서울바이오허브는 오는 11월 26일 ‘2025 서울 바이오·의료 오픈 콜라보(이하 오픈콜라보)’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 ‘바이오 기술의 성장사슬’을 주제로 열리며, 올해 새롭게 출범한 ‘오픈이노베이션 체인’을 공식적으로 선보인다. 오픈이노베이션 체인은 바이오 스타트업의 기술이 대·중견기업과의 협력을 거쳐 글로벌 제약사(빅파마)와의 공동연구 및 기술이전으로 발전하는 ‘성장 사슬 모델’이다. 여기에 벤처캐피탈(VC)의 참여를 더해 혁신 기술의 사업화와 투자 유치를 동시에 촉진하는 구조를 갖췄다.
오픈콜라보는 오전과 오후 두 개 세션으로 구성된다. 오전 1부에서는 국내 주요 제약바이오 기업이 참여해 오픈이노베이션 전략을 공유한다. 주요 발표자는 ▲SK바이오팜 황선관 부사장(난치성 뇌질환 신약개발 전략) ▲에이비엘바이오 정진원 이사(뉴모달리티 시대의 파트너십) ▲휴온스 음현애 이사(오픈이노베이션 전략과 사례) ▲HK이노엔 김봉태 상무(오픈이노베이션 추진 방향) ▲HLB 남경숙 상무(HLB Bio Eco-System과 동반성장 전략)이다.
오후 2부에서는 ‘바이오 오픈이노베이션 체인’을 통해 매칭된 33개 스타트업과 대·중견기업 간 1:1 파트너링이 진행된다. 또한 투자자 추천을 받은 8개 스타트업이 무대에 올라 IR 피칭을 진행할 예정이다.
서울바이오허브는 지난 6월 한국혁신의약품컨소시엄(KIMCo)과 협력해 오픈이노베이션 체인을 출범했으며, 현재 대·중견기업 및 바이오 전문 VC들과의 협력체계를 구축했다. 참여 기업은 ▲동아ST ▲리가켐바이오 ▲에이비엘바이오 ▲올릭스 ▲지놈앤컴퍼니 ▲티앤엘 ▲휴온스이며, 투자사는 ▲CKD창업투자 ▲LSK인베스트먼트 ▲대교인베스트먼트 ▲스케일업파트너스 ▲솔리더스인베스트먼트 ▲신한벤처투자 ▲아주IB투자 등이다.
서울바이오허브 관계자는 “이번 행사는 바이오 산업의 오픈이노베이션 체계를 구체화하는 첫 사례로, 스타트업의 기술과 산업, 투자가 유기적으로 연결되는 협력의 장이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Seoul Bio Hub Hosts '2025 Seoul Bio and Medical Open Collaboration'
Seoul Bio Hub announced that it will hold the '2025 Seoul Bio-Medical Open Collaboration (hereinafter referred to as Open Collaboration)' on November 26th.
This event, themed "Biotechnology Growth Chain," will officially showcase the newly launched "Open Innovation Chain." This "Open Innovation Chain" is a growth chain model where biotech startups' technologies develop through collaborations with large and medium-sized companies, followed by joint research and technology transfer with global pharmaceutical companies (Big Pharma). By incorporating venture capital (VC) participation, the event establishes a structure that simultaneously promotes the commercialization of innovative technologies and attracts investment.
Open Collaboration consists of two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the first session, major domestic pharmaceutical and biotech companies will share their open innovation strategies. Key presenters include ▲ SK Biopharmaceuticals Vice President Hwang Seon-gwan (New Drug Development Strategy for Intractable Brain Diseases), ▲ ABL Bio Director Jeong Jin-won (Partnership in the Era of New Modalities), ▲ Huons Director Eum Hyeon-ae (Open Innovation Strategy and Case Studies), ▲ HK inno.N Managing Director Kim Bong-tae (Open Innovation Promotion Direction), and ▲ HLB Managing Director Nam Gyeong-sook (HLB Bio Eco-System and Shared Growth Strategy).
In the second half of the afternoon, 1:1 partnerships will take place between 33 startups matched through the "Bio Open Innovation Chain" and large and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, eight startups recommended by investors will take the stage to present their IR pitches.
