데이터·AI 기반 솔루션 기업 ㈜탤런트리(대표 안찬봉)는 AI 기술 기업 ㈜업스테이지(대표 김성훈)와 금융권 AI 솔루션 시장 공동 진출을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 국내 금융권의 특성과 규제 환경에 맞춘 맞춤형 AI 솔루션을 공동으로 기획·제공할 계획이다. 특히, 보안상 해외 생성형 AI 모델(LLM) 사용이 어려운 금융권 고객을 대상으로, 업스테이지의 국산 LLM ‘솔라(Solar)’와 문서 분석 기술 ‘다큐먼트 파스(Document Parse)’를 클리브의 기획·운영 역량과 결합해 고성능 AI 서비스를 구현한다는 방침이다.
탤런트리가 운영하는 ‘클리브(Cleave)’는 데이터 인프라 구축부터 AI 솔루션 기획 및 개발, 사용자 인터페이스 최적화에 이르기까지 전 과정을 수행하는 B2B AI 서비스 플랫폼이다. 토스, 토스증권, 네이버, 카카오 등에서 실무 경험을 쌓은 제품기획 및 데이터 엔지니어 출신 인력들이 참여하고 있으며, 최근 넥스트증권 프로젝트를 비롯해 사모펀드(PEF) 업계 등으로 사업을 확대하고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 클리브는 금융 데이터에 특화된 비즈니스 문제 해결 역량을 바탕으로 업스테이지의 AI 기술과 결합한 맞춤형 AI 에이전트 개발을 추진하고, 업스테이지는 자사 기술의 금융권 확산을 확대한다는 전략이다.

Through this agreement, Clive will develop a customized AI agent that combines Upstage's AI technology with its specialized business problem-solving capabilities in financial data, while Upstage will expand the spread of its technology in the financial sector.
