(재)강원창조경제혁신센터는 지난 22일 강원혁신센터 포레스트홀에서 강원브릿지 엔젤클럽 연말 모임을 개최했다.
이번 행사는 초청 형식으로 진행됐으며, 강원혁신센터가 운용 중인 펀드 출자자를 비롯해 대학교수, 투자사 대표, 스타트업 대표 등 엔젤투자자 10여 명이 참석했다.
행사는 엔젤투자 세제혜택 강의, 강원창조경제혁신센터 투자조합 소개, 네트워킹 순으로 진행됐다. 엔젤투자 세제혜택 강의에서는 서해석 회계사가 투자조합 출자 시 적용 가능한 세제 혜택을 실제 사례를 중심으로 설명했다.
이어 김영진 강원혁신센터 전략투자본부장은 센터가 현재 운용 중인 펀드와 향후 조성 예정인 펀드의 운영 방향과 투자 전략을 소개했다.
행사에 참석한 블루오션벤처스 이준희 대표는 엔젤투자가 지역 기업 성장과 더불어 일자리 창출과 인구 유출 완화 등 지역 사회에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 언급하며, 강원혁신센터의 지속적인 역할을 기대한다고 밝혔다.
강원혁신센터는 이번 모임을 계기로 지역 스타트업에 대한 엔젤투자 관심을 확대하고, 엔젤투자자 발굴부터 투자 실행까지 연계하는 가교 역할을 지속적으로 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation Hosts "Gangwon BRIDGE Angel Club"
The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center held the Gangwon Bridge Angel Club year-end meeting at the Gangwon Innovation Center Forest Hall on the 22nd.
The event was held in an invitation-only format, and was attended by approximately 10 angel investors, including fund investors managed by the Gangwon Innovation Center, university professors, representatives of investment firms, and startup representatives.
The event consisted of a lecture on angel investment tax benefits, an introduction to the Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center's investment association, and a networking session. In the lecture on angel investment tax benefits, accountant Seo Hae-seok explained the tax benefits applicable to investment association contributions, using real-life examples.
Next, Kim Young-jin, head of the strategic investment division at the Gangwon Innovation Center, introduced the operation direction and investment strategy of the center's current and future funds.
Lee Jun-hee, CEO of Blue Ocean Ventures, who attended the event, stated that angel investment has a positive impact on the local community, including job creation and mitigation of population outflow, in addition to the growth of local businesses, and expressed his expectations for the continued role of the Gangwon Innovation Center.
The Gangwon Innovation Center plans to use this meeting as an opportunity to expand interest in angel investment in local startups and continue to strengthen its role as a bridge between angel investor discovery and investment execution.

江原創造経済革新センター、「江原BRIDGEエンジェルクラブ」開催
（財）江原創造経済革新センターは去る22日、江原革新センターフォレストホールで江原ブリッジエンジェルクラブ年末会を開催した。
今回のイベントは招待形式で行われ、江原革新センターが運用中のファンド出資者をはじめ、大学教授、投資会社代表、スタートアップ代表などエンジェル投資者10人余りが参加した。
イベントはエンジェル投資税制特典講義、江原創造経済革新センター投資組合紹介、ネットワーキング順に行われた。エンジェル投資税制給付講義では、ソ・ヘソク会計士が投資組合出資時に適用可能な税制給付を実際の事例を中心に説明した。
続いてキム・ヨンジン江原革新センター戦略投資本部長は、センターが現在運用中のファンドと今後造成予定のファンドの運営方向と投資戦略を紹介した。
イベントに参加したブルーオーシャンベンチャーズのイ・ジュンヒ代表は、エンジェル投資家が地域企業の成長とともに雇用創出と人口流出緩和など地域社会に肯定的な影響を及ぼすと述べ、江原革新センターの持続的な役割を期待すると明らかにした。
江原革新センターは今回の会議をきっかけに地域スタートアップに対するエンジェル投資の関心を拡大し、エンジェル投資の発掘から投資実行まで連携する架橋の役割を継続的に強化していく計画だ。

22日，江原道创意经济创新中心在江原道创新中心森林大厅举行了江原道桥天使俱乐部年终会议。
本次活动以邀请制形式举行，约有 10 位天使投资人出席，其中包括江原创新中心管理的基金投资人、大学教授、投资公司代表和创业公司代表。
本次活动包括天使投资税收优惠讲座、江原道创意经济创新中心投资协会介绍以及交流环节。在天使投资税收优惠讲座中，会计师徐海锡（音译）结合实际案例，讲解了投资协会捐款可享受的税收优惠。
接下来，江原创新中心战略投资部负责人金永镇介绍了该中心现有和未来基金的运营方向和投资策略。
出席活动的 Blue Ocean Ventures 首席执行官李俊熙表示，天使投资对当地社区有积极影响，包括创造就业机会、缓解人口外流以及促进当地企业发展，并表达了他对江原道创新中心继续发挥作用的期望。
江原创新中心计划利用此次会议的机会，扩大人们对天使投资本地初创企业的兴趣，并继续加强其作为天使投资者发现和投资执行之间桥梁的作用。

Le Centre Gangwon pour l'économie créative et l'innovation accueille le « Gangwon BRIDGE Angel Club »
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gangwon a tenu la réunion de fin d'année du Gangwon Bridge Angel Club au Forest Hall du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon le 22.
L'événement s'est déroulé sur invitation uniquement et a réuni une dizaine d'investisseurs providentiels, dont des investisseurs de fonds gérés par le Gangwon Innovation Center, des professeurs d'université, des représentants de sociétés d'investissement et des représentants de start-up.
L'événement comprenait une conférence sur les avantages fiscaux liés à l'investissement providentiel, une présentation de l'association d'investissement du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gangwon et une séance de réseautage. Lors de la conférence sur les avantages fiscaux liés à l'investissement providentiel, le comptable Seo Hae-seok a expliqué les avantages fiscaux applicables aux contributions à l'association d'investissement, en s'appuyant sur des exemples concrets.
