파네시아 정명수 대표가 21일 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 열린 ‘제20회 전자∙IT의 날’ 행사에서 산업통상자원부 장관 표창을 수상했다. 이번 표창은 파네시아의 혁신 기술 개발, 빠른 성장 및 고용 확대가 전자·IT 산업 발전에 기여한 점을 인정받아 수여됐다.
파네시아는 2022년 8월 설립 이후 차세대 데이터센터 핵심 기술인 CXL(컴퓨트익스프레스링크) 설계 자산 분야에서 기술 개발을 지속해왔다. 특히 CXL 기반 고속 연결 기술 관련 주요 특허를 확보하고 상용화를 준비하며, 데이터센터와 AI 인프라 기술 발전에 기여하고 있다. 또한 CXL 컨소시엄, UALink, PCI-SIG, 오픈컴퓨트프로젝트 등 국제 표준화 활동과 글로벌 협력을 확대해 국내 반도체 기술의 국제적 연계 가능성을 높이고 있다.
파네시아는 2023년 9월 170억 원 규모 시드 라운드 투자 유치로 기업가치 1,034억 원을 달성했으며, 2024년에는 800억 원 규모 이상의 시리즈 A 투자 유치에 성공해 기업가치를 약 3,400억 원으로 확대했다.
아울러 고용 확대와 인재 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램을 운영하며 산업 내 인력 생태계 안정화에 기여하고 있다. 매년 전국 대학교를 방문해 채용과 커리어 상담을 진행하며, 2025년에는 국내 딥테크 및 AI 분야에서 고용 인원 증가율 1위(136%)를 기록했다. 회사는 사내 교육 ‘PanEdu’와 글로벌 프로젝트 참여 기회를 제공해 직원 역량 강화에도 힘쓰고 있다.
정명수 대표는 “이번 수상은 파네시아 구성원들의 노력의 결과”라며 “앞으로도 젊은 엔지니어들이 반도체 산업 전반을 경험하고 글로벌 전문가로 성장할 수 있도록 지원을 계속할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Since its establishment in August 2022, Panesia has been continuously developing technology in the field of CXL (Compute Express Link) design assets, a core next-generation data center technology. In particular, Panesia has secured key patents related to CXL-based high-speed connection technology and is preparing for commercialization, contributing to the advancement of data center and AI infrastructure technologies. Furthermore, Panesia is expanding its international collaborations and international standardization activities, including through the CXL Consortium, UALink, PCI-SIG, and the Open Compute Project, thereby enhancing the international connectivity of domestic semiconductor technology.
Panesia achieved a corporate value of KRW 103.4 billion by attracting KRW 17 billion in seed round investment in September 2023, and successfully attracted more than KRW 80 billion in Series A investment in 2024, expanding its corporate value to approximately KRW 340 billion.
Furthermore, the company operates training programs to expand employment and cultivate talent, contributing to the stabilization of the industry's human resource ecosystem. It visits universities nationwide annually to provide recruitment and career counseling, and by 2025, it is projected to achieve the highest employment growth rate (136%) in the deep tech and AI sectors in Korea. The company also strives to strengthen employee capabilities through its in-house training program, "PanEdu," and opportunities to participate in global projects.
CEO Jeong Myeong-su said, “This award is the result of the hard work of the Panesia members,” and added, “We will continue to support young engineers so that they can experience the entire semiconductor industry and grow into global experts.”

Le PDG de Panesia, Jeong Myeong-su, a reçu les félicitations du ministre du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie lors de la 20e Journée de l'électronique et des technologies de l'information, qui s'est tenue au COEX de Samseong-dong, à Séoul, le 21. Cette distinction lui a été décernée en reconnaissance de sa contribution au développement des industries de l'électronique et des technologies de l'information grâce à ses innovations technologiques, sa croissance rapide et la création d'emplois.
Depuis sa création en août 2022, Panesia développe en continu des technologies dans le domaine des composants CXL (Compute Express Link), une technologie clé pour les centres de données de nouvelle génération. Panesia a notamment obtenu des brevets importants relatifs à la technologie de connexion haut débit basée sur CXL et se prépare à sa commercialisation, contribuant ainsi à l'avancement des infrastructures de centres de données et d'IA. Panesia a atteint une valeur d'entreprise de 103,4 milliards de KRW en attirant 17 milliards de KRW d'investissements lors d'un tour de table initial en septembre 2023, et a attiré avec succès plus de 80 milliards de KRW d'investissements de série A en 2024, portant sa valeur d'entreprise à environ 340 milliards de KRW.
Par ailleurs, l'entreprise propose des programmes de formation pour développer l'emploi et cultiver les talents, contribuant ainsi à la stabilisation de l'écosystème des ressources humaines du secteur.
