법무법인 디엘지(DLG Law Corporation, 대표변호사 조원희·안희철)의 태국 현지 합작법인 DLG&AP는 동남아시아 최대 규모의 테크 및 스타트업 허브인 트루 디지털 파크(True Digital Park, 이하 TDPK)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 한국 기업의 태국 시장 진출을 지원한다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약 체결식은 태국 방콕에서 열렸으며, DLG&AP에서는 유정훈 시니어 파트너 변호사와 아피왓 낙참난(Apiwat Narkchamnun) 시니어 파트너가 참석했다. TDPK 측에서는 사시손 바란유와타나(Sasithorn Varanyuwatana) 대표가 참석해 양측 간 협력 의지를 확인했다.
이번 협약은 한국 기업들이 태국 시장에 안정적으로 진입하고 초기 정착 과정을 원활히 진행할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원 체계를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다. 양사는 협약을 통해 한국 스타트업과 태국 현지 대기업 및 투자자 간 비즈니스 매칭을 추진하고, 태국 법규와 규제 환경에 맞춘 법률 자문을 제공할 계획이다. 또한 네트워킹 세미나와 데모 데이를 공동 개최해 현지 교류 확대를 도모할 예정이다.
DLG&AP와 TDPK는 공동으로 소프트랜딩 패키지를 운영할 계획이다. 해당 패키지는 TDPK의 업무 인프라와 DLG&AP의 법률 자문 서비스를 결합한 형태로, 현지 시장 조사부터 법인 설립, 인허가, 비자 관련 절차 등 해외 진출 초기 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 관리하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.

법무법인 디엘지와 DLG&AP는 이번 협력을 통해 한국 기업의 태국 진출 과정에서 법률과 비즈니스 전반을 아우르는 지원 체계를 강화할 계획이다.

DLG&AP, a local joint venture of DLG Law Corporation (CEOs Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) in Thailand, announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with True Digital Park (TDPK), the largest tech and startup hub in Southeast Asia, to support Korean companies entering the Thai market.
The signing ceremony took place in Bangkok, Thailand, and was attended by DLG&AP Senior Partner Yoo Jeong-hoon and Senior Partner Apiwat Narkchamnun. TDPK Representative Sasithorn Varanyuwatana attended the ceremony, confirming the commitment of both parties to cooperation.
This agreement aims to establish a practical support system to help Korean companies securely enter the Thai market and facilitate their initial settlement process. Through this agreement, the two companies will promote business matching between Korean startups and local Thai corporations and investors, and provide legal advice tailored to Thai laws and regulations. They will also jointly host networking seminars and demo days to expand local exchanges.
DLG&AP and TDPK plan to jointly operate a soft landing package. This package combines TDPK's business infrastructure with DLG&AP's legal advisory services. It focuses on managing risks that may arise during the initial stages of overseas expansion, from local market research to incorporation, licensing, and visa procedures.
DLG Law Firm specializes in startups, technology ventures, and M&A, providing legal services across the digital industry, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and healthcare. Its Thai joint venture, DLG&AP, collaborates with local legal experts to support Korean companies entering the ASEAN market.
