기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 11일(목) 우리은행 본점에서 우리은행(은행장 정진완)과 ‘AtoF 미래전략산업 육성을 위한 생산적 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 정부의 미래성장동력 산업 육성 정책에 발맞춰 기술주도 신산업을 육성하고, 생산적 금융을 실현하기 위한 실질적인 지원체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 우리은행의 특별출연금 30억원을 재원으로 600억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 지원한다. 기보는 ▲보증비율 상향(85%→100%, 3년간) ▲보증료 감면(0.2%p↓, 3년간) 등의 혜택을 제공한다.
또한, 기보는 우리은행의 보증료지원금 20억원을 기반으로 1250억원 규모의 보증료지원 협약보증을 공급하며, 우리은행은 ▲보증료(0.8%p, 2년간)를 지원한다.
지원 대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 ▲인공지능(Ai) ▲바이오(Bio) ▲문화콘텐츠(Contents&Culture) ▲방산(Defense) ▲에너지(Energy) ▲첨단제조(Factory) 등 6대 첨단전략산업을 영위하는 기업이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 첨단 미래전략산업 영위기업에 대한 선제적 금융지원을 확대하고, 혁신성장 생태계 조성을 위한 협력체계를 강화해 나갈 방침이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약을 통해 미래전략산업을 선도하는 기술기업들이 보다 안정적으로 성장할 수 있는 토대가 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 금융기관과의 협업을 확대해 기술기업의 경쟁력 강화와 생산적 금융 실천에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Woori Bank
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Thursday the 11th that it signed a “Business Agreement for Productive Financial Support for Fostering AtoF Future Strategic Industries” with Woori Bank (CEO Jeong Jin-wan) at its headquarters.
This agreement was established to foster technology-driven new industries in line with the government's policy of fostering future growth engines and to establish a practical support system for productive finance.
Under the agreement, KIBO will provide a special contribution guarantee worth KRW 60 billion, funded by a KRW 3 billion special contribution from Woori Bank. KIBO will provide benefits such as an increase in the guarantee ratio (from 85% to 100% for three years) and a reduction in the guarantee fee (down 0.2 percentage points for three years).
In addition, Kibo will provide a guarantee fee support agreement guarantee worth KRW 125 billion based on the KRW 2 billion guarantee fee support fund from Woori Bank, and Woori Bank will support ▲the guarantee fee (0.8%p, for 2 years).
The target of support is a new technology business operator that meets the technology guarantee requirements of the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and operates in six advanced strategic industries: ▲Artificial Intelligence (Ai), ▲Bio, ▲Contents & Culture, ▲Defense, ▲Energy, and ▲Advanced Manufacturing (Factory).
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to expand preemptive financial support for companies operating in advanced future strategic industries and strengthen their cooperative system to foster an innovative growth ecosystem.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “This agreement has laid the foundation for more stable growth for technology companies leading future strategic industries,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand collaboration with financial institutions to do its best to strengthen the competitiveness of technology companies and practice productive finance.”

棋保、ウリ銀行と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は１１日（木）ウリ銀行本店でウリ銀行（銀行長チョン・ジンワン）と「ＡｔｏＦ未来戦略産業育成のための生産的金融支援業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、政府の未来成長動力産業育成政策に合わせて技術主導の新産業を育成し、生産的金融を実現するための実質的な支援体系を構築するために設けられた。

キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「今回の協約を通じて、未来戦略産業を先導する技術企業がより安定的に成長できる基盤が設けられた」とし、「記事は今後も金融機関との協業を拡大し、技術企業の競争力強化と生産的金融実践に最善を尽くする」と明らかにした。

Kibo与友利银行签署商业协议
韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于11日星期四宣布，该公司在其总部与友利银行（首席执行官郑镇完）签署了“为培育AtoF未来战略产业提供生产性金融支持的业务协议”。
该协议的制定是为了促进技术驱动型新兴产业的发展，以符合政府培育未来增长引擎的政策，并为生产性融资建立切实可行的支持体系。
根据协议，KIBO将提供600亿韩元的特别出资担保，其中30亿韩元来自友利银行的特别出资。KIBO还将提供一系列优惠，例如提高担保比例（三年内从85%提高到100%）和降低担保费（三年内降低0.2个百分点）。
此外，Kibo将在友利银行提供的20亿韩元担保费支持基金的基础上，提供价值1,250亿韩元的担保费支持协议担保，友利银行将支持▲担保费（0.8%p，2年）。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec la banque Woori
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé jeudi 11 avoir signé un « accord commercial pour un soutien financier productif visant à promouvoir les futures industries stratégiques d'AtoF » avec Woori Bank (PDG Jeong Jin-wan) à son siège.
Cet accord a été établi pour favoriser le développement de nouvelles industries axées sur la technologie, conformément à la politique gouvernementale visant à stimuler les moteurs de croissance futurs, et pour mettre en place un système de soutien pratique à la finance productive.
Aux termes de cet accord, KIBO fournira une garantie de contribution spéciale d'un montant de 60 milliards de wons, financée par une contribution spéciale de 3 milliards de wons de Woori Bank.
