크로스허브가 중소벤처기업부가 지원하는 ‘딥테크 팁스 R&D 과제’에 최종 선정됐다고 16일 밝혔다.
딥테크 팁스는 정부가 지정한 10대 초격차 분야에서 기술경쟁력을 보유한 스타트업을 대상으로, 최대 17억 원의 연구개발(R&D) 자금과 연계 프로그램을 지원하는 민관 협력형 지원 사업이다.
크로스허브는 초격차 기술 기반의 글로벌 신원인증 서비스를 개발 중인 스타트업으로, 현재 국내 주요 금융권과의 PoC(개념검증)를 진행 중인 소수 기업 중 하나다.
2023년 설립된 크로스허브는 설립 1년 만에 크립톤과 전북창조경제혁신센터가 공동 운용하는 ‘전북초기투자 크립톤 혁신펀드’를 포함해 국내 주요 투자사 4곳으로부터 시드(Seed) 투자를 유치했다. 또한, 신용보증기금의 기술 창업 지원 프로그램 ‘리틀펭귄’에 선정되는 등 상반기에만 약 46억 원 규모의 R&D 자금을 확보했다.
이번 딥테크 팁스 선정으로 크로스허브는 인공지능(AI) 기반 신원인증 솔루션 ‘IDBlock’을 고도화하는 한편, 블록체인 기반 간편결제 시스템 ‘B-Pay’와 글로벌 송금 서비스 ‘Remit Payment’ 등 관련 기술의 상용화를 본격화할 계획이다.
이진우 크로스허브 최고정보보안책임자(CISO)는 “이번 선정은 당사의 기술력과 R&D 역량을 외부로부터 인정받은 결과”라며 “핵심 인재 채용과 기술 고도화를 통해 글로벌 시장 확장에 박차를 가하겠다”고 말했다.

CrossHub announced on the 16th that it was finally selected for the 'Deep Tech Tips R&D Project' supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Deep Tech Tips is a public-private collaborative support project that provides up to 1.7 billion won in research and development (R&D) funding and related programs to startups with technological competitiveness in 10 government-designated hyper-gap fields.
CrossHub is a startup developing a global identity authentication service based on ultra-gap technology, and is one of the few companies currently conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) trials with major domestic financial institutions.
Founded in 2023, Crosshub secured seed funding from four major domestic investors within a year, including the "Jeonbuk Early Investment Crypton Innovation Fund," jointly managed by Crypton and the Jeonbuk Center for Creative Economy and Innovation. Furthermore, the company secured approximately KRW 4.6 billion in R&D funding in the first half of the year alone, including selection for the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's technology startup support program, "Little Penguin."
With this selection as a DeepTech Tip, CrossHub plans to enhance its AI-based identity authentication solution, 'IDBlock', while also commercializing related technologies such as the blockchain-based easy payment system, 'B-Pay', and the global remittance service, 'Remit Payment'.
Lee Jin-woo, CrossHub's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), said, "This selection is a result of external recognition of our technological prowess and R&D capabilities," and added, "We will accelerate our expansion into the global market by recruiting key talent and advancing our technology."

2023年に設立されたクロスハブは、設立1年ぶりにクリプトンと全北創造経済革新センターが共同運用する「全北初期投資クリプトンイノベーションファンド」を含め、国内主要投資会社4社からシード投資を誘致した。また、信用保証基金の技術創業支援プログラム「リトルペンギン」に選定されるなど、上半期にのみ約46億ウォン規模のR&D資金を確保した。
今回のディープテックチップス選定でクロスハブは人工知能（AI）ベースの身元認証ソリューション「IDBlock」を高度化する一方、ブロックチェーンベースの簡便決済システム「B-Pay」とグローバル送金サービス「Remit Payment」など関連技術の商用化を本格化する計画だ。

CrossHub a annoncé le 16 avoir finalement été sélectionné pour le projet de recherche et développement « Deep Tech Tips », soutenu par le ministère des PME et des Startups.
Deep Tech Tips est un projet de soutien collaboratif public-privé qui fournit jusqu'à 1,7 milliard de wons en financement de recherche et développement (R&D) et en programmes connexes aux startups ayant une compétitivité technologique dans 10 domaines hyper-écartés désignés par le gouvernement.
CrossHub est une startup qui développe un service d'authentification d'identité global basé sur la technologie ultra-gap, et fait partie des rares entreprises qui mènent actuellement des essais de validation de concept (PoC) avec de grandes institutions financières nationales.
Fondée en 2023, CrossHub a obtenu un financement d'amorçage auprès de quatre grands investisseurs coréens en moins d'un an, notamment grâce au « Fonds d'investissement précoce Crypton pour l'innovation de Jeonbuk », géré conjointement par Crypton et le Centre de Jeonbuk pour l'économie créative et l'innovation. Par ailleurs, la société a levé environ 4,6 milliards de wons coréens en financement de la R&D au cours du seul premier semestre, et a notamment été sélectionnée pour le programme de soutien aux jeunes entreprises technologiques « Little Penguin » du Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit.
Grâce à cette sélection en tant que DeepTech Tip, CrossHub prévoit d'améliorer sa solution d'authentification d'identité basée sur l'IA, « IDBlock », tout en commercialisant des technologies connexes telles que le système de paiement facile basé sur la blockchain, « B-Pay », et le service de transfert de fonds mondial, « Remit Payment ».
Lee Jin-woo, responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d'information (RSSI) de CrossHub, a déclaré : « Cette sélection est le fruit d'une reconnaissance externe de notre savoir-faire technologique et de nos capacités en matière de recherche et développement », et a ajouté : « Nous allons accélérer notre expansion sur le marché mondial en recrutant des talents clés et en faisant progresser notre technologie. »
