기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 한국산업안전보건공단(이사장 김현중, 이하 ‘안전보건공단’), 중소기업은행(은행장 김성태, 이하 ‘기업은행’), 신용보증기금(이사장 최원목, 이하 ’신보‘)과 1일(수) 서울 기업은행 본점에서 ‘안전경영활동 우수기업 지원 활성화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 중대재해 예방과 안전한 산업환경 조성에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응하고, 안전 경영을 실천하는 중소기업을 체계적으로 발굴·육성하기 위해 추진됐다. 이를 위해 각 기관은 보유한 지원 인프라와 전문성을 바탕으로 안전경영 우수기업의 지속가능한 성장 기반을 조성하는 데 협력할 예정이다.
협약에 따라 안전보건공단은 안전경영활동 우수기업을 발굴·추천하고, 기보와 신보는 해당 기업에 ▲맞춤형 보증 ▲기술이전 및 사업화 ▲경영 컨설팅 등 금융·비금융 전반에 걸친 종합 지원을 제공한다. 기업은행은 ▲보증부 대출 ▲대출금리 우대 ▲경영 컨설팅 등 자금지원과 함께 산업안전 강화를 위한 활동에도 적극 참여할 계획이다.
이번 협약을 통해 각 기관은 중소기업의 안전과 성장을 도모하는 선순환 구조를 구축하고, 산업안전 역량을 갖춘 중소기업이 자금 애로를 해소하고 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 다각적인 지원을 전개할 계획이다.
박주선 기보 전무이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 안전경영에 앞장서는 중소기업에 대한 체계적인 지원 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과 긴밀히 협력해 건강하고 안전한 산업 생태계 조성과 ESG 경영 확산에 적극 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보는 안전취약기업의 노후설비 교체 등 사고 예방에 필요한 자금 지원과 안전인증기업의 성장을 뒷받침하기 위해 ’안전인프라보증‘을 운영하고 있으며, 지속적으로 안전경영 환경 조성을 위한 정책지원을 펼쳐나갈 계획이다.

Kibo signs a business agreement with three organizations to support companies with excellent safety management practices.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "KIBO") announced that it signed a "Business Agreement to Activate Support for Excellent Companies in Safety Management Activities " with the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (Chairman Kim Hyeon-joong, hereinafter referred to as "KOSHA"), the Industrial Bank of Korea ( Chairman Kim Seong-tae, hereinafter referred to as "IBK"), and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (Chairman Choi Won-mok, hereinafter referred to as "Shinbo") at the IBK headquarters in Seoul on Wednesday the 1st.

Under the agreement, the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency will identify and recommend companies with outstanding safety management practices, while Kibo and Shinbo will provide comprehensive financial and non-financial support, including customized guarantees, technology transfer and commercialization, and management consulting. Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) plans to actively participate in activities to strengthen industrial safety, while also providing financial support through guaranteed loans, preferential loan rates, and management consulting.
Through this agreement, each organization plans to establish a virtuous cycle that promotes the safety and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and to provide multifaceted support to SMEs with industrial safety capabilities to resolve funding difficulties and achieve stable growth.
Park Joo-sun, Executive Director of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, a foundation for systematic support has been established for small and medium-sized enterprises that are leading the way in safety management,” and added, “Kibo will continue to work closely with relevant organizations to actively contribute to the creation of a healthy and safe industrial ecosystem and the expansion of ESG management.”
Meanwhile, KIBO operates a "Safety Infrastructure Guarantee" program to support the financial support needed to prevent accidents, such as replacing aging equipment at safety-vulnerable companies, and to support the growth of safety-certified companies. The company also plans to continue to provide policy support to foster a safe management environment.

