투자 전문 액셀러레이터 씨엔티테크(대표 전화성)는 지난 17일 서울 여의도 켄싱턴 호텔에서 2025 초기창업패키지 로켓십 IR 경진대회 데모데이를 개최했다고 22일 밝혔다.
중소벤처기업부 창업진흥원이 시행하는 초기창업패키지는 창업 3년 이내 초기기업에 사업화 자금과 창업 프로그램을 지원해 기술 혁신과 성장을 촉진하는 사업이다. 씨엔티테크는 2020년부터 주관기관으로 선정되어 초기기업의 시장 진입, 투자, 실증 검증 등 종합적 지원을 제공하고 있다.
씨엔티테크는 지난 2025년 8월부터 11월까지 바이오·헬스케어, 콘텐츠, 빅데이터·AI, 기후테크·ESG 등 4개 분야를 대상으로 투자 연계 중심의 IR 경진대회를 운영했으며, 분야별 우수기업 12개 팀을 대상으로 최종 데모데이를 진행했다.
이번 데모데이에는 ▲엔덴틱스(근관 치료 솔루션) ▲앙티브(비건 뷰티 브랜드 허스텔러) ▲워크원오원(AI 기반 X-ray 판독보조 의료기기) ▲어코드엔터테인먼트(K-pop 버추얼 아이돌 콘텐츠) ▲무아베모션(체험형 학습 인터랙티브 영상 AI) ▲리테라픽쳐스(SaaS 콘텐츠 업무 효율화 시스템) ▲모디전스비전(3D 카메라 AI 비전 솔루션) ▲라온데이터(VOC 데이터 분석 서비스) ▲뉴런소프트(AI 전자필기 앱) ▲포스코어(고기능성 자성분말 제조) ▲그로와이즈(스마트팜 솔루션) ▲포엠(고전도성 카본 원소재) 등 총 12개 스타트업이 참여했다. 워크원오원이 최우수상을 수상했다.
워크원오원 채동식 대표는 “초기창업패키지를 통해 AI 기반 근골격계 분석 솔루션을 의료 현장에 보다 빠르게 적용할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다”며 “이번 수상을 계기로 의료진의 판단을 지원하고 진료 환경 개선에 기여하는 기업으로 성장하겠다”고 말했다.
씨엔티테크 전화성 대표는 “투자 환경이 어려운 상황에서도 스타트업의 투자 경쟁력을 높이고 실질적 투자 연계 기회를 확대해 국내 창업 생태계 성장을 지속적으로 이끌겠다”고 밝혔다.

CNT Tech concludes its 2025 early-stage startup package, Rocketship IR Demo Day.
Investment specialist accelerator CNT Tech (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong) announced on the 22nd that it held the 2025 Early Startup Package Rocketship IR Competition Demo Day at the Kensington Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul on the 17th.
The Early Startup Package, implemented by the Startup Promotion Agency of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, supports early-stage companies within three years of establishment by providing commercialization funding and startup programs to foster technological innovation and growth. CNT Tech has been selected as the lead organization since 2020, providing comprehensive support for early-stage companies, including market entry, investment, and verification.
From August to November 2025, CNT Tech ran an investment-focused IR competition targeting four fields: bio/healthcare, content, big data/AI, and climate tech/ESG, and held a final demo day for 12 outstanding companies in each field.
A total of 12 startups participated in this demo day, including ▲Endentix (root canal treatment solution) ▲Antibes (vegan beauty brand Hustler) ▲WorkOneOOne (AI-based X-ray interpretation assistance medical device) ▲Accord Entertainment (K-pop virtual idol content) ▲Muabemotion (experiential learning interactive video AI) ▲Litera Pictures (SaaS content work efficiency system) ▲ModificationsVision (3D camera AI vision solution) ▲LaonData (VOC data analysis service) ▲NeurunSoft (AI electronic handwriting app) ▲Poscore (high-functionality magnetic powder manufacturing) ▲Growise (smart farm solution) ▲Poem (high-conductivity carbon raw material). WorkOneOOne won the grand prize.
WorkOneOone CEO Cha Dong-sik said, “Through the initial startup package, we have laid the foundation for more quickly applying AI-based musculoskeletal analysis solutions to medical settings,” and added, “With this award as an opportunity, we will grow into a company that supports medical professionals’ judgment and contributes to improving the treatment environment.”
CNT Tech CEO Jeon Hwa-seong stated, “Even in a challenging investment environment, we will continue to drive the growth of the domestic startup ecosystem by enhancing the investment competitiveness of startups and expanding practical investment linkage opportunities.”

Le spécialiste de l'accélération d'investissements CNT Tech (PDG Jeon Hwa-seong) a annoncé le 22 qu'il avait tenu le Demo Day du concours Early Startup Package Rocketship IR 2025 à l'hôtel Kensington de Yeouido, à Séoul, le 17.
Le dispositif d'accompagnement des jeunes entreprises, mis en œuvre par l'Agence de promotion des startups du ministère des PME et des Startups, soutient les entreprises en phase de démarrage (moins de trois ans d'existence) en leur fournissant des financements pour la commercialisation et des programmes d'accompagnement favorisant l'innovation technologique et la croissance. CNT Tech a été désigné comme organisme chef de file depuis 2020 et offre un soutien complet aux jeunes entreprises, notamment en matière d'entrée sur le marché, d'investissement et de certification.
D'août à novembre 2025, CNT Tech a organisé un concours de relations investisseurs axé sur l'investissement ciblant quatre domaines : bio/santé, contenu, big data/IA et technologies climatiques/ESG, et a organisé une journée de démonstration finale pour 12 entreprises exceptionnelles dans chaque domaine.

WorkOneOOne a remporté le grand prix.
Le PDG de WorkOneOone, Cha Dong-sik, a déclaré : « Grâce au financement initial, nous avons jeté les bases d'une application plus rapide des solutions d'analyse musculo-squelettique basées sur l'IA dans le milieu médical », et a ajouté : « Cette récompense nous offre une opportunité de devenir une entreprise qui soutient le jugement des professionnels de la santé et contribue à améliorer l'environnement de traitement. »
