국제개발협력NGO 지파운데이션(대표 박충관)은 23일 인천사회사업재단(대표 김진욱)과 지역사회 취약계층 지원 및 복지사각지대 해소를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
인천사회사업재단에서 열린 협약식에는 양 기관 대표가 참석했으며, 협약 체결 배경과 향후 협력 방향에 대해 논의했다.
양 기관은 그간 다양한 복지사업을 통해 협력 관계를 이어오며 지난 3년간 아동청소년, 미혼한부모, 위기노인 등 약 4만 명의 지역 취약계층에게 현금 및 현물 지원을 제공해왔다.
이번 협약은 부산 지역 취약계층 지원 체계를 안정적으로 구축하고, 지역 기반 복지 협력 체계를 강화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 양 기관은 기존 사업을 토대로 지원 범위를 확대하고 사회복지시설과의 연계를 강화해 복지 사각지대를 해소할 계획이다.
인천사회사업재단 김진욱 대표는 “지파운데이션과의 협력체계를 강화하고 지역사회 복지 증진을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다. 지파운데이션 박충관 대표는 “지역사회 안에서 안정적인 지원 체계를 구축하고 부산 지역 취약계층에 실질적인 도움이 되는 사업을 꾸준히 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 인천사회사업재단은 지역사회 복지 증진과 취약계층 지원을 목적으로 설립된 비영리 공익재단이며, 지파운데이션은 UN 경제사회이사회(UN ECOSOC) 특별 협의적 지위를 보유한 국제개발협력NGO로 국내외 아동청소년, 저소득 여성, 사회적경제 분야 등 다양한 사업을 수행하고 있다.

Ji Foundation Signs Business Agreement with Incheon Social Welfare Foundation
On the 23rd, the international development cooperation NGO Ji Foundation (CEO Park Chung-kwan) signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Incheon Social Welfare Foundation (CEO Kim Jin-wook) to support vulnerable groups in the local community and eliminate blind spots in welfare.
Representatives from both organizations attended the signing ceremony held at the Incheon Social Welfare Foundation and discussed the background to the agreement and future directions for cooperation.
The two organizations have maintained a cooperative relationship through various welfare projects, and over the past three years, have provided cash and in-kind support to approximately 40,000 vulnerable local populations, including children and adolescents, single parents, and at-risk elderly people.
This agreement aims to establish a stable support system for vulnerable groups in the Busan region and strengthen regional welfare cooperation. Building on existing projects, both organizations plan to expand the scope of support and strengthen ties with social welfare facilities to address blind spots in welfare services.
Kim Jin-wook, CEO of the Incheon Social Welfare Foundation, said, "We will strengthen our partnership with the Ji Foundation and continue our efforts to promote community welfare." Ji Foundation CEO Park Chung-kwan stated, "We will establish a stable support system within the local community and continue to provide practical assistance to vulnerable groups in Busan."
Meanwhile, the Incheon Social Welfare Foundation is a non-profit public interest foundation established for the purpose of promoting community welfare and supporting vulnerable groups, and the Ji Foundation is an international development cooperation NGO with special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) that carries out various projects in the fields of children and youth, low-income women, and social economy at home and abroad.

国際開発協力NGO ジファンデーション(代表パク・チュングァン)は23日、仁川社会事業財団(代表キム・ジンウク)と地域社会脆弱階層支援及び福祉死角地帯解消のための業務協約(MOU)を締結した。
仁川社会事業財団で開かれた協約式には両機関代表が参加し、協約締結の背景と今後の協力方向について議論した。
両機関はこれまで様々な福祉事業を通じて協力関係を続け、過去3年間児童青少年、未婚の親、危機老人など約4万人の地域脆弱階層に現金及び現物支援を提供してきた。
今回の条約は釜山地域脆弱階層支援体系を安定的に構築し、地域基盤福祉協力体制を強化することを目指す。両機関は既存事業を基に支援範囲を拡大し、社会福祉施設との連携を強化し、福祉死角地帯を解消する計画だ。
仁川社会事業財団キム・ジンウク代表は「ジファンデーションとの協力体系を強化し、地域社会福祉増進のために継続的に努力する」と話した。ジファンデーション朴忠官代表は「地域社会の中で安定的な支援体系を構築し、釜山地域の脆弱階層に実質的な役立つ事業を着実に続けていく」と明らかにした。
一方、仁川社会事業財団は地域社会福祉増進と脆弱階層支援を目的に設立された非営利公益財団であり、財団は国連経済社会理事会（UN ECOSOC）特別協議的地位を保有する国際開発協力NGOで、国内外の児童青少年、低所得女性、社会的経済分野など多様な事業。

La Fondation Ji signe un accord commercial avec la Fondation de bienfaisance sociale d'Incheon
Le 23, l'ONG de coopération au développement international Ji Foundation (PDG Park Chung-kwan) a signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec la Fondation de bien-être social d'Incheon (PDG Kim Jin-wook) pour soutenir les groupes vulnérables de la communauté locale et éliminer les angles morts dans le domaine du bien-être.
Des représentants des deux organisations ont assisté à la cérémonie de signature qui s'est tenue à la Fondation de protection sociale d'Incheon et ont discuté du contexte de l'accord et des orientations futures de la coopération.
Les deux organisations ont entretenu une relation de coopération à travers divers projets sociaux et, au cours des trois dernières années, ont fourni un soutien financier et matériel à environ 40 000 personnes vulnérables de la population locale, notamment des enfants et des adolescents, des parents isolés et des personnes âgées à risque.
Cet accord vise à établir un système de soutien stable pour les groupes vulnérables de la région de Busan et à renforcer la coopération régionale en matière de protection sociale. Parallèlement, la Fondation de bienfaisance sociale d'Incheon est une fondation d'intérêt public à but non lucratif créée dans le but de promouvoir le bien-être communautaire et de soutenir les groupes vulnérables, et la Fondation Ji est une ONG de coopération au développement international dotée du statut consultatif spécial auprès du Conseil économique et social des Nations Unies (ECOSOC) qui mène divers projets dans les domaines de l'enfance et de la jeunesse, des femmes à faible revenu et de l'économie sociale au niveau national et international.