今回の条約を通じて、各機関は、中小企業の安全と成長を図る好循環構造を構築し、産業安全力を備えた中小企業が資金アローを解消し、安定的に成長できるように多角的な支援を展開する計画だ。
パク・ジュソン棋保専務理事は「今回の協約を通じて安全経営に先駆けている中小企業に対する体系的な支援基盤が設けられた」とし、「棋譜は今後も関連機関と緊密に協力し、健康で安全な産業生態系の造成とESG経営の拡散に積極的に貢献する」と明らかにした。
一方、機保は安全脆弱企業の老朽設備の交換など事故予防に必要な資金支援と安全認証企業の成長を支えるために「安全インフラ保証」を運営しており、継続的に安全経営環境づくりのための政策支援を広げていく計画だ。

韩国技术金融公司（以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，于1日星期三在首尔的韩国产业银行总部与韩国职业安全健康院（会长金贤重，以下简称“KOSHA”）、韩国产业银行（会长金成泰，以下简称“IBK”）和韩国信用担保基金（会长崔元木，以下简称“新保”）签署了“激活对安全管理活动中优秀企业的支持业务协议”。

Kibo执行董事朴柱善表示：“通过这项协议，为在安全管理方面处于领先地位的中小型企业建立了系统性支持的基础。”他还补充道：“Kibo将继续与相关组织密切合作，积极为创建健康安全的产业生态系统和扩大ESG管理做出贡献。”
与此同时，KIBO运营着一项“安全基础设施保障”计划，旨在为预防事故提供必要的资金支持，例如帮助安全隐患企业更换老旧设备，并支持已获得安全认证的企业发展壮大。该公司还计划继续提供政策支持，以营造安全的管理环境。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec trois organisations afin de soutenir les entreprises dotées d'excellentes pratiques de gestion de la sécurité.
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir signé, le mercredi 1er, au siège d'IBK à Séoul, un « Accord commercial visant à activer le soutien aux entreprises d'excellence dans les activités de gestion de la sécurité » avec l'Agence coréenne de sécurité et de santé au travail (Président Kim Hyeon-joong, ci-après dénommée « KOSHA »), la Banque industrielle de Corée ( Président Kim Seong-tae, ci-après dénommée « IBK ») et le Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit (Président Choi Won-mok, ci-après dénommé « Shinbo »).
Cet accord a été mis en place pour répondre aux exigences sociétales en matière de prévention des accidents majeurs et de création d'un environnement industriel sûr, et pour identifier et accompagner systématiquement les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui appliquent une gestion de la sécurité efficace. À cette fin, chaque organisation mobilisera son infrastructure et son expertise afin de collaborer à la mise en place d'un cadre propice à une croissance durable pour les entreprises performantes en matière de gestion de la sécurité.
Aux termes de cet accord, l'Agence coréenne de sécurité et de santé au travail identifiera et recommandera les entreprises aux pratiques exemplaires en matière de gestion de la sécurité, tandis que Kibo et Shinbo apporteront un soutien financier et non financier complet, incluant des garanties sur mesure, le transfert et la commercialisation de technologies, ainsi que du conseil en gestion. La Banque industrielle de Corée (IBK) prévoit de participer activement aux initiatives visant à renforcer la sécurité industrielle, tout en fournissant un soutien financier sous forme de prêts garantis, de taux d'intérêt préférentiels et de services de conseil en gestion.
Grâce à cet accord, chaque organisation prévoit d'établir un cercle vertueux qui favorise la sécurité et la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME), et de fournir un soutien multiforme aux PME dotées de capacités en matière de sécurité industrielle afin de résoudre leurs difficultés de financement et de parvenir à une croissance stable.
Park Joo-sun, directeur exécutif de Kibo, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, les bases d'un soutien systématique ont été établies pour les petites et moyennes entreprises qui ouvrent la voie en matière de gestion de la sécurité », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les organisations concernées afin de contribuer activement à la création d'un écosystème industriel sain et sûr et à l'expansion de la gestion ESG. »
Parallèlement, KIBO gère un programme de « Garantie des infrastructures de sécurité » afin d'apporter le soutien financier nécessaire à la prévention des accidents, notamment par le remplacement des équipements vétustes dans les entreprises présentant des risques pour la sécurité, et de favoriser la croissance des entreprises certifiées en matière de sécurité. L'entreprise prévoit également de poursuivre son soutien en matière de politiques publiques afin de promouvoir un environnement de gestion sûr.
