기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 8일(월) 서울 중구 포룸더모스트에서 ‘기술거래 서포터즈 우수활동 보상금 수여식’을 개최하고, 기술이전 수요기업 발굴에 기여한 기술거래 서포터즈(이하 ‘서포터즈’)에게 보상금을 전달했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 수요기업 발굴 실적이 우수한 서포터들을 격려하고, 2025년도 서포터즈 사업의 성과를 공유하기 위해 마련됐다. 중소기업의 낮은 기술이전 인지도와 비용 부담 등 어려운 환경 속에서도 총 10건의 수요기업 발굴 성과를 창출했다는 점에서 서포터즈 활동의 의미가 더욱 부각됐다.
서포터즈는 기보와 협약을 체결한 외부기관 소속 인력으로, 업무 과정에서 접촉하는 중소기업에게 기술이전 제도를 안내하고, 외부기술 도입을 희망하는 기업을 발굴해 기보에 추천하는 역할을 수행한다. 기보는 추천기업을 대상으로 기술거래 중개 및 금융지원을 연계해 기술도입과 사업화를 체계적으로 지원한다.
수여식 후 이어진 간담회에서는 서포터들이 활동 과정에서 겪은 애로사항과 현장 경험 등을 공유하고, 제도 개선을 위한 다양한 의견이 논의됐다. 이날 제시된 의견은 향후 사업 개편과 운영에 반영될 예정이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “서포터즈는 중소기업에게 외부기술 도입이 새로운 도약의 기회가 될 수 있음을 알려주는 중요한 가교역할을 수행한다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 서포터즈 활동을 적극 지원하고, 유관기관과의 협력을 강화해 기술거래 생태계 활성화에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보는 중소벤처기업부의 ‘중소기업 기술거래 활성화 지원사업’의 일환으로 지난 2월부터 서포터즈 제도를 정식 운영해 왔으며, 중소기업과의 접점이 많은 외부기관과의 업무협약을 통해 기술 수요기업 발굴과 기술이전 제도 안내 등 현장 중심의 활동을 지원하고 있다.

Kibo Holds "Technology Transaction Supporters Excellence Award Ceremony"
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it held the “Technology Transaction Supporters Outstanding Activity Reward Ceremony” at Forum the Most in Jung-gu, Seoul on Monday the 8th and awarded rewards to technology transaction supporters (hereinafter referred to as “supporters”) who contributed to discovering companies in need of technology transfer.
This event was designed to encourage supporters with outstanding track records in identifying demand companies and to share the achievements of the 2025 Supporters Project. The significance of the Supporters' activities was further highlighted by the fact that, despite challenging circumstances such as low awareness and cost burdens for SMEs regarding technology transfer, they were able to successfully identify 10 demand companies.
Supporters are employees from external organizations that have signed agreements with Kibo. They guide small and medium-sized enterprises they encounter in the course of their work about technology transfer programs and identify and recommend companies seeking to adopt external technologies to Kibo. Kibo systematically supports technology adoption and commercialization by connecting recommended companies with technology transaction brokerage and financial support.
At the meeting following the awards ceremony, supporters shared their experiences and challenges they encountered during their activities, and various suggestions for system improvement were discussed. The opinions presented that day will be reflected in future program restructuring and operations.
Kibo CEO Lee Sang-chang said, “Supporters play a crucial bridging role in informing small and medium-sized enterprises that the introduction of external technologies can be an opportunity for a new leap forward,” and added, “Kibo will continue to actively support the activities of supporters and strengthen cooperation with relevant organizations to do its best to vitalize the technology transaction ecosystem.”
Meanwhile, as part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "Small and Medium Enterprise Technology Transaction Activation Support Project," Kibo has been officially operating a supporter system since February, and is supporting field-oriented activities such as discovering companies in need of technology and providing guidance on technology transfer systems through business agreements with external organizations that have a lot of contact with small and medium enterprises.

