기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 4일(화) 항공우주산학융합원(원장 유창경)과 ‘인천지역 기술중소기업의 창업 및 혁신성장 지원을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 5일(수) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 인천이 항공우주산업의 거점으로 성장을 본격화함에 따라, 양 기관이 보유한 기술 인프라와 기업 지원 역량을 연계해 항공·우주 분야의 창업을 촉진하고, 지역 내 개방형 기술혁신 생태계를 활성화하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲기술창업 중소기업의 발굴·추천 및 지원 ▲기술거래 수요 발굴 ▲외부기술도입 기업에 대한 보증지원 및 인천시 금융지원 사업 연계 ▲정보·인적자원 교류 ▲기업지원 업무 전반에 대한 상호협력 등을 추진할 계획이다.
특히, 기보는 보증지원과 인천시 이차보전사업을 연계해, 항공·우주 분야 중소기업이 우수기술을 도입하고 사업화로 이어질 수 있도록 기술이전부터 자금지원까지 전 단계를 포괄하는 종합 지원체계를 구축할 예정이다.
심성학 기보 인천지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 인천지역 기술창업기업의 단계적 성장을 위한 금융지원 체계가 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 우수기술의 사업화 촉진과 지역 중소기업의 기술경쟁력 강화를 위해 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs MOU with Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Research Institute
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Wednesday, the 5th, that it had signed a “Business Agreement to Support Startup and Innovative Growth of Technology SMEs in the Incheon Area” with the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (President Yoo Chang-kyung) on Tuesday, the 4th.
This agreement was established to foster startups in the aerospace and space industries and revitalize the region's open technology innovation ecosystem by linking the technological infrastructure and corporate support capabilities of both organizations, as Incheon accelerates its growth as a hub for the aerospace industry.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to promote ▲discovery, recommendation, and support of technology startup SMEs ▲discovery of demand for technology transactions ▲guarantee support for companies introducing external technologies and linkage with Incheon City's financial support projects ▲exchange of information and human resources ▲mutual cooperation in all aspects of business support work.
In particular, KIBO plans to establish a comprehensive support system covering all stages from technology transfer to financial support, linking guarantee support with Incheon City's secondary conservation project, to enable small and medium-sized enterprises in the aerospace industry to introduce excellent technologies and lead to commercialization.
Sim Seong-hak, head of the Incheon branch of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, a financial support system has been established for the step-by-step growth of technology startups in the Incheon area,” and added, “Kibo will continue to actively work to expand cooperation with related organizations to promote the commercialization of excellent technologies and strengthen the technological competitiveness of local small and medium-sized enterprises.”

ギボ、航空宇宙産学融合院と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は4日（火）航空宇宙産学融合院（院長ユ・チャンギョン）と「仁川地域技術中小企業の創業および革新成長支援のための業務協約」を締結したと5日（水）明らかにした。
今回の条約は、仁川が航空宇宙産業の拠点として成長を本格化することにより、両機関が保有する技術インフラと企業支援力量を連携して航空・宇宙分野の創業を促進し、地域内の開放型技術革新生態系を活性化するために設けられた。
協約により、両機関は▲技術創業中小企業の発掘・推薦及び支援▲技術取引需要の発掘 ▲外部技術導入企業に対する保証支援及び仁川市金融支援事業連携 ▲情報・人的資源交流 ▲企業支援業務全般に対する相互協力などを推進する計画だ。
特に、ギボは保証支援と仁川市二次保全事業を連携し、航空・宇宙分野の中小企業が優秀技術を導入して事業化につながるように技術移転から資金支援まで全段階を包括する総合支援体系を構築する予定だ。
深成学起報仁川地域本部長は「今回の条約を通じて、仁川地域技術創業企業の段階的成長のための金融支援体系が設けられた」とし、「記事は今後も関連機関との協力を拡大し、優秀技術の事業化促進と地域中小企業の技術競争力強化のために積極的に努力する」と明らかにした。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于5日星期三宣布，已于4日星期二与韩国航空航天研究院（院长柳昌京）签署了“支持仁川地区科技中小企业创业和创新发展的商业协议”。
该协议旨在通过连接双方的技术基础设施和企业支持能力，促进航空航天领域的初创企业发展，并重振该地区的开放式技术创新生态系统，助力仁川加速发展成为航空航天产业中心。
根据协议，双方计划促进▲发现、推荐和支持科技创业中小企业▲发现技术交易需求▲保障引进外部技术的公司与仁川市财政支持项目对接▲信息和人力资源交流▲在商业支持工作的各个方面开展互利合作。
具体而言，KIBO计划建立一个涵盖从技术转让到资金支持各个阶段的综合支持体系，将担保支持与仁川市的二次保护项目联系起来，使航空航天领域的中小型企业能够引进优秀技术并实现商业化。
Kibo仁川分公司负责人沈成鹤表示：“通过这项协议，我们为仁川地区科技初创企业的逐步发展建立了一套金融支持体系。”他还补充道：“Kibo将继续积极努力，扩大与相关机构的合作，以促进优秀技术的商业化，并增强当地中小企业的技术竞争力。”

Kibo signe un protocole d'entente avec l'Institut de recherche sur la convergence industrie-université aérospatiale
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mercredi 5 avoir signé mardi 4 un « accord commercial visant à soutenir la création et la croissance innovante des PME technologiques de la région d'Incheon » avec le Korea Aerospace Research Institute (président Yoo Chang-kyung) .
Cet accord a été établi pour favoriser la création de start-ups dans les secteurs de l'aérospatiale et du spatial et revitaliser l'écosystème d'innovation technologique ouverte de la région en reliant l'infrastructure technologique et les capacités de soutien aux entreprises des deux organisations, alors qu'Incheon accélère sa croissance en tant que pôle de l'industrie aérospatiale.
Selon l'accord, les deux organisations prévoient de promouvoir : ▲ la découverte, la recommandation et le soutien des PME technologiques en démarrage ; ▲ la découverte de la demande en matière de transactions technologiques ; ▲ la garantie d'un soutien aux entreprises introduisant des technologies externes et la liaison avec les projets de soutien financier de la ville d'Incheon ; ▲ l'échange d'informations et de ressources humaines ; ▲ la coopération mutuelle dans tous les aspects du travail de soutien aux entreprises.
KIBO prévoit notamment de mettre en place un système de soutien complet couvrant toutes les étapes, du transfert de technologie au soutien financier, en liant le soutien de garantie au projet de conservation secondaire de la ville d'Incheon, afin de permettre aux petites et moyennes entreprises du secteur aérospatial d'introduire des technologies d'excellence et de parvenir à leur commercialisation.
Sim Seong-hak, directeur de la branche d'Incheon de Kibo, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, un système de soutien financier a été mis en place pour la croissance progressive des jeunes entreprises technologiques de la région d'Incheon », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de travailler activement à l'expansion de sa coopération avec les organisations concernées afin de promouvoir la commercialisation des technologies d'excellence et de renforcer la compétitivité technologique des petites et moyennes entreprises locales. »
