IT 솔루션 전문기업 플랜티넷(대표 김태주)은 18일 서울 플랜티 컨벤션에서 열린 ‘제24회 대한민국 인공지능·소프트웨어기업 경쟁력 대상’ 시상식에서 IT솔루션 부문 우수상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
‘대한민국 AI·SW 기업 경쟁력 대상’은 국내 소프트웨어 산업 발전에 기여한 기업을 발굴·시상하는 행사로, 기술력과 시장가치를 종합 평가해 수상 기업을 선정한다. 2001년부터 매년 개최되며, 올해 행사는 한국인공지능소프트웨어산업협회(KOSA)가 주최하고 과학기술정보통신부 등이 후원했다.
플랜티넷은 인공지능(AI) 기반 스마트 교육 솔루션 ‘엔블록(nBlock)’을 교육청 등 공공기관에 공급해 교실 내 수업 효율성과 안전성을 높인 성과를 인정받아 수상했다.
‘엔블록’의 핵심 기능은 딥페이크 이미지 차단, 도박·마약 사이트 탐지, 유튜브 스트리밍 영상 음란성 분석 등이다. 학습관리시스템(LMS) 및 스쿨넷(NIS) 인프라와 연동돼 전국 시·도 교육청에서 사용되고 있다.
특히 ‘수업모드’ 기능을 통해 학습 자료 배포부터 스마트기기 사용 제어까지 교사 중심의 통합 수업 환경을 제공한다. 도입 기관 관계자는 “엔블록은 학생들의 수업 환경을 안전하게 관리하면서도 교사의 편의성을 높여주는 솔루션”이라고 평가했다.
‘엔블록’은 플랜티넷의 ‘유해 동영상 파일을 필터링하기 위한 장치 및 방법’ 특허 기술을 기반으로 설계돼 기존 솔루션 대비 넓은 범위의 유해 콘텐츠를 높은 정확도로 차단할 수 있는 경쟁력을 갖췄다. 회사는 앞으로 AI 기술 고도화를 통해 학교 현장은 물론 가정과 공공 분야까지 안전한 디지털 환경 제공을 확대할 계획이다.
플랜티넷 박철진 사업본부장은 “이번 수상은 스마트 교육 환경의 안전을 위한 기술력이 인정받은 결과”라며 “AI 기반 교육 보안 기술을 지속적으로 고도화해 안전하고 효율적인 학습 환경을 제공하겠다”고 말했다.

The "Korea AI·SW Enterprise Competitiveness Awards" are an event that recognizes and awards companies that have contributed to the development of the domestic software industry. Winners are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of their technological prowess and market value. Plantinet received an award in recognition of its achievements in improving classroom efficiency and safety by supplying its artificial intelligence (AI)-based smart education solution, 'nBlock,' to public institutions such as education offices.
Enblock's core functions include blocking deepfake images, detecting gambling and drug sites, and analyzing YouTube streaming videos for obscenity. It is integrated with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SchoolNet (NIS) infrastructure and is being used by city and provincial offices of education nationwide.
In particular, the "Class Mode" feature provides a teacher-centered, integrated learning environment, from distributing learning materials to controlling smart device use. A representative from the institution introducing the system commented, "Enblock is a solution that securely manages students' learning environments while enhancing teacher convenience."
"EnBlock" is based on Planetnet's patented "Device and Method for Filtering Harmful Video Files," giving it a competitive edge over existing solutions in blocking a wider range of harmful content with higher accuracy. The company plans to expand its safe digital environment beyond schools to homes and public sectors by further advancing its AI technology.
“This award is recognition of our technological prowess in ensuring the safety of smart education environments,” said Park Cheol-jin, head of Plantinet’s business division. “We will continue to advance our AI-based education security technology to provide a safe and efficient learning environment.”
