의료 인공지능(AI) 기업 에이아이트릭스(AITRICS)는 국내외 9개 벤처캐피탈 및 금융기관으로부터 총 350억 원 규모의 시리즈 C 투자를 유치했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 라운드에는 프리미어파트너스, 한리버파트너스, 미래에셋벤처투자, 신영증권-BSK인베스트먼트 등 기존 투자자가 참여했다. 신규 투자자로는 KB증권-솔리더스인베스트먼트, SV인베스트먼트, 미래에셋캐피탈이 합류했다.
에이아이트릭스는 이번 투자를 통해 자사의 기술력, 임상 효용성, 글로벌 확장 가능성이 인정받았다고 밝혔다. 확보된 자금은 입원 환자 상태 악화 예측 솔루션인 AITRICS-VC(바이탈케어)와 의료진용 코파일럿 AI 솔루션 브이닥 프로(V.Doc Pro)의 기능 고도화, 신규 파이프라인 연구·개발 등 핵심 전략에 집중 투입될 예정이다.
해외 사업도 가속화된다. 회사는 지난 3월 일본 현지 법인을 설립해 운영 기반을 마련했으며, 일본을 시작으로 베트남, 홍콩 등 아시아 지역 확장을 추진하고 있다. 또한 2023년 미국 법인을 설립하며 북미 진출 기반을 구축했으며, 최근 메이요 클리닉 플랫폼과 협력해 모델 검증과 글로벌 전략을 구체화하고 있다.
김광준 에이아이트릭스 대표는 “지속적인 신뢰를 보여준 투자자들 덕분에 회사의 성장 가능성과 방향성을 다시 확인할 수 있었다”며 “확보한 자금은 중장기 전략 추진과 경쟁력 강화에 중요한 역할을 할 것”이라고 말했다.
SV인베스트먼트 관계자는 “에이아이트릭스의 혁신적인 AI 솔루션과 임상 성과, 명확한 전략을 높이 평가했다”며 “이번 투자로 적응증 확대와 글로벌 시장 진출이 더욱 탄력을 받을 것”이라고 밝혔다.

AITRIX Secures 35 Billion Won in Investment
AITRICS, a medical artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced on the 1st that it has attracted a total of 35 billion won in Series C investment from 9 domestic and foreign venture capital firms and financial institutions.
This round included existing investors, including Premier Partners, Hanriver Partners, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, and Shinyoung Securities-BSK Investment. New investors included KB Securities-Solidus Investment, SV Investment, and Mirae Asset Capital.
AITRIX stated that this investment recognizes its technological prowess, clinical effectiveness, and global expansion potential. The secured funds will be focused on core strategies, including enhancing the functionality of AITRICS-VC (Vital Care), a solution for predicting deterioration in hospitalized patients, and V.Doc Pro, a co-pilot AI solution for medical professionals, as well as research and development of new pipelines.
Overseas operations are also accelerating. The company established a Japanese subsidiary in March to establish an operational base and is pursuing expansion into Asia, starting with Japan and expanding to Vietnam and Hong Kong. Furthermore, it established a US subsidiary in 2023, laying the foundation for expansion into North America. Recently, it has partnered with the Mayo Clinic platform to validate its model and flesh out its global strategy.

今回のラウンドにはプレミアパートナーズ、ハンリバーパートナーズ、未来アセットベンチャー投資、シンヨン証券-BSKインベストメントなど既存投資家が参加した。新規投資家としてはKB証券-ソリダースインベストメント、SVインベストメント、未来アセットキャピタルが合流した。
エイアイトリックスは今回の投資を通じて自社の技術力、臨床効用性、グローバル拡張可能性が認められたと明らかにした。確保された資金は、入院患者の状態悪化予測ソリューションであるAITRICS-VC（バイタルケア）と医療陣用コパイロットAIソリューション、V.Doc Pro（V.Doc Pro）の機能高度化、新規パイプライン研究・開発などの核心戦略に集中投入される予定だ。
海外事業も加速化する。同社は去る3月に日本現地法人を設立して運営基盤を設け、日本を皮切りにベトナム、香港などアジア地域の拡大を推進している。また、2023年に米国法人を設立し、北米進出基盤を構築し、最近メイヨークリニックプラットフォームと協力してモデル検証とグローバル戦略を具体化している。

AITRICS, une société d'intelligence artificielle médicale (IA), a annoncé le 1er avoir attiré un total de 35 milliards de wons d'investissements de série C auprès de 9 sociétés de capital-risque et institutions financières nationales et étrangères.
Ce tour de table a réuni des investisseurs historiques tels que Premier Partners, Hanriver Partners, Mirae Asset Venture Investment et Shinyoung Securities-BSK Investment. Parmi les nouveaux investisseurs figuraient KB Securities-Solidus Investment, SV Investment et Mirae Asset Capital.
