김종호 기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’) 이사장은 18일(화) 경기 하남시에 위치한 전고체 소재 전문기업 ㈜솔리비스(대표이사 신동욱)를 방문해 영업현장 간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 성남시 혁신지원센터장과 함께 현장을 찾아 기보 투자기업의 애로사항을 청취하고, 급변하는 스마트 제조혁신 환경 속에서 기술경쟁력 강화를 위한 제도 개선 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
㈜솔리비스는 2020년 설립 이후 지속적인 R&D 투자와 기술 혁신을 바탕으로 전고체전지의 핵심소재인 ‘황화물계 고체전해질’을 개발해 양산을 준비 중인 혁신선도기업이다. 2023년에는 중소벤처기업부 ‘초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트(DIPS 1000+)’ 친환경‧에너지 분야에 선정됐으며, 2024년에는 시리즈B 투자를 유치해 민간 직접금융 조달에도 성공했다. 올해는 중소벤처기업부 예비유니콘 기업으로 선정되는 등 기술 기반 스타트업으로서 성장잠재력을 입증하고 있다.
기보는 ㈜솔리비스의 기술력과 미래성장성을 높이 평가해 초기 운전자금 지원을 시작으로 예비유니콘 특별보증, 보증연계투자 등 단계별 맞춤 지원을 제공하며 스케일업을 지속적으로 뒷받침해왔다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 신동욱 대표와 함께 연구개발 현장을 둘러본 뒤 “기보는 민간 벤처투자의 사각지대를 보완하고 투자 선순환 생태계를 조성하기 위해 선제적 투자지원을 확대하고 있다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 정책기관으로서 우수 기술기업이 한 단계 도약할 수 있도록 현장 중심의 지원체계 구축과 제도 혁신을 지속 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
간담회 이후 김종호 이사장은 서울동부·경기지역 직원들과 열린 토론의 시간을 가졌다. 다양한 세대의 직원들과 자유로운 분위기 속에서 조직문화와 발전방향에 대한 의견을 공유하며 급변하는 경영환경에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안을 모색했다. 이 자리에서 김종호 이사장은 안전보건의 중요성과 윤리경영 실천의 필요성을 강조하고, 경영진의 솔선수범 의지를 밝혔다.

Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”), announced that he visited Solibis Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Dong-wook), a specialized all-solid-state material company located in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, on Tuesday the 18th and held a business meeting.
This meeting was organized to visit the site with the Director of the Seongnam City Innovation Support Center, listen to the difficulties faced by companies investing in the technology, and explore ways to improve the system to strengthen technological competitiveness in the rapidly changing smart manufacturing innovation environment.
Founded in 2020, Solibis Co., Ltd. is an innovative company that has developed and is preparing for mass production of "sulfide-based solid electrolytes," a core material for all-solid-state batteries, based on continuous R&D investment and technological innovation. In 2023, the company was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project (DIPS 1000+)" in the eco-friendly and energy sectors. In 2024, the company successfully secured Series B funding, securing direct private financing. This year, the company was selected as a prospective unicorn company by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, demonstrating its growth potential as a technology-based startup.
Kibo has been highly acknowledging the technological prowess and future growth potential of Solibis Co., Ltd. and has continuously supported its scale-up by providing tailored support at each stage, starting with initial operating capital support, special guarantees for prospective unicorns, and guarantee-linked investments.
After touring the R&D site with CEO Shin Dong-wook, Kibo Chairman Kim Jong-ho said, “Kibo is expanding preemptive investment support to address blind spots in private venture investment and create a virtuous investment ecosystem.” He added, “Going forward, as a policy institution, Kibo will continue to build a field-centered support system and pursue institutional innovation so that excellent technology companies can take a leap forward.”
Following the meeting, Chairman Kim Jong-ho held an open discussion with employees in eastern Seoul and the Gyeonggi region. In a relaxed atmosphere, employees from various generations shared their opinions on organizational culture and future direction, exploring ways to effectively respond to the rapidly changing business environment. During the meeting, Chairman Kim emphasized the importance of safety and health and the need to practice ethical management, and expressed the management's commitment to leading by example.

Kim Jong-ho, président de la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO »), a annoncé qu'il s'était rendu mardi 18 chez Solibis Co., Ltd. (PDG Shin Dong-wook), une entreprise spécialisée dans les matériaux entièrement solides située à Hanam-si, dans la province de Gyeonggi, et y avait tenu une réunion d'affaires.
Cette réunion a été organisée afin de visiter le site avec le directeur du Centre de soutien à l'innovation de la ville de Seongnam, d'écouter les difficultés rencontrées par les entreprises investissant dans cette technologie et d'explorer des moyens d'améliorer le système pour renforcer la compétitivité technologique dans un environnement d'innovation de fabrication intelligente en constante évolution.