技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は8日（月）、ソウル中区フォルムザモストで「技術取引サポーターズ優秀活動補償金授与式」を開催し、技術移転需要企業発掘に寄与した技術取引サポーターズ（以下「サポーターズ」と報じた）に報酬を与えた。
今回の行事は需要企業発掘実績に優れたサポーターを励まし、2025年度サポーターズ事業の成果を共有するために設けられた。中小企業の低技術移転認知と費用負担など難しい環境の中でも、合計10件の需要企業発掘成果を創出したという点でサポーターズ活動の意味がさらに浮上した。
サポーターズは、棋保と協約を締結した外部機関所属人材で、業務過程で接触する中小企業に技術移転制度を案内し、外部技術の導入を希望する企業を発掘し、棋保に推薦する役割を遂行する。ギボは推薦企業を対象に技術取引仲介及び金融支援を連携し、技術導入と事業化を体系的に支援する。
授与式後に続く懇談会では、サポーターたちが活動過程で経験した愛路事項と現場経験などを共有し、制度改善のための様々な意見が議論された。この日提示された意見は今後の事業改編と運営に反映される予定だ。
イ・サンチャンギボ理事は「サポーターズは中小企業に外部技術導入が新たな跳躍の機会になることを知らせる重要な架橋役割を遂行する」とし、「ギボは今後もサポーターズ活動を積極的に支援し、関連機関との協力を強化して技術取引エコシステム活性化に最善を尽くする」と明らかにした。
一方、記事は中小ベンチャー企業部の「中小企業技術取引活性化支援事業」の一環として、今年2月からサポーターズ制度を正式に運営してきた。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，于8日星期一在首尔中区Forum the Most举办了“技术交易支持者杰出活动奖励仪式”，并向为发现需要技术转让的公司做出贡献的技术交易支持者（以下简称“支持者”）颁发了奖励。
本次活动旨在鼓励在识别需求型企业方面业绩卓著的支持者，并分享“2025支持者项目”的成果。支持者们克服了诸多挑战，例如中小企业对技术转让的认知度低、成本负担重，仍然成功识别出10家需求型企业，这进一步凸显了他们工作的意义。
支持者是与Kibo签署协议的外部机构员工。他们在工作中为遇到的中小企业提供技术转让项目方面的指导，并识别和推荐寻求采用外部技术的公司给Kibo。Kibo通过将推荐公司与技术交易经纪和资金支持对接，系统地支持技术的应用和商业化。
颁奖典礼后的会议上，支持者们分享了他们在活动过程中遇到的经验和挑战，并就系统改进提出了各种建议。当天提出的意见将体现在未来的项目重组和运营中。

Kibo organise la « cérémonie de remise des prix d'excellence aux soutiens des transactions technologiques »
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir tenu la « Cérémonie de remise des prix aux personnes ayant contribué de manière exceptionnelle au transfert de technologie » au Forum the Most à Jung-gu, Séoul, le lundi 8, et avoir récompensé les personnes ayant contribué au transfert de technologie (ci-après dénommées « les personnes ayant contribué ») qui ont aidé à identifier les entreprises ayant besoin d'un transfert de technologie.
Cet événement visait à encourager les partenaires ayant fait leurs preuves dans l'identification d'entreprises à fort potentiel et à partager les résultats du projet des partenaires 2025. L'importance de leurs actions a été d'autant plus manifeste que, malgré un contexte difficile, notamment le manque de sensibilisation et les coûts élevés liés au transfert de technologie pour les PME, ils ont réussi à identifier 10 entreprises à fort potentiel.
Les parrains sont des employés d'organisations externes ayant signé des accords avec Kibo. Ils accompagnent les PME rencontrées dans le cadre de leur travail en les informant sur les programmes de transfert de technologie et en identifiant et recommandant à Kibo les entreprises souhaitant adopter des technologies externes. Kibo soutient systématiquement l'adoption et la commercialisation des technologies en mettant en relation les entreprises recommandées avec des courtiers en transactions technologiques et des organismes de financement.
Lors de la réunion suivant la remise des prix, les participants ont partagé leurs expériences et les difficultés rencontrées dans le cadre de leurs activités, et diverses suggestions d'amélioration du système ont été examinées. Les avis exprimés ce jour-là seront pris en compte dans la restructuration et le fonctionnement futurs du programme.
Le PDG de Kibo, Lee Sang-chang, a déclaré : « Les partenaires jouent un rôle crucial de liaison en informant les petites et moyennes entreprises que l'introduction de technologies externes peut être une opportunité pour un nouveau bond en avant », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera de soutenir activement les activités des partenaires et de renforcer sa coopération avec les organisations concernées afin de faire de son mieux pour dynamiser l'écosystème des transactions technologiques. »
Parallèlement, dans le cadre du « Projet de soutien à l'activation des transactions technologiques des petites et moyennes entreprises » du ministère des PME et des Startups, Kibo exploite officiellement un système de soutien depuis février et appuie des activités de terrain telles que la détection d'entreprises ayant besoin de technologies et la fourniture de conseils sur les systèmes de transfert de technologies par le biais d'accords commerciaux avec des organisations externes ayant de nombreux contacts avec les petites et moyennes entreprises.
