엔터테크 기반 O2O(Online to Offline) 플랫폼 기업 아이오로라(i-Aurora)는 세계적인 디지털 결제·금융 플랫폼 기업 앤트인터내셔널(Ant International)과 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 싱가포르 핀테크 페스티벌(Singapore Fintech Festival, SFF) 기간 중 공식적으로 체결됐으며, 양사는 글로벌 문화 콘텐츠와 핀테크 기술을 융합한 혁신적 O2O 플랫폼을 공동 구축하고 세계 시장 진출을 추진할 계획이다.
협약에 따라 아이오로라는 자사 브랜드 ‘STAN’을 중심으로 한국을 시작으로 한 글로벌 프로젝트를 진행한다. STAN은 K-POP 등 문화 IP(Intellectual Property)를 기반으로 오프라인 공연, 체험, 전시, 굿즈, 관광형 콘텐츠를 통합한 테크컬처 플랫폼으로, 사용자가 온라인과 오프라인에서 문화 콘텐츠를 손쉽게 즐길 수 있는 O2O 생태계를 목표로 한다.
앤트인터내셔널의 글로벌 결제 게이트웨이인 알리페이플러스(Alipay+)는 전 세계 전자지갑 및 디지털 은행 앱을 연결하는 네트워크로, 한국 내 2백만 개 이상의 가맹점에서 17개 전자지갑 및 은행 앱 결제를 지원하고 있다. 알리페이플러스는 앤트그룹의 기술 인프라를 기반으로 STAN 플랫폼의 해외 확장 및 글로벌 운영을 지원하게 된다.
또한 앤트인터내셔널은 파트너 전자지갑, 결제 시스템, 미니프로그램(Mini Program), AI 기반 여행 에이전트 ‘알리페이플러스 보이저(Voyager)’ 등 다양한 플랫폼 리소스를 아이오로라와 공유해 기술 연동 및 공동 서비스 개발을 추진하고, 글로벌 마케팅 활동을 함께 전개할 예정이다.
아이오로라 장영수 대표는 “이번 협약은 한류 문화 콘텐츠와 글로벌 결제 생태계가 만나는 중요한 전환점”이라며 “아이오로라의 테크컬처 역량과 앤트인터내셔널의 글로벌 네트워크가 결합해 아시아 및 전 세계로 확장할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다”고 말했다. 이어 “향후 문화, 관광, 결제를 융합한 새로운 글로벌 경험 플랫폼을 구축하겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Aurora Signs Strategic MOU with Ant International
i-Aurora, an online to offline (O2O) platform company based on entertainment technology, announced on the 13th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Ant International, a global digital payment and financial platform company.
This agreement was officially signed during the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), and the two companies plan to jointly build an innovative O2O platform that combines global cultural content and fintech technology and advance into the global market.
Under the agreement, Aurora will launch a global project, starting in Korea, centered around its brand, "STAN." It aims to create an online-to-offline (O2O) ecosystem where users can easily enjoy cultural content both online and offline.
Alipay+, Ant International's global payment gateway, is a network connecting e-wallets and digital banking apps worldwide. It supports payments from 17 e-wallets and banking apps at over 2 million merchants in South Korea. Building on Ant Group's technological infrastructure, Alipay+ will support the STAN platform's overseas expansion and global operations.
In addition, Ant International plans to share various platform resources with Aurora, including partner e-wallets, payment systems, mini programs, and the AI-based travel agent 'Alipay Plus Voyager', to promote technological integration and joint service development, and jointly carry out global marketing activities.
Aurora CEO Youngsoo Jang stated, "This agreement marks a significant turning point, bringing together Hallyu cultural content and the global payment ecosystem. Aurora's tech-culture capabilities and Ant International's global network have laid the foundation for expansion into Asia and the world." He added, "Going forward, we will build a new global experience platform that integrates culture, tourism, and payments."

また、アントインターナショナルは、パートナーの電子財布、決済システム、ミニプログラム（Mini Program）、AIベースの旅行エージェント「アリペイプラスボイジャー（Voyager）」など多様なプラットフォームリソースをアイオロラと共有して技術連動および共同サービス開発を推進し、グローバルマーケティング活動を共に展開する予定だ。

i-Aurora, une société de plateforme en ligne vers hors ligne (O2O) basée sur la technologie du divertissement, a annoncé le 13 avoir signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) avec Ant International, une société mondiale de plateforme de paiement numérique et financière.
Cet accord a été officiellement signé lors du Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), et les deux entreprises prévoient de construire conjointement une plateforme O2O innovante qui combine contenu culturel mondial et technologie fintech et de se développer sur le marché mondial.
Aux termes de cet accord, Aurora lancera un projet mondial, débutant en Corée, autour de sa marque « STAN ». STAN est une plateforme technologique et culturelle intégrant spectacles, expériences, expositions, produits dérivés et contenus touristiques hors ligne, basés sur la propriété intellectuelle culturelle (PI) telle que la K-pop. Son objectif est de créer un écosystème O2O (online-to-offline) permettant aux utilisateurs de profiter facilement de contenus culturels aussi bien en ligne que hors ligne.
Alipay+, la passerelle de paiement mondiale d'Ant International, est un réseau connectant les portefeuilles électroniques et les applications bancaires numériques du monde entier. Elle permet d'effectuer des paiements depuis 17 portefeuilles électroniques et applications bancaires auprès de plus de 2 millions de commerçants en Corée du Sud. S'appuyant sur l'infrastructure technologique d'Ant Group, Alipay+ soutiendra l'expansion internationale et les opérations mondiales de la plateforme STAN.
En outre, Ant International prévoit de partager diverses ressources de plateforme avec Aurora, notamment des portefeuilles électroniques partenaires, des systèmes de paiement, des mini-programmes et l'agent de voyages basé sur l'IA « Alipay Plus Voyager », afin de promouvoir l'intégration technologique et le développement de services conjoints, et de mener conjointement des activités de marketing mondiales.
