AI 기반 글로벌 베드뱅크(Bedbank) 솔루션 기업 올마이투어가 글로벌 호스피탈리티 기업 시지그룹(Shiji Group)과 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 1일 밝혔다. 이번 협약을 통해 양사는 전세계 숙소 유통 시스템 통합을 추진할 계획이다.
시지그룹은 클라우드 기반 호텔 기술 플랫폼을 운영하며, 숙소 운영 전반을 지원한다. 핵심 기술인 호라이즌 디스트리뷰션(Horizon Distribution)은 객실 요금, 재고, 예약 현황을 글로벌 OTA, GDS, 도매업체, 지역 플랫폼 등에 배포할 수 있는 올인원 인프라로, 현재 9만 개 이상의 호텔이 이를 이용하고 있다.
이번 협력을 통해 올마이투어는 산재된 숙소 상품 판매자와 구매자 네트워크를 통합해 글로벌 숙소 유통망의 연결성을 강화하고, 해외 유통 채널 확대에 필요한 운영 리소스와 비용을 최소화할 계획이다. 이를 기반으로 한국 인바운드와 아웃바운드 시장에서 경쟁력을 높이고, 해외 여행사가 국내 숙소에 쉽게 접근하고 예약할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다.
또한 늘어나는 해외 여행 수요에 맞춰 글로벌 호텔 상품을 안정적으로 조달하고, 폭넓고 차별화된 숙소 라인업으로 경쟁 우위를 확보한다는 전략이다.
올마이투어 정현일 공동대표는 “이번 협력을 통해 한국 인바운드와 아웃바운드 시장에서 올마이투어의 역할을 강화하고, 글로벌 유통망과의 접점을 넓혀 동북아 대표 베드뱅크 기업으로 자리매김하겠다”고 말했다.

AllmyTour , an AI-based global bedbank solution provider, announced on the 1st that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global hospitality company Shiji Group. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to integrate their global accommodation distribution systems.
Siji Group operates a cloud-based hotel technology platform, supporting all aspects of hotel operations. Its core technology, Horizon Distribution, is an all-in-one infrastructure that distributes room rates, inventory, and reservation status to global OTAs, GDSs, wholesalers, and regional platforms. Currently, over 90,000 hotels use this platform.
Through this collaboration, AllmyTour plans to consolidate its scattered network of accommodation product sellers and buyers, strengthening the connectivity of its global accommodation distribution network and minimizing the operational resources and costs required to expand overseas distribution channels. This will enhance its competitiveness in both Korean inbound and outbound markets and create an environment where overseas travel agencies can easily access and book domestic accommodations.
Additionally, the strategy is to secure a stable supply of global hotel products to meet the growing demand for overseas travel and secure a competitive edge with a wide and differentiated accommodation lineup.
“Through this collaboration, we will strengthen Allmytour’s role in Korea’s inbound and outbound markets, expand our contact points with global distribution networks, and establish ourselves as a leading bedbank company in Northeast Asia,” said Jeong Hyeon-il, co-CEO of Allmytour.

また、増える海外旅行需要に合わせてグローバルホテル商品を安定的に調達し、幅広く差別化された宿舎ラインナップで競争優位を確保するという戦略だ。
