제주창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이병선, 이하 제주센터)는 제주한라대학교와 제주 우주·항공 데이터 컨소시엄 업무협약을 28일 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 제주한라대학교 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE) 사업과 연계해 진행되며, 제주센터와 나라스페이스, 텔레픽스, 제이아이엔시스템, 픽스포디(Pix4D), 에어스타스 등 총 7개 대학·기관·기업이 참여했다.
협약은 제주 AX 위원회의 ‘AI·데이터 기반 신산업 연계’ 목표와 맞물려 제주 지역 민간 주도의 우주·항공 데이터 생태계 조성과 AI 기술 및 사업 협력 기반 마련을 목적으로 한다.
컨소시엄은 제주 지역 우주·항공 데이터를 수집·관리·공유하는 통합 플랫폼 구축, 산학연 연계 혁신 생태계 조성, 전문 인재 양성 교육 프로그램 운영을 추진한다. 제주 AX위원회는 AI 기반 우주·항공 서비스 개발을 위한 공동 연구와 실증 기술 협력을 지원할 예정이다. 대학, 기업, 지원기관이 함께 참여하는 구조로 단순 산학협력을 넘어 ‘우주·항공 데이터 허브’로 발전할 것으로 기대된다.
또한, 아마존 웹서비스(AWS)와 컨소시엄 참여기관 간 우주·AI 관련 교육, 연구, 산학 프로그램 개발 협력 의향도 공식적으로 발표됐다.
제주센터는 AX 위원회를 통해 지역 대학(RISE), 기업, 연구기관, 글로벌 기술기업이 공동 참여하는 민간 주도 우주·항공 신산업 생태계를 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

Jeju Center Signs Business Agreement with Jeju Halla University
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) announced on the 28th that it signed a business agreement with Jeju Halla University for the Jeju Space and Aviation Data Consortium.
This agreement is being carried out in conjunction with Jeju Halla University's Regional Innovation Centered University Support System (RISE) project, and a total of seven universities, organizations, and companies, including Jeju Center, Naraspace, Telefix, JIN System, Pix4D, and Airstars, participated.
The agreement is aligned with the Jeju AX Committee's goal of "AI and data-based new industry linkage," and aims to foster a private-sector-led space and aviation data ecosystem in the Jeju region and lay the foundation for AI technology and business cooperation.
The consortium will build an integrated platform to collect, manage, and share space and aviation data in the Jeju region, foster an innovative ecosystem that connects industry, academia, and research, and operate training programs to cultivate specialized talent. The Jeju AX Committee will support joint research and demonstration technology collaboration for the development of AI-based space and aviation services. With the participation of universities, companies, and support organizations, the consortium is expected to evolve beyond simple industry-academia collaboration into a "space and aviation data hub."
Additionally, the intention to cooperate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and consortium participating organizations in the development of space and AI-related education, research, and industry-academia programs was officially announced.
The Jeju Center plans to continuously expand the private sector-led space and aviation new industry ecosystem, in which local universities (RISE), corporations, research institutes, and global technology companies jointly participate, through the AX Committee.

済州センター、済州漢拏台と業務協約締結
済州創造経済革新センター（代表取締役イ・ビョンソン、以下済州センター）は、済州漢拏大学と済州宇宙・航空データコンソーシアム業務協約を28日締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約は済州漢拏大学地域革新中心大学支援体系(RISE)事業と連携して進行され、済州センターとナラスフェイス、テレフィックス、ジェイアイエンシステム、フィックスフォーディー(Pix4D)、エアスタースなど計7つの大学・機関・企業が参加した。
条約は済州AX委員会の「AI・データ基盤新産業連携」の目標と噛み合い、済州地域民間主導の宇宙・航空データ生態系の造成とAI技術及び事業協力基盤の構築を目的とする。
コンソーシアムは済州地域の宇宙・航空データを収集・管理・共有する統合プラットフォームの構築、産学連携革新生態系の造成、専門人材養成教育プログラム運営を推進する。済州AX委員会はAIベースの宇宙・航空サービス開発のための共同研究と実証技術協力を支援する予定だ。大学、企業、支援機関が共に参加する仕組みで、単純な産学協力を超えて「宇宙・航空データハブ」に発展すると期待される。
また、アマゾンウェブサービス（AWS）とコンソーシアム参加機関間の宇宙・AI関連教育、研究、産学プログラム開発協力意向も公式に発表された。
済州センターはAX委員会を通じて地域大学(RISE)、企業、研究機関、グローバル技術企業が共同参加する民間主導宇宙・航空新産業エコシステムを持続的に拡大していく計画だ。

Le Centre de Jeju signe un accord commercial avec l'Université de Jeju Halla
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Jeju (PDG Lee Byeong-seon, ci-après dénommé Centre de Jeju) a annoncé le 28 avoir signé un accord commercial avec l'Université Jeju Halla pour le Consortium de données spatiales et aéronautiques de Jeju.
Cet accord est mis en œuvre dans le cadre du projet RISE (Regional Innovation Centered University Support System) de l'Université Jeju Halla, et un total de sept universités, organisations et entreprises y ont participé, dont Jeju Center, Naraspace, Telefix, JIN System, Pix4D et Airstars.
Cet accord s'inscrit dans l'objectif du Comité AX de Jeju, qui vise à créer un « lien entre l'IA et les nouvelles industries basées sur les données », et a pour but de favoriser un écosystème de données spatiales et aéronautiques piloté par le secteur privé dans la région de Jeju et de jeter les bases d'une coopération technologique et commerciale en matière d'IA.

Grâce à la participation d'universités, d'entreprises et d'organismes de soutien, le consortium devrait évoluer au-delà d'une simple collaboration industrie-université pour devenir un véritable pôle de données spatiales et aéronautiques.
En outre, l'intention de coopérer avec Amazon Web Services (AWS) et les organisations participant au consortium dans le développement de programmes d'éducation, de recherche et de collaboration industrie-université liés à l'espace et à l'IA a été officiellement annoncée.
Le Centre de Jeju prévoit de développer en continu l'écosystème de la nouvelle industrie spatiale et aéronautique piloté par le secteur privé, auquel participent conjointement les universités locales (RISE), les entreprises, les instituts de recherche et les sociétés technologiques mondiales, par le biais du Comité AX.
