본에 진출했거나 진출을 희망하는 스타트업을 대상으로 매년 수혜 기업을 선정하며, 증권사, 회계법인, 벤처캐피털(VC), 은행, 언론사 등 총 56개 파트너 기관과 함께 사업 개발, 자금 조달, IPO(기업공개) 준비 등을 지원한다.
긴트는 올해 처음으로 선정된 기업으로, 정밀 농업과 지역 맞춤형 스마트팜 기술 등 첨단 기술 기반의 농업 혁신 역량을 높이 평가받았다. TSE는 수혜 기업 소개 자료를 통해 긴트의 기술력과 일본 농업시장 내 협업 가능성을 언급하며, 향후 현지 기업과의 기술 제휴 가능성을 기대한다고 밝혔다.
긴트는 2024년 자율주행 농기계 솔루션 ‘플루바 오토(Pluva Auto)’를 일본에 출시하며 본격적으로 일본 시장에 진출했다. 현재 삿포로에 현지 법인을 설립하고 농기계 유통, 맞춤형 농업 솔루션 등 다양한 분야로 사업을 확대하고 있다. 이 외에도 AI 기반 작물 관리 프로그램, 방제 로봇, 전기 트랙터 등의 기술을 개발 중이며, 농업 인력 부족 및 기후 변화 대응 등 글로벌 농업 환경 변화에 대응하는 솔루션 상용화를 추진 중이다.
김용현 긴트 대표는 “데이터, AI, 로봇 기술을 바탕으로 농업 현장의 효율성과 지속 가능성을 높이는 것이 긴트의 핵심 방향”이라며, “이번 TSE 아시아 스타트업 허브 선정을 계기로 일본 시장 내 입지를 강화하고, 글로벌 농업 혁신을 위한 교두보를 마련하겠다”고 말했다.

Gint Selected as Beneficiary of TSE Asia Startup Hub
Gint (CEO Yong-Hyeon Kim) , an agricultural digital transformation technology company, has been selected as a beneficiary of the 'TSE Asia Startup Hub' hosted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).
The TSE Asia Startup Hub is a program operated by the Japanese government and the Tokyo Stock Exchange to support promising Asian startups entering the Japanese market. Each year, the program selects beneficiaries from startups that have established or are seeking to do so in Japan. Working with 56 partner organizations, including securities firms, accounting firms, venture capital firms, banks, and media companies, the program provides support for business development, fundraising, and IPO (Initial Public Offering) preparation.
Gint was selected for the first time this year, and was highly recognized for its cutting-edge technology-based agricultural innovation capabilities, including precision agriculture and regionally tailored smart farm technology. In its introduction to the beneficiary company, TSE highlighted Gint's technological capabilities and potential for collaboration in the Japanese agricultural market, expressing its anticipation for future technological partnerships with local companies.
Gint fully entered the Japanese market in 2024 with the launch of its autonomous agricultural machinery solution, Pluva Auto. Currently, it has established a local subsidiary in Sapporo and is expanding its business into various areas, including agricultural machinery distribution and customized agricultural solutions. Furthermore, it is developing technologies such as AI-based crop management programs, pesticide robots, and electric tractors, and is pursuing the commercialization of solutions that address global agricultural challenges, such as labor shortages and climate change.

「TSEアジアスタートアップハブ」は、日本政府と東京証券取引所がアジア有望スタートアップの日本市場進出を支援するために運営するプログラムだ。日本に進出したり進出を希望するスタートアップを対象に毎年受益企業を選定し、証券会社、会計法人、ベンチャーキャピタル（VC）、銀行、メディアなど合計56のパートナー機関とともに、事業開発、資金調達、IPO（企業公開）準備などを支援する。
ギントは今年初めて選ばれた企業で、精密農業や地域カスタマイズ型スマートファーム技術など先端技術基盤の農業革新能力を高く評価された。 TSEは、受益企業紹介資料を通じて、ギントの技術力と日本の農業市場内のコラボレーションの可能性について言及し、今後現地企業との技術提携の可能性を期待すると明らかにした。
ギントは2024年に自律走行農機系ソリューション「Pluva Auto(Pluva Auto)」を日本に発売し、本格的に日本市場に進出した。現在、札幌に現地法人を設立し、農機系流通、カスタマイズされた農業ソリューションなど多様な分野に事業を拡大している。このほか、AIベースの作物管理プログラム、防除ロボット、電気トラクターなどの技術を開発中であり、農業人材不足や気候変動対応などグローバル農業環境変化に対応するソリューションの商用化を進めている。

Gint (PDG Yong-Hyeon Kim) , une entreprise de technologie de transformation numérique agricole, a été sélectionnée comme bénéficiaire du « TSE Asia Startup Hub » hébergé par la Bourse de Tokyo (TSE).
Le TSE Asia Startup Hub est un programme conjoint du gouvernement japonais et de la Bourse de Tokyo visant à soutenir les jeunes entreprises asiatiques prometteuses souhaitant s'implanter sur le marché japonais. Chaque année, le programme sélectionne des bénéficiaires parmi les startups déjà établies ou en cours d'implantation au Japon. En collaboration avec 56 organisations partenaires, dont des sociétés de courtage, des cabinets d'expertise comptable, des sociétés de capital-risque, des banques et des entreprises de médias, le programme offre un accompagnement en matière de développement commercial, de levée de fonds et de préparation à l'introduction en bourse (IPO).
Gint a été sélectionnée pour la première fois cette année et a été particulièrement remarquée pour ses capacités d'innovation agricole de pointe, fondées sur des technologies de pointe, notamment l'agriculture de précision et les technologies de ferme intelligente adaptées aux spécificités régionales. Dans sa présentation à l'entreprise bénéficiaire, la Bourse de Tokyo (TSE) a souligné les atouts technologiques de Gint et son potentiel de collaboration sur le marché agricole japonais, exprimant son intérêt pour de futurs partenariats technologiques avec des entreprises locales.
Gint a fait son entrée sur le marché japonais en 2024 avec le lancement de Pluva Auto, sa solution de machines agricoles autonomes.
