국제아동권리 NGO 세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부(본부장 심혜설)는 6일 대전광역시 외국인주민 통합지원센터(센터장 김윤희)와 미등록 이주배경아동의 기본권 보장을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약 체결식에는 세이브더칠드런 심혜설 중부지역본부장과 대전광역시 외국인주민 통합지원센터 김윤희 센터장을 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했다. 양 기관은 지역 내 미등록 이주아동의 현실과 지원 필요성을 공유하며 협력 방안을 논의했다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲미등록 이주아동의 건강한 성장 지원을 위한 협력 ▲미등록 이주아동에 대한 인식 개선 활동 ▲지원 대상 발굴 및 지역사회 유관기관과의 협력체계 구축 등 다양한 분야에서 협력 사업을 추진할 계획이다.
세이브더칠드런 심혜설 중부지역본부장은 “미등록 이주아동도 아동으로서 존중받고 보호받아야 한다”며, “이번 협약을 통해 대전광역시 외국인주민 통합지원센터와 함께 아동 지원을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
김윤희 센터장은 “그동안 다양한 위기 아동 지원에 어려움이 있었다”며, “세이브더칠드런과의 협력이 사각지대에 놓인 아동들이 안전하게 성장할 수 있는 기반이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Signs MOU with Daejeon Metropolitan City's Foreign Residents Integrated Support Center
On the 6th, Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters (Director Shim Hye-seol), an international children's rights NGO, signed a business agreement with the Daejeon Metropolitan City Foreign Residents Integrated Support Center (Director Kim Yun-hee) to guarantee the basic rights of undocumented children of immigrant backgrounds.
The signing ceremony was attended by Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Director Sim Hye-seol and Daejeon Metropolitan City Migrant Residents Integrated Support Center Director Kim Yun-hee, along with other officials. The two organizations shared the realities of undocumented migrant children in the region and the need for support, and discussed cooperation plans.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to promote cooperative projects in various fields, including ▲cooperation to support the healthy growth of undocumented immigrant children, ▲activities to improve awareness of undocumented immigrant children, ▲identification of support targets and establishment of a cooperative system with relevant local organizations.
Save the Children Central Regional Headquarters Director Shim Hye-seol said, “Undocumented migrant children should also be respected and protected as children,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will strengthen support for children together with the Daejeon Metropolitan City Foreign Resident Integrated Support Center.”
Center Director Kim Yun-hee said, “There have been difficulties in supporting various children in crisis,” and added, “We hope that our collaboration with Save the Children will serve as a foundation for children in blind spots to grow up safely.”

今回の協約締結式には、セーブ・ザ・チルドレン・シム・ヘソル中部地域本部長と大田広域市外国人住民統合支援センターキム・ユンヒセンター長をはじめとする関係者が参加した。両機関は、地域内の未登録移住児童の現実と支援の必要性を共有し、協力方案を議論した。
協約により、両機関は、▲未登録移住児童の健康的な成長支援のための協力 ▲未登録移住児童に対する認識改善活動 ▲支援対象発掘及び地域社会遺管機関との協力体制構築など、多様な分野で協力事業を推進する計画だ。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレン・シム・ヘソル中部地域本部長は「未登録移住児童も児童として尊重され保護されなければならない」とし、「今回の条約を通じて大田広域市外国人住民統合支援センターとともに児童支援を強化する」と明らかにした。
キム・ユンヒセンター長は「これまで様々な危機児童支援に困難があった」とし、「セーブ・ザ・チルドレンとの協力が死角地帯に置かれた児童が安全に成長できる基盤になると期待する」と話した。

救助儿童会中央区域总部主任沈惠雪、大田市移民居民综合支援中心主任金允熙及其他官员出席了签约仪式。双方分享了该地区无证移民儿童的现状和援助需求，并探讨了合作计划。
根据协议，这两个组织计划在各个领域开展合作项目，包括▲合作支持无证移民儿童的健康成长，▲开展提高公众对无证移民儿童认识的活动，▲确定支持目标并与相关地方组织建立合作体系。

Le 6, le siège régional central de Save the Children (directrice Shim Hye-seol), une ONG internationale de défense des droits de l'enfant, a signé un accord commercial avec le Centre de soutien intégré aux résidents étrangers de la ville métropolitaine de Daejeon (directrice Kim Yun-hee) afin de garantir les droits fondamentaux des enfants sans papiers issus de l'immigration.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de Sim Hye-seol, directrice du siège régional de Save the Children pour le Centre, de Kim Yun-hee, directrice du Centre de soutien intégré aux résidents migrants de la ville métropolitaine de Daejeon, ainsi que d'autres responsables. Les deux organisations ont partagé leurs expériences concernant la situation des enfants migrants sans papiers dans la région et leurs besoins en matière de soutien, et ont discuté de leurs projets de coopération.