Seoul Bio Hub launched an open innovation chain in partnership with the Korea Innovative Medicines Consortium (KIMCo) in June and has since established a collaborative network with large and medium-sized companies and biotech venture capital firms. Participating companies include Dong-A ST, Liga Chem Bio, ABL Bio, Olix, Genome & Company, T&L, and Huons. Investors include CKD Venture Capital, LSK Investment, Daekyo Investment, Scaleup Partners, Solidus Investment, Shinhan Venture Investment, and Aju IB Investment.
A Seoul Bio Hub official stated, “This event will be the first to concretize the open innovation system in the bio industry, and will serve as a venue for cooperation where startup technology, industry, and investment are organically linked.”

首尔生物中心宣布将于11月26日举办“2025首尔生物医学开放合作（以下简称开放合作）”。
本次以“生物技术增长链”为主题的活动将正式展示新推出的“开放式创新链”。“开放式创新链”是一种增长链模式，生物技术初创企业通过与大中型企业合作开发技术，随后与全球制药巨头（大型制药公司）进行联合研究和技术转让。通过引入风险投资，本次活动构建了一个既能促进创新技术商业化又能吸引投资的平台。
开放合作研讨会分为上午和下午两个环节。在第一环节中，国内主要的制药和生物技术公司将分享各自的开放式创新战略。主要演讲嘉宾包括：▲ SK生物制药副总裁黄善冠（难治性脑部疾病新药研发战略）、▲ ABL Bio董事郑镇元（新模式时代的合作）、▲ Huons董事严贤爱（开放式创新战略及案例研究）、▲ HK inno.N董事总经理金奉泰（开放式创新推进方向）以及▲ HLB董事总经理南京淑（HLB生物生态系统及共享增长战略）。

Le Seoul Bio Hub accueille la « Collaboration ouverte Séoul Bio et Médicale 2025 »
Seoul Bio Hub a annoncé qu'il organisera la « Collaboration ouverte biomédicale de Séoul 2025 (ci-après dénommée Collaboration ouverte) » le 26 novembre.
Cet événement, placé sous le thème « Chaîne de croissance des biotechnologies », présentera officiellement la nouvelle « Chaîne d'innovation ouverte ». Ce modèle de chaîne de croissance permet aux jeunes entreprises de biotechnologie de développer leurs technologies grâce à des collaborations avec de grandes et moyennes entreprises, suivies de recherches conjointes et de transferts de technologie avec des multinationales pharmaceutiques. En intégrant le capital-risque, l'événement met en place une structure qui favorise simultanément la commercialisation des technologies innovantes et attire les investissements.
La conférence Open Collaboration se déroule en deux sessions, l'une le matin et l'autre l'après-midi. Lors de la première session, les principales entreprises pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques chinoises présenteront leurs stratégies d'innovation ouverte. Parmi les intervenants principaux figurent : ▲ Hwang Seon-gwan, vice-président de SK Biopharmaceuticals (Stratégie de développement de nouveaux médicaments pour les maladies cérébrales réfractaires) ; ▲ Jeong Jin-won, directeur d'ABL Bio (Partenariats à l'ère des nouvelles modalités thérapeutiques) ; ▲ Eum Hyeon-ae, directrice de Huons (Stratégie d'innovation ouverte et études de cas) ; ▲ Kim Bong-tae, directeur général de HK inno.N (Orientation pour la promotion de l'innovation ouverte) ; et ▲ Nam Gyeong-sook, directrice générale de HLB (Écosystème HLB Bio et stratégie de croissance partagée).
Dans l'après-midi, des partenariats individuels se mettront en place entre 33 startups, sélectionnées via la « Bio Open Innovation Chain », et de grandes et moyennes entreprises. Par ailleurs, huit startups recommandées par des investisseurs présenteront leurs projets de levée de fonds.
En juin, Seoul Bio Hub a lancé une chaîne d'innovation ouverte en partenariat avec le Korea Innovative Medicines Consortium (KIMCo) et a depuis établi un réseau collaboratif avec de grandes et moyennes entreprises ainsi que des sociétés de capital-risque spécialisées en biotechnologie.
