기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 3일(수)부터 5일(금)까지 충북 청주시 오스코(OSCO)에서 열리는 ‘2025 대한민국 정부혁신 박람회’에 참가해 인공지능(AI) 기반의 주요 혁신 사례를 선보인다고 밝혔다.
‘AI’와 ‘정부혁신’을 핵심 키워드로 한 이번 박람회는 행정안전부가 주최하고, 중앙부처·지방정부·공공기관·민관기관 등 157개 기관이 참여하는 대규모 행사다. 기보는 공공 AI 혁신 존에 선정돼 ‘인공지능 전환(AX)을 통한 중소기업 맞춤형 기술신용정보 통합 플랫폼’의 주요 혁신 성과를 전시·홍보할 예정이다.
기보는 이번 박람회에서 ▲전통적 기술평가의 한계를 보완하고 기업의 기술혁신 역량을 신속하게 지원하는 ‘AI 기반 개방형 기술평가 플랫폼(K-TOP)’ ▲AI로 기업의 기술 수요를 분석해 공공·민간의 우수 R&D 기술 및 연구기관과 연결해주는 ‘지능형 기술이전 매칭시스템’이 적용된 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’를 시연한다.
또한, 기보는 기술보증 등 주요사업 현황, 기술거래·사업화 지원제도, 기술이전 금융지원 제도 및 우수 사례 등을 현장에서 소개하고, 1:1 상담 부스를 운영해 중소기업을 대상으로 기술이전 및 금융지원 관련 맞춤형 상담도 함께 진행할 계획이다.
박주선 기보 전무이사는 “기보는 올해 AI 전담부서 신설과 AX 전략 수립 등 AI 기반의 국민 맞춤형 서비스를 구현하기 위해 전사적 노력을 기울이고 있다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 AI 기술을 활용한 지원체계를 중심으로 중소기업이 체감할 수 있는 혁신 서비스를 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo participates in the 2025 Republic of Korea Government Innovation Expo.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it will participate in the “2025 Korea Government Innovation Fair” held at OSCO in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province from Wednesday the 3rd to Friday the 5th and showcase major innovation cases based on artificial intelligence (AI).
This expo, centered around the keywords "AI" and "government innovation," is a large-scale event hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and attended by 157 organizations, including central government ministries, local governments, public institutions, and private and public organizations. Kibo has been selected for the Public AI Innovation Zone and will showcase and promote key innovations in its "Integrated Technology Credit Information Platform for SMEs through Artificial Intelligence Transformation (AX)."
At this expo, KIBO will demonstrate ▲ the 'AI-based open technology evaluation platform (K-TOP)' that complements the limitations of traditional technology evaluation and quickly supports companies' technological innovation capabilities, and ▲ the 'Smart Tech Bridge' that applies the 'Intelligent Technology Transfer Matching System' that analyzes companies' technological needs with AI and connects them with excellent public and private R&D technologies and research institutes.
In addition, KIBO plans to introduce the current status of its major projects, including technology guarantees, technology transaction and commercialization support systems, technology transfer financial support systems, and best practices on-site, and operate a 1:1 consultation booth to provide customized consultations on technology transfer and financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kibo Executive Director Park Joo-sun said, “Kibo is making company-wide efforts to implement AI-based customized services for the public, including establishing a dedicated AI department and establishing an AX strategy this year,” and added, “Going forward, Kibo will continue to strengthen innovative services that small and medium-sized businesses can experience, focusing on a support system that utilizes AI technology.”

