스파크랩파트너스(대표 김호민)가 ㈜포항연합기술지주(대표 김재효)와 경상북도 지역 창업 및 투자 생태계 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 18일 밝혔다.
스파크랩파트너스는 지난 9월 포항시 한동대학교 내 지사 개소 이후, 지역 창업 인프라 고도화와 실질적 투자·육성 네트워크 강화를 위해 이번 협약을 추진했다. 포항연합기술지주는 한동대학교 등 지역 대학과 포항테크노파크가 공동 설립한 산학연 협력 기술지주회사이자 공공형 액셀러레이터로, 이번 협약을 통해 대학 연구 성과와 공공기관 인프라, 민간 투자기관 역량을 결합한 스타트업 통합 지원 체계를 마련하게 된다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲창업기업 지역 유치 및 투자 활성화 ▲후속 투자 연계 ▲글로벌 진출 지원 ▲교원·청년 창업 프로그램 공동 기획 등을 추진한다. 또한 자문단과 글로벌 네트워크를 활용해 경북권 스타트업의 기술력과 시장 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 공동 플랫폼도 구축할 예정이다.
스파크랩파트너스는 이번 협약을 계기로 포항연합기술지주와의 협업 범위를 점진적으로 확대하고, 향후 경북 지역펀드, 포항글로벌기업혁신파크, 임상전문특화병원 프로젝트 등과 연계한 AI·바이오 분야 창업 생태계 조성에도 나설 계획이다.

SparkLabs Partners Signs Business Agreement with Pohang United Technology Holdings
Sparklab Partners (CEO Ho-min Kim) announced on the 18th that it has signed a business agreement with Pohang United Technology Holdings (CEO Jae-hyo Kim) to revitalize the startup and investment ecosystem in the Gyeongsangbuk-do region.
SparkLabs Partners, following the opening of its branch at Handong Global University in Pohang last September, has pursued this agreement to enhance local startup infrastructure and strengthen its investment and incubation network. Pohang United Technology Holdings, a jointly established technology holding company and public accelerator by local universities, including Handong Global University, and Pohang Technopark, will establish an integrated startup support system that combines university research achievements, public institution infrastructure, and private investment capabilities.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will pursue initiatives such as ▲attracting startups to the region and stimulating investment ▲coordinating follow-up investments ▲supporting global expansion ▲jointly planning entrepreneurship programs for teachers and young people. They will also leverage their advisory group and global network to establish a joint platform to strengthen the technological prowess and market competitiveness of startups in the Gyeongbuk region.
SparkLabs Partners plans to gradually expand the scope of its collaboration with Pohang United Technology Holdings through this agreement and to foster a startup ecosystem in the AI and bio fields in conjunction with projects such as the Gyeongbuk Regional Fund, Pohang Global Enterprise Innovation Park, and the Clinical Specialty Hospital Project.

スパークラップパートナーズ、浦項連合技術持株と業務協約締結
スパークラップパートナーズ(代表キム・ホミン)が(株)浦項連合技術持株(代表キム・ジェヒョ)と慶尚北道地域創業及び投資生態系活性化のための業務協約を締結したと18日明らかにした。
スパークラップパートナーズは去る9月浦項市韓東大学内支社開所以後、地域創業インフラの高度化と実質投資・育成ネットワーク強化のために今回の協約を推進した。浦項連合技術持株は韓東大学など地域大学と浦項テクノパークが共同設立した産学研協力技術持株会社であり、公共アクセラレーターで、今回の協約を通じて大学研究成果と公共機関インフラ、民間投資機関の能力を結合したスタートアップ統合支援体系を設けることになる。
協約により、両機関は▲創業企業地域誘致及び投資活性化▲後続投資連携▲グローバル進出支援▲教員・青年創業プログラム共同企画などを推進する。また、諮問団とグローバルネットワークを活用して慶北圏スタートアップの技術力と市場競争力を強化するための共同プラットフォームも構築する予定だ。
スパークラップパートナーズは今回の協約を契機に浦項連合技術持株との協業範囲を徐々に拡大し、今後慶北地域ファンド、浦項グローバル企業革新パーク、臨床専門特化病院プロジェクトなどと連携したAI・バイオ分野創業生態系の造成にも乗り出す計画だ。

Sparklab Partners（CEO 金浩民）于 18 日宣布，已与浦项联合技术控股（CEO 金在孝）签署商业协议，以振兴庆尚北道地区的创业和投资生态系统。
自去年9月在浦项韩东国际大学设立分部以来，SparkLabs Partners一直致力于推进这项合作协议，以提升本地创业基础设施，并强化其投资孵化网络。浦项联合科技控股有限公司是由包括韩东国际大学在内的本地高校与浦项科技园共同成立的科技控股公司和公共加速器，将构建一个整合高校科研成果、公共机构基础设施和私人投资能力的综合创业支持体系。
根据协议，双方将开展以下举措：▲吸引初创企业落户该地区并促进投资；▲协调后续投资；▲支持全球扩张；▲共同规划面向教师和青年的创业项目。双方还将利用各自的顾问团队和全球网络，建立一个联合平台，以增强庆尚北道初创企业的技术实力和市场竞争力。
SparkLabs Partners计划通过这项协议逐步扩大与浦项联合技术控股的合作范围，并结合庆北地区基金、浦项全球企业创新园和临床专科医院项目等项目，在人工智能和生物领域培育创业生态系统。

Sparklab Partners (PDG Ho-min Kim) a annoncé le 18 avoir signé un accord commercial avec Pohang United Technology Holdings (PDG Jae-hyo Kim) pour revitaliser l'écosystème des startups et des investissements dans la région de Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Suite à l'ouverture de sa filiale à l'Université mondiale de Handong à Pohang en septembre dernier, SparkLabs Partners a conclu cet accord afin de renforcer l'infrastructure locale pour les startups et de consolider son réseau d'investissement et d'incubation. Pohang United Technology Holdings, société holding technologique et accélérateur public créé conjointement par des universités locales, dont l'Université mondiale de Handong, et le Technoparc de Pohang, mettra en place un système intégré de soutien aux startups, combinant les résultats de la recherche universitaire, l'infrastructure des institutions publiques et les capacités d'investissement privées.
Aux termes de cet accord, les deux organisations mettront en œuvre des initiatives telles que : attirer des startups dans la région et stimuler l’investissement ; coordonner les investissements ultérieurs ; soutenir l’expansion internationale ; et planifier conjointement des programmes d’entrepreneuriat pour les enseignants et les jeunes. Elles s’appuieront également sur leur groupe consultatif et leur réseau mondial pour établir une plateforme commune visant à renforcer les compétences technologiques et la compétitivité des startups de la région de Gyeongbuk.
SparkLabs Partners prévoit d'étendre progressivement la portée de sa collaboration avec Pohang United Technology Holdings grâce à cet accord et de favoriser un écosystème de startups dans les domaines de l'IA et de la bio, en lien avec des projets tels que le Fonds régional de Gyeongbuk, le Parc d'innovation des entreprises mondiales de Pohang et le projet d'hôpital de spécialités cliniques.
