클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털전환 전문 기업 이노그리드가 데이터센터 통합관제·디지털트윈 전문 기업 위엠비와 국내 AI 데이터센터 시장 선도를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 25일 밝혔다.
협약식은 24일 위엠비 사옥에서 진행됐으며, 양사 주요 관계자들이 참석했다. 이노그리드는 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신기획평가원이 주관하는 ‘마이크로 데이터센터 연동 스케일아웃 클라우드 기술개발’ R&D 과제를 수행하며 분산된 데이터센터 통합 관리와 대규모 AI 연산 효율화 기술 개발을 추진 중이다.
이번 협약은 AI 시대에 발맞춰 미래 AI 데이터센터 기술 개발과 공동 비즈니스 발굴을 위해 추진됐다. 양사는 과거 국산 장비·SW 개발 고도화 및 실증 사업을 통해 AI 기반 DCIM(Data Center Infrastructure Management) 고도화와 국산화 협력을 이어온 바 있다.
협약에 따라 양사는 ▲AI 데이터센터 운영관리를 위한 공동 기술 개발 ▲시장 전반에 대한 공동 비즈니스 ▲전문 기술 정보 교류 ▲신규 사업 발굴 등 다양한 협력 활동을 추진할 계획이다.
김명진 이노그리드 대표는 “양사의 전문성 융합으로 AI 시대를 선도할 데이터센터 혁신 생태계를 구축하고, AI 데이터센터의 기준점을 제시하겠다”고 말했다.
김수현 위엠비 대표는 “데이터센터 운영의 지능화가 AI 서비스 안정성과 효율성 확보의 핵심”이라며 “협력을 통해 국내 AI 데이터센터 운영 기준을 마련하고 실증 기반 기술 고도화와 상용화를 통해 고객 가치를 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.

Innogrid Signs Business Agreement with WMB
Inogrid, a company specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation, announced on the 25th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with WMB , a company specializing in data center integrated control and digital twin, to lead the domestic AI data center market.
The signing ceremony took place on the 24th at the WMB headquarters, attended by key executives from both companies. Innogrid is working on the "Micro Data Center Linkage Scale-Out Cloud Technology Development" R&D project, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion and Evaluation Institute, and is developing technologies for integrated management of distributed data centers and efficient large-scale AI operations.
This agreement was pursued to develop future AI data center technologies and explore joint business opportunities in line with the AI era. The two companies have previously collaborated on advancing and localizing AI-based DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) through advanced domestic equipment and software development and demonstration projects.
Under the agreement, the two companies plan to pursue various cooperative activities, including ▲joint technology development for AI data center operation and management ▲joint business across the market ▲exchange of specialized technical information ▲discovery of new businesses.
Kim Myeong-jin, CEO of Innogrid, said, “By combining the expertise of both companies, we will build a data center innovation ecosystem that will lead the AI era and set a benchmark for AI data centers.”

Inogrid, une société spécialisée dans le cloud computing et la transformation numérique, a annoncé le 25 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec WMB , une société spécialisée dans le contrôle intégré des centres de données et les jumeaux numériques, pour prendre la tête du marché national des centres de données d'IA.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu le 24 au siège de WMB, en présence de dirigeants clés des deux entreprises. Innogrid travaille sur le projet de R&D « Développement de technologies cloud à extension horizontale pour la liaison de micro-centres de données », mené conjointement par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Institut national de promotion et d'évaluation de l'industrie des technologies de l'information. Ce projet vise à développer des technologies pour la gestion intégrée de centres de données distribués et l'efficacité des opérations d'IA à grande échelle.
Cet accord visait à développer les futures technologies de centres de données basées sur l'IA et à explorer des opportunités commerciales communes à l'ère de l'IA. Les deux entreprises avaient déjà collaboré au développement et à l'adaptation locale de la gestion de l'infrastructure des centres de données (DCIM) basée sur l'IA, grâce à des projets de démonstration et de développement d'équipements et de logiciels de pointe.
Aux termes de cet accord, les deux sociétés prévoient de poursuivre diverses activités de coopération, notamment : ▲ le développement conjoint de technologies pour l’exploitation et la gestion de centres de données d’IA ; ▲ des activités commerciales conjointes sur l’ensemble du marché ; ▲ l’échange d’informations techniques spécialisées ; ▲ la découverte de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