ギボ、「2025大韓民国政府革新博覧会」参加
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は３日（水）から５日（金）まで忠北清州市オスコ（ＯＳＣＯ）で開かれる「２０２５大韓民国政府革新博覧会」に参加し、人工知能（ＡＩ）基盤の主要イノベーション事例を披露すると明らかにした。
「AI」と「政府革新」を核心キーワードとした今回の博覧会は、行政安全部が主催し、中央省庁・地方政府・公共機関・民官機関など157の機関が参加する大規模なイベントだ。ギボは公共AIイノベーションゾーンに選ばれ、「人工知能転換（AX）を通じた中小企業のカスタマイズされた技術信用情報統合プラットフォーム」の主要イノベーション成果を展示・広報する予定だ。
ギボは今回の博覧会で▲伝統的技術評価の限界を補完し、企業の技術革新力量を迅速に支援する「AI基盤開放型技術評価プラットフォーム(K-TOP)」▲AIで企業の技術需要を分析し、公共・民間の優秀なR&D技術及び研究機関と連結してくれる「インテリジェント技術展」テクブリッジ」を実演する。
また、起報は技術保証など主要事業現況、技術取引・事業化支援制度、技術移転金融支援制度及び優秀事例などを現場で紹介し、1:1相談ブースを運営し、中小企業を対象に技術移転及び金融支援関連のオーダーメード型相談も共に行う計画だ。
パク・ジュソン棋保専務理事は「棋譜は今年、AI専担部署の新設とAX戦略樹立などAI基盤の国民カスタマイズサービスを実現するために全社的努力を傾けている」とし、「棋譜は今後もAI技術を活用した支援体系を中心に中小企業が体感できる革新サービスを強化していく」と述べた。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，将参加于3月3日（星期三）至5日（星期五）在忠清北道清州市OSCO举办的“2025韩国政府创新博览会”，并展示基于人工智能（AI）的重大创新案例。
本次博览会以“人工智能”和“政府创新”为主题，是由内政安全部主办的大型活动，共有157家机构参加，包括中央政府各部委、地方政府、公共机构以及公私合营组织。Kibo入选公共人工智能创新区，将展示并推广其“基于人工智能转型（AX）的中小企业综合技术信用信息平台”的关键创新成果。
在本次博览会上，KIBO 将展示▲“基于人工智能的开放技术评估平台（K-TOP）”，该平台弥补了传统技术评估的局限性，能够快速支持企业的技术创新能力；以及▲“智能技术桥梁”，该平台应用“智能技术转移匹配系统”，利用人工智能分析企业的技术需求，并将其与优秀的公私研发技术和研究机构对接。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé qu'elle participera au « Salon de l'innovation du gouvernement coréen 2025 » qui se tiendra à OSCO à Cheongju, dans la province du Chungcheong du Nord, du mercredi 3 au vendredi 5 et présentera des cas d'innovation majeurs basés sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA).
Ce salon, axé sur les mots-clés « IA » et « innovation gouvernementale », est un événement d'envergure organisé par le ministère de l'Intérieur et de la Sécurité et auquel participent 157 organisations, dont des ministères, des collectivités territoriales, des institutions publiques et des organismes publics et privés. Kibo a été sélectionné pour l'espace dédié à l'innovation en IA publique et y présentera et promouvra des innovations clés au sein de sa « Plateforme intégrée d'information sur le crédit technologique pour les PME grâce à la transformation par l'intelligence artificielle (AX) ».
Lors de cette exposition, KIBO présentera ▲ la « plateforme d'évaluation des technologies ouvertes basée sur l'IA (K-TOP) » qui complète les limites de l'évaluation technologique traditionnelle et soutient rapidement les capacités d'innovation technologique des entreprises, et ▲ le « Smart Tech Bridge » qui applique le « système intelligent de mise en relation des transferts de technologie » qui analyse les besoins technologiques des entreprises avec l'IA et les connecte à d'excellents instituts de recherche et développement publics et privés.
En outre, KIBO prévoit de présenter sur place l'état d'avancement de ses principaux projets, notamment les garanties technologiques, les systèmes de soutien aux transactions et à la commercialisation des technologies, les systèmes de soutien financier au transfert de technologies et les meilleures pratiques, et d'exploiter un stand de consultation individuelle pour fournir des consultations personnalisées sur le transfert de technologies et le soutien financier aux petites et moyennes entreprises.
