국제디지털자산위원회(이사장 원은석)와 (사)금융과행복네트워크(이사장 정운영)는 디지털자산 시대의 안전한 이용과 건전한 생태계 조성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 28일 밝혔다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ▲소비자 보호 중심의 디지털자산 교육 및 인식 확산 ▲책임 있는 평가와 결과의 사회적 공유 ▲건전한 생태계 조성을 위한 정책 제언 ▲보유 네트워크의 교류 및 활용 ▲공동 협력사업 추진 등 다섯 가지 핵심 과제를 설정하고 긴밀한 협력 체계를 구축하기로 했다.
이번 협약은 급변하는 디지털자산 환경 속에서 정보 기반의 교육, 평가, 정책 기능을 강화하고 민간과 공공, 현장을 연결하는 협력 모델을 제도화한다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 양 기관은 협약 서명일을 기점으로 상시 협력 체계를 운영하며, 지속적인 정보 교류와 공동 사업을 추진할 예정이다.
정운영 금융과행복네트워크 이사장은 “디지털자산 영역에서도 금융소비자가 사기를 예방하고 합리적 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다”며 “교육, 정책, 현장을 연계해 누구나 안전하게 접근하고 보호받을 수 있는 포용 금융 모델을 구현하겠다”고 말했다.
원은석 국제디지털자산위원회 이사장은 “디지털자산이 투자 단계를 넘어 일상으로 확산되는 시점에서 안전한 이용 환경 조성이 중요하다”며 “이번 협력을 통해 소비자 교육과 인식 확산을 강화하고, 지속 가능한 디지털자산 생태계 구축에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Beginning with the signing of the agreement, the two organizations will operate a permanent cooperative system, promoting ongoing information exchange and joint projects.
Jeong Woon-young, Chairman of the Financial and Happiness Network, said, "Even in the digital asset sector, we must support financial consumers to prevent fraud and make rational decisions. We will implement an inclusive financial model that connects education, policy, and the field, ensuring safe access and protection for everyone."
Won Eun-seok, Chairman of the International Digital Asset Committee, stated, “As digital assets expand beyond the investment stage and into everyday life, it is crucial to create a safe usage environment.” He added, “Through this collaboration, we will strengthen consumer education and awareness, and contribute to building a sustainable digital asset ecosystem.”

チョン・ウンヨン金融課幸福ネットワーク理事長は「デジタル資産領域でも金融消費者が詐欺を予防し、合理的意思決定をすることができるように支援しなければならない」とし「教育、政策、現場を連携して誰でも安全に接近し保護される包容金融モデルを実装する」と話した。
ウォン・ウンソク国際デジタル資産委員会理事長は「デジタル資産が投資段階を超えて日常的に拡散する時点で安全な利用環境の造成が重要だ」とし「今回の協力を通じて消費者教育と認識拡散を強化し、持続可能なデジタル資産エコシステム構築に貢献する」と明らかにした。

Le Comité international des actifs numériques (présidé par Won Eun-seok) et le Réseau du bonheur financier (présidé par Jeong Woon-young) ont annoncé le 28 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (PA) visant à promouvoir une utilisation sûre et un écosystème sain à l'ère des actifs numériques.
