티씨노바이오사이언스가 개발 중인 TXN10128은 ENPP1 저해제 계열에서 임상 1상에 진입한 물질로, 환자 대상 초기 개념증명(Human POC)을 확보했다. 또한 미국 식품의약국(FDA)으로부터 췌장암 희귀의약품 지정을 받으며 기술적 잠재력을 인정받았다. 회사는 TXN10128을 세계 최초의 선천면역항암제로 개발 중이다.

TCNO Bioscience, an innovative anticancer drug development company, announced on the 27th that it received a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare at the 2025 Health Industry Promotion and Healthcare Technology Commercialization Awards in recognition of its achievements in developing the innate immune anticancer drug TXN10128 (ENPP1 inhibitor).

TCNO Bioscience, une société innovante de développement de médicaments anticancéreux, a annoncé le 27 avoir reçu les félicitations du ministre de la Santé et du Bien-être lors des Prix 2025 de la promotion de l'industrie de la santé et de la commercialisation des technologies de la santé en reconnaissance de ses réalisations dans le développement du médicament anticancéreux à immunité innée TXN10128 (inhibiteur d'ENPP1).
Ce prix, décerné par le ministère de la Santé et du Bien-être social et organisé par l'Institut coréen de développement de l'industrie de la santé, vise à identifier et à encourager les acteurs ayant contribué à la création de start-ups et à la commercialisation de technologies dans le domaine de la santé.
Le TXN10128, actuellement développé par Ticino Biosciences, appartient à la famille des inhibiteurs d'ENPP1. Il a fait l'objet d'essais cliniques de phase 1 et a obtenu une première preuve de concept (preuve de concept humaine) chez des patients. De plus, son potentiel technologique a été reconnu par la FDA (Food and Drug Administration) américaine, qui lui a accordé la désignation de médicament orphelin pour le cancer du pancréas.
