중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙)는 5일 ‘모두의 창업 프로젝트’ 추진을 위한 전문가 간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 국가 창업시대를 목표로 추진되는 ‘모두의 창업 프로젝트’의 추진 방향을 공유하고, 현장 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하기 위해 마련됐다. 해당 프로젝트는 아이디어 공모를 통해 창업 인재를 발굴하고, 단계별 보육과 오디션 방식의 경쟁 프로그램을 결합한 창업 인재 발굴 플랫폼이다.
중기부는 프로젝트를 통해 약 5천 명의 혁신 창업가를 발굴하고, 우수 창업기관과의 매칭을 통해 선배 창업가 멘토링, AI 솔루션 제공, 단계별 사업화 자금 지원, 투자 연계 등 창업 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원할 계획이다.
이날 간담회에서는 프로젝트의 추진 체계와 단계별 운영 방식에 대한 논의가 이뤄졌으며, 참석자들은 공정한 창업 인재 평가 체계 구축, 민간 투자 연계 강화, 지역 창업 생태계 활성화 방안 등에 대해 다양한 의견을 제시했다.
중기부는 이번 간담회에서 수렴된 의견을 바탕으로 프로젝트의 완성도를 높이고, 정부와 창업가, 투자자, 창업 지원 기관 간 협력을 강화해 나갈 방침이다.

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官ハン・ソンスク）は５日、「すべての創業プロジェクト」推進のための専門家懇談会を開催したと明らかにした。
今回の懇談会は、国家創業時代を目指して推進される「みんなの創業プロジェクト」の推進方向を共有し、現場専門家の意見を集めるために設けられた。プロジェクトはアイデア公募を通じて創業人材を発掘し、段階的保育とオーディション方式の競争プログラムを組み合わせた創業人材発掘プラットフォームである。
中期部はプロジェクトを通じて約5千人のイノベーション創業家を発掘し、優秀創業機関とのマッチングを通じて先輩創業者のメンタリング、AIソリューション提供、段階別事業化資金支援、投資連携など創業全過程を体系的に支援する計画だ。
この日の懇談会では、プロジェクトの推進体系と段階別運営方式に関する議論が行われ、参加者は公正な創業人材評価体系の構築、民間投資連携の強化、地域創業生態系活性化案などについて様々な意見を提示した。
中期部は今回の懇談会で収束した意見をもとにプロジェクトの完成度を高め、政府と創業家、投資家、創業支援機関間の協力を強化していく方針だ。

Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups (ministre Han Sung-sook) a annoncé le 5 qu'il avait tenu une réunion d'experts pour promouvoir le « Projet Start-up pour tous ».
Cette réunion avait pour but de présenter les orientations du projet « L’entrepreneuriat pour tous », qui vise à inaugurer une ère d’entrepreneuriat national, et de recueillir l’avis d’experts du secteur. Ce projet constitue une plateforme de détection des talents entrepreneuriaux grâce à des concours d’idées, combinant un programme d’incubation progressif et un processus de sélection compétitif.
Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups prévoit de découvrir environ 5 000 entrepreneurs innovants grâce à ce projet et de soutenir systématiquement l’ensemble du processus de création d’entreprise, notamment par le biais de mentorat avec des entrepreneurs expérimentés, de la fourniture de solutions d’IA, d’un financement progressif pour la commercialisation et de la mise en relation avec des investisseurs grâce à un partenariat avec d’excellentes organisations de startups.
La réunion a porté sur le système de promotion du projet et ses méthodes de fonctionnement étape par étape, et les participants ont présenté divers points de vue sur des sujets tels que la mise en place d'un système équitable d'évaluation des talents dans les jeunes entreprises, le renforcement des liens avec les investissements privés et la revitalisation de l'écosystème local des jeunes entreprises.
Sur la base des avis recueillis lors de cette réunion, le ministère des PME et des Start-ups prévoit d'améliorer le taux d'achèvement du projet et de renforcer la coopération entre le gouvernement, les entrepreneurs, les investisseurs et les organismes de soutien aux startups.
