글로벌 시험·인증기관 티유브이슈드(TUV SUD)는 지난 5일 한국건설생활환경시험연구원(KCL)과 글로벌 시험·인증 협력 강화를 위한 업무협약(MoU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 티유브이슈드코리아는 자동차용 어린이 보호장치(카시트)의 유럽 자동차 부품 인증인 E-mark 취득을 위한 협력 기반을 마련하고, 전기전자제품 분야에서는 국제전기기기인증제도(IECEE) 국제공인시험소(CBTL) 등록 및 북미 NRTL 인증 시험기관 지정 확대를 추진하게 됐다. 또한 소비재, 어린이제품, 가구류 등 다양한 제품군에 대한 글로벌 인증 협력도 단계적으로 확대할 예정이다.
KCL은 산업통상자원부 산하 공인 시험·인증기관으로, 자동차부품과 완성차 시험은 물론 어린이제품, 전기전자, 생활용품 등 전 산업 분야에서 시험·인증 역량을 갖추고 있다. 양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 국제 인증 시험을 공동 수행하고, 인증 결과 상호인정 체계를 구축해 국내 제조기업이 보다 신속하게 해외 인증을 획득할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
향후 티유브이슈드코리아는 전기전자 분야 지정 시험소(CARAT) 및 국제공인시험소(CBTL) 확대 등록을 추진하고, CB, CE, TÜV Mark, NRTL 등 주요 글로벌 인증과의 협력을 강화해 자동차, 전기전자, 생활용품, 어린이제품 등 다양한 산업군의 인증 수요에 대응할 계획이다.
티유브이슈드코리아 모빌리티 부문 송성한 상무는 “이번 협약은 티유브이슈드의 글로벌 인증 역량과 KCL의 국내 시험 인프라를 결합해 기업의 글로벌 시장 진출을 보다 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 조치”라며 “자동차, 전기전자, 소비재 전반에서 인증 비용과 시간 부담을 줄이고, 국내 기반의 글로벌 인증 환경을 강화하는 계기가 될 것”이라고 말했다.

TUV SUD Signs Business Agreement with KCL
Global testing and certification agency TUV SUD (TUV SUD) announced on the 5th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KCL (KCL) to strengthen global testing and certification cooperation.
Through this agreement, TÜV SÜD Korea will establish a collaborative foundation for obtaining the European E-mark automotive parts certification for child restraint systems (car seats). In the electrical and electronic product sector, TÜV SÜD Korea will also pursue registration as an International Electrotechnical Commission (IECEE) Certified Testing Laboratory (CBTL) and expand its North American NRTL certification testing agency designation. Furthermore, the company plans to gradually expand its global certification cooperation across a range of product groups, including consumer goods, children's products, and furniture.
KCL, an accredited testing and certification organization under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, possesses testing and certification capabilities across all industries, including automotive parts and finished vehicles, as well as children's products, electrical and electronic products, and household goods. Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly conduct international certification testing and establish a mutual recognition system for certification results, enabling domestic manufacturers to obtain international certification more quickly.
In the future, TÜV SÜD Korea plans to expand its registration as a designated testing laboratory (CARAT) and an internationally recognized testing laboratory (CBTL) in the electrical and electronic field, and strengthen cooperation with major global certifications such as CB, CE, TÜV Mark, and NRTL to respond to certification needs in various industries such as automobiles, electrical and electronic products, household goods, and children's products.
“This agreement is a measure to more efficiently support companies’ entry into the global market by combining TUV SUD’s global certification capabilities with KCL’s domestic testing infrastructure,” said Song Seong-han, Managing Director of TUV SUD Korea’s Mobility Division. “It will be an opportunity to reduce certification costs and time burdens across automobiles, electrical and electronics, and consumer goods, and to strengthen the domestic-based global certification environment.”

TUV SUD、KCLと業務協定締結
グローバル試験・認証機関TUV SUD（TUV SUD）は5日、KCL（KCL）とグローバル試験・認証協力強化のための業務協約（MoU）を締結したと明らかにした。

今後TUV SUDコリアは電気電子分野指定試験所(CARAT)および国際公認試験所(CBTL)拡大登録を推進し、CB、CE、TÜV Mark、NRTLなど主要グローバル認証との協力を強化し、自動車、電気電子、生活用品、子供製品など多様な産業群の認証需要に対応する計画だ。
TUV SUDコリアモビリティ部門ソンソンハン商務は「今回の条約はTUV SUDのグローバル認証力量とKCLの国内試験インフラを組み合わせて企業のグローバル市場進出をより効率的に支援するための措置」とし「自動車、電気電子、消費財全般で認証費用と時間負担を減らし、国内基盤のグローバル認証環境を強化する。

TÜV SÜD signe un accord commercial avec KCL
L'agence mondiale d'essais et de certification TUV SUD (TUV SUD) a annoncé le 5 qu'elle avait signé un protocole d'accord (MoU) avec KCL (KCL) pour renforcer la coopération mondiale en matière d'essais et de certification.
Grâce à cet accord, TÜV SÜD Korea établira un cadre de collaboration pour l'obtention de la certification européenne E-mark pour les systèmes de retenue pour enfants (sièges auto). Dans le secteur des produits électriques et électroniques, TÜV SÜD Korea s'engagera également à obtenir l'agrément de laboratoire d'essais certifié par la Commission électrotechnique internationale (CEI) (CBTL) et à étendre son accréditation en tant qu'organisme d'essais de certification NRTL en Amérique du Nord. Par ailleurs, l'entreprise prévoit d'étendre progressivement sa coopération mondiale en matière de certification à une gamme de produits, notamment les biens de consommation, les articles pour enfants et le mobilier.
Le King's College London (KCL), organisme accrédité de tests et de certification relevant du ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, possède des compétences en matière de tests et de certification pour tous les secteurs, notamment les pièces automobiles et les véhicules finis, ainsi que les produits pour enfants, les produits électriques et électroniques et les articles ménagers. Grâce à cet accord, les deux organismes prévoient de mener conjointement des tests de certification internationaux et d'établir un système de reconnaissance mutuelle des résultats de certification, permettant ainsi aux fabricants nationaux d'obtenir plus rapidement une certification internationale.
À l'avenir, TÜV SÜD Korea prévoit d'étendre son enregistrement en tant que laboratoire d'essais désigné (CARAT) et laboratoire d'essais internationalement reconnu (CBTL) dans le domaine électrique et électronique, et de renforcer sa coopération avec les principales certifications mondiales telles que CB, CE, TÜV Mark et NRTL afin de répondre aux besoins de certification dans divers secteurs tels que l'automobile, les produits électriques et électroniques, les articles ménagers et les produits pour enfants.
« Cet accord vise à faciliter l’accès des entreprises au marché mondial en combinant les capacités de certification internationales de TÜV SÜD avec l’infrastructure d’essais nationale de KCL », a déclaré Song Seong-han, directeur général de la division Mobilité de TÜV SÜD Corée. « Il permettra de réduire les coûts et les délais de certification pour les secteurs de l’automobile, de l’électronique et des biens de consommation, et de renforcer l’environnement de certification internationale en Corée. »
