외국인 정착 필수 앱 ‘glow(글로우)’를 운영하는 핀테크 스타트업 클링커즈(대표 서성권)가 비자·정착 통합 솔루션 기업 예스퓨처(대표 이현재)와 손잡고 외국인 금융 서비스 고도화에 나선다고 23일 밝혔다.
클링커즈는 지난 18일 예스퓨처와 ‘외국인 유학생 및 근로자 대상 금융·비자·정착 통합 서비스 구축’을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 클링커즈가 보유한 외국인 행동 데이터와 예스퓨처의 비자·행정 데이터를 결합해 국내 금융 시스템에서 소외된 외국인 대상 금융 인프라를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.
양사는 ▲외국인 특화 대안 신용평가 모델(ACSS) 개발 ▲소액 신용대출 및 후불결제(BNPL) 도입 ▲입국 전(Onboarding) 금융 서비스 제공 등 핀테크 솔루션을 공동 기획한다. 이를 통해 외국인 유학생과 근로자가 한국 정착 초기 겪는 현금 유동성 문제를 데이터 기반 신용평가로 해결하는 것을 목표로 한다.
또한 클링커즈의 ‘glow’ 플랫폼과 예스퓨처의 ‘VIVISA’ 서비스를 연동해 대학 및 지자체에서 활용 가능한 ‘외국인 정착 통합 지원 시스템’을 구축한다. 이를 통해 외국인의 유치, 정착, 금융 생활을 하나의 생태계 안에서 지원할 계획이다.
예스퓨처 이현재 대표는 “외국인에게 금융은 비자만큼 진입장벽이 높다”며 “양사의 데이터 결합으로 정보와 금융이 끊김 없이 연결되는 솔루션을 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
클링커즈 서성권 대표는 “이번 협약은 외국인 금융 소외 문제를 데이터 기술로 해결하려는 시도”라며 “글로우를 통해 필요한 정보를 제공하고, 신뢰할 수 있는 핀테크 서비스를 더해 생활 편의성을 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.

Clinkers Signs MOU with Yes Future
Clinkers (CEO Seong-Kwon Seo), a fintech startup that operates the essential app for foreign settlement, 'glow', announced on the 23rd that it will join hands with Yesfuture (CEO Hyeon-Jae Lee), a visa and settlement integrated solution company, to advance its financial services for foreigners.
On the 18th, Clinkers signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Yes Future to "establish integrated financial, visa, and settlement services for international students and workers." This agreement aims to combine Clinkers' foreigner behavioral data with Yes Future's visa and administrative data to build a financial infrastructure for foreigners who are currently excluded from the domestic financial system.
The two companies will jointly develop fintech solutions, including: developing an alternative credit scoring system (ACSS) specifically for foreigners; introducing microcredit loans and non-bank pay-as-you-go (BNPL) payment systems; and providing onboarding financial services. The goal is to address the cash flow challenges faced by international students and workers initially settling in Korea through data-driven credit assessments.
Furthermore, by linking Clinkers' "glow" platform with Yesfuture's "VIVISA" service, we will establish an "Integrated Support System for Foreigner Settlement" usable by universities and local governments. This system will support the recruitment, settlement, and financial lives of foreigners within a single ecosystem.
Yes Future CEO Lee Hyeon-jae said, “For foreigners, the financial sector has a high barrier to entry, just like the Visa system,” and added, “By combining the data from both companies, we will provide a solution that seamlessly connects information and finance.”
“This agreement is an attempt to address the financial exclusion problem for foreigners using data technology,” said Seong-Kwon Seo, CEO of Clinkers. “Through Glow, we will provide necessary information and add reliable fintech services to enhance convenience.”
