잡코리아(대표이사 윤현준)는 윤현준 대표이사 겸 한국직업정보협회장이 지난 1일 서울 양재 엘타워 그랜드홀에서 열린 ‘제26회 소프트웨어 산업인의 날’ 기념식에서 소프트웨어 산업발전 유공 포상 장관 표창을 수상했다고 3일 밝혔다.
이 행사는 과학기술정보통신부와 한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(KOSA)가 주관해 국내 소프트웨어 산업 발전과 디지털 혁신에 기여한 공로자를 선정·포상하는 자리로 마련됐다.
윤현준 대표는 2022년 12월 잡코리아 대표 취임 이후 AI 기반 일자리 매칭 기술 고도화, HR 업계 최초 채용 특화 생성형 AI 개발, AI·데이터 인프라 구축을 통한 HR테크 기업 전환, 고용시장 활성화 기여 등 다양한 혁신 성과를 인정받아 개인 부문 수상자로 선정됐다.
윤 대표는 “이번 수상은 잡코리아가 AI와 소프트웨어 역량 기반으로 HR테크 산업 발전에 기여한 성과를 인정받은 것”이라며 “앞으로도 변화하는 기술 환경 속에서 혁신을 이어가고, 모든 일하는 이들의 성장을 돕는 파트너가 되겠다”고 말했다.

Job Korea (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon) announced on the 3rd that Hyun-Jun Yoon, CEO and President of the Korea Job Information Association, received the Minister's Award for Contribution to the Development of the Software Industry at the '26th Software Industry Day' ceremony held at the Grand Hall of the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul on the 1st.
This event, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA), was designed to select and reward individuals who have contributed to the development of the domestic software industry and digital innovation.
CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon was selected as the winner in the individual category in recognition of his various innovative achievements since taking office as CEO of Job Korea in December 2022, including advancing AI-based job matching technology, developing the HR industry's first recruiting-specific generative AI, transforming the company into an HR tech company through the establishment of AI and data infrastructure, and contributing to the revitalization of the employment market.
CEO Yoon said, “This award recognizes Job Korea’s contributions to the development of the HR tech industry based on its AI and software capabilities,” and added, “We will continue to innovate in the ever-changing technological environment and become a partner that helps all workers grow.”

ジョブコリア（代表取締役ユン・ヒョンジュン）は、ユン・ヒョンジュン代表取締役兼韓国職業情報協会長が去る1日ソウルヤンジェエルタワーグランドホールで開かれた「第26回ソフトウェア産業人の日」記念式でソフトウェア産業発展有功賞賞長官表彰を受賞したと3日明らかにした。

Job Korea（CEO尹贤俊）于3日宣布，韩国就业信息协会CEO兼会长尹贤俊于1日在首尔良才L塔大厅举行的“第26届软件产业日”仪式上荣获软件产业发展贡献部长奖。
本次活动由韩国科学技术信息通信部和韩国人工智能与软件产业协会（KOSA）主办，旨在遴选和奖励为韩国国内软件产业发展和数字创新做出贡献的个人。
尹贤俊首席执行官因其自 2022 年 12 月担任 Job Korea 首席执行官以来取得的各项创新成就，包括推进基于人工智能的职位匹配技术、开发人力资源行业首个专门用于招聘的生成式人工智能、通过建立人工智能和数据基础设施将公司转型为人力资源科技公司，以及为振兴就业市场做出贡献，而被选为个人类别的获奖者。

Job Korea (PDG Hyun-Jun Yoon) a annoncé le 3 que Hyun-Jun Yoon, PDG et président de la Korea Job Information Association, a reçu le prix du ministre pour sa contribution au développement de l'industrie du logiciel lors de la cérémonie de la « 26e Journée de l'industrie du logiciel » qui s'est tenue le 1er dans le Grand Hall de la Yangjae L Tower à Séoul.
Cet événement, organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel et de l'intelligence artificielle (KOSA), visait à sélectionner et à récompenser les personnes ayant contribué au développement de l'industrie nationale du logiciel et à l'innovation numérique.
Le PDG Hyun-Jun Yoon a été sélectionné comme lauréat dans la catégorie individuelle en reconnaissance de ses nombreuses réalisations innovantes depuis sa prise de fonction en tant que PDG de Job Korea en décembre 2022, notamment le développement de la technologie de mise en relation des offres d'emploi basée sur l'IA, la création de la première IA générative spécifique au recrutement dans le secteur des RH, la transformation de l'entreprise en une société de technologies RH grâce à la mise en place d'une infrastructure d'IA et de données, et sa contribution à la revitalisation du marché de l'emploi.
Le PDG Yoon a déclaré : « Ce prix récompense la contribution de Job Korea au développement du secteur des technologies RH grâce à ses capacités en matière d'IA et de logiciels », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons d'innover dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution et de devenir un partenaire qui aide tous les travailleurs à progresser. »
