로앤컴퍼니는 법률 AI 서비스 ‘슈퍼로이어’의 혁신 성과를 인정받아 ‘2025년 소프트웨어 산업발전 유공’ 국무총리 표창을 수상했다고 2일 밝혔다. 이번 수상은 지난 11월 글로벌 리걸테크 어워즈 수상에 이어 정부 포상을 연달아 받은 성과로, 법률 AI 기술 기업으로서의 입지를 강화했다.
소프트웨어 산업발전 유공 포상은 소프트웨어 산업 발전 기여자에게 과학기술정보통신부가 수여하는 상으로, 소프트웨어 산업인의 날 행사와 함께 진행된다. 올해 시상식은 12월 1일 서울 양재 엘타워에서 열렸으며 정부 및 국회 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
로앤컴퍼니는 인공지능 기반 소프트웨어 신기술을 적용해 법률 AI 서비스 ‘슈퍼로이어’를 선보인 공로를 인정받아 국무총리 표창을 수상했다. 회사는 2019년 법률AI연구소 설립 이후 기술 연구를 지속해 2024년 7월 슈퍼로이어를 상용화했다.
로앤컴퍼니는 정부 AI 기술 개발 사업에도 참여하며 산업 생태계 확장에 기여하고 있다. NIPA의 ‘AI 법률 보조 서비스 확산 사업’ 주관기관사로 기술 개발을 진행 중이며, 과기정통부 주관 ‘독자 AI 파운데이션 모델’ 프로젝트의 업스테이지 컨소시엄에도 참여했다.
김본환 대표는 이번 수상에 대해 “기술 기반 혁신을 향한 꾸준한 노력이 인정받은 결과다. 앞으로도 법률 AI 기술 역량을 강화해 글로벌 시장에서 새로운 법률 서비스 생태계를 이끌겠다”라고 말했다.

Law & Company Receives Prime Minister's Commendation for Contribution to Software Industry Development by 2025
Law & Company announced on the 2nd that it had received the Prime Minister's Award for "Contribution to the Development of the Software Industry by 2025" in recognition of the innovative achievements of its legal AI service, "Super Lawyer." This award follows the company's win at the Global Legal Tech Awards in November, solidifying its position as a leading legal AI technology company.
The Software Industry Development Award is presented by the Ministry of Science and ICT to individuals who have contributed to the advancement of the software industry. It is held in conjunction with the Software Industry Day event. This year's awards ceremony was held on December 1st at the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul, attended by government and National Assembly officials.
Law & Company received a commendation from the Prime Minister for its contribution to the development of "Super Lawyer," a legal AI service utilizing new AI-based software technology. Since establishing the Legal AI Research Institute in 2019, the company has continued its technological research and commercialized Super Lawyer in July 2024.
Law & Company is also contributing to the expansion of the industrial ecosystem by participating in government AI technology development projects. As the lead agency for NIPA's "AI Legal Assistance Service Expansion Project," the company is currently developing technology and has also participated in the upstage consortium for the "Independent AI Foundation Model" project, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
CEO Kim Bon-hwan said of this award, "This is recognition of our consistent efforts toward technology-based innovation. We will continue to strengthen our legal AI technology capabilities and lead a new legal services ecosystem in the global market."

Law & Company a annoncé le 2 avoir reçu le Prix du Premier ministre pour sa « Contribution au développement de l'industrie du logiciel d'ici 2025 », en reconnaissance des réalisations novatrices de son service d'IA juridique, « Super Lawyer ». Ce prix fait suite à sa victoire aux Global Legal Tech Awards en novembre, consolidant ainsi sa position de leader dans le domaine des technologies d'IA juridique.
Le Prix du développement de l'industrie du logiciel est décerné par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC aux personnes ayant contribué à l'essor de ce secteur. Il est remis lors de la Journée de l'industrie du logiciel. La cérémonie de remise des prix de cette année s'est déroulée le 1er décembre à la tour Yangjae L à Séoul, en présence de représentants du gouvernement et de l'Assemblée nationale.
Law & Company a reçu les félicitations du Premier ministre pour sa contribution au développement de « Super Lawyer », un service juridique d'intelligence artificielle utilisant une nouvelle technologie logicielle basée sur l'IA. Depuis la création de son Institut de recherche en intelligence artificielle juridique en 2019, l'entreprise a poursuivi ses recherches technologiques et commercialisé Super Lawyer en juillet 2024.
